I am giving five stars NOT because the place is really nice because it’s actually getting pretty old. But that being said, the maintenance men here are awesome and they work their butts off to keep our AC’s, water, electricity going and everything else that keeps us comfortable. I can only imagine what they go through to be effective in such an old apartment complex! So thank you!

Ive lived in Hunnington Ridge for over two years now and I love everything except parking. I stay on a corner with parking in the front and the side and very seldom can park in front or the side of my building. Im waiting for my appliances to be upgraded. Once my lease is up if I leave its only because of the parking situation.

Ive been living here for almost 2 years and have not had any problems. The apartments is very clean and spacious. The staff is super sweet and the neighborhood friendly and peaceful. No problem with roaches either

I’ve lived here for 2 months and have had no complaints. The office staff are amazing! Super friendly and so willing to work with you!! Which you don’t find everywhere. The maintenance staff are also super on top of service requests which is really nice in a pinch. It’s a quiet community and I’ve only had a few noise complaints. But I chose to live on the second floor so that happens. Highly recommend!

I moved here when the apartment was still under construction and it’s blossomed into a beautiful project. I must say pool area is my favorite. It is really quiet every time you hang out at the pool. Lets not forget to mention there are 2!Love the team and my experience with them! Very helpful, caring and attentive! The community grounds are always clean.

Excellent place to live it has an amazing group of very charismatic people willing to help you in whatever you need. Very good location as all desired stores are near by. Clean upkeep and nice pool. If you are looking for a quiet place, full of green and quiet areas, this is the place for you.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new home. The apartment was so clean and had a brand new stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator...I couldnt be happier. We have a covered parking spot right in front of the apartment which helps my mom who has trouble walking long distances. There is also PLENTY parking for guests close to our apartment too. Thank you guys

Best apartment complex I’ve lived in. I only moved because I needed to be more central, but I’m truly missing it. I lived on the first floor for 14 months and never once heard the person above me! The complex was always very clean and quiet. All interactions with staff and management were lovely. For my next lease, I’m definitely going to be going back to renting an Adara apartment because they are the best property management I’ve come across! 5 stars

So far it has been month of me living here and it honestly been the best experience ! Kieran at the Leasing office was a big help and made sure everything was perfect! From the first moment when I arrived, they treated me in the special way that they treated me. I made the decision to move to this community because they exceed in quality, services and attention are excellent.

Great place to live, going on a month. Friendly & helpful staff and great amenities. Some residents are unruly and bothersome, but that cant be helped by the staff. Maintenance man Nino is superb, too; they respond quickly and work hard to fix whatever issue you may have, all the while being highly professional.The apartments are nicely updated, with new fixtures and appliances installed already. This complex is close enough to everything with just a short drive, and living here has been great.Would highly recommend living here to many friends.

I love to live in this community. Security its my priority and I found it here.Always take care of the maintenance orders as soon as possible.They always take care our community. I love to live here and so does Rocco, always enjoy walking through the community. Dont doubt come and check it out.

I love the high ceilings and my back yard. I have lived here for 5 months and its been great. The management now is wonderful and are very nice and also the maintenance crew are there to help you with ANYTHING and are very professional. One of the best qualities is that Huntington Ridge is a small complex which makes it feel more comfortable. They have also added text messaging to the office so if you leave for work before they get there and come home after they leave its an awesome way to let them know if you have an issue. They respond right away and was at our apartment within 2 days.I highly recommended these apartments to anyone!

My boyfriend and I loved the look of the apartment from photos and virtual tours including the amenities so we decided to go check them out. From booking the tour to touring the display model the communication from Kieran was fantastic. He made us feel very comfortable the whole time answering allOf questions and displaying the unit. We immediately decided to apply for a unit and Brenda was fantastic guiding us through the process which with past experiences in other places tends to take a lot of time and it’s a pain. The same day we apply we got approved and I matter and I am so ready to move in. I wouldn’t have made this decision without their help.

Very nice community to live in. I love this community because of the atmosphere and staff. Its a great location with even great and accessible amenities. The staff is very good; in particular, Brenda the manager. The assistant Kieren goes above and beyond for every single resident in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. He has helped me tremendously from before I even moved in until still as a current resident; thank you and highly recommend!

So far so good, Is a great community and the amenities are good , a lot of places for parking and the pool and gym are good. The unit look nice, very good painted and the floor is new brand The kitchen have a refubrished cabinets but only the lid. .Very attentive at the front desk, you send in a work order and everything gets taken care of very professional and the neighborhood is very well kept nice inside and out which is always a plus when moving into a new home.

I don’t usually post reviews because I never truly have a memorable experience but The Huntington Ridge team really did stand out. I am here temporarily staying with my sister and honestly I wish I lived here full time.Nino was quick to fix a few orders that we placed without hesitation and Kieran in the office was very considerate with following up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a quality way of living with a sweet caring staff.

My son just rented an apartment here. The apartment is immaculate and was super clean when he moved in! We are so impressed with this property and the management. Total 5 star in both service and property!! Thank you for all your help and welcoming my son to this awesome new community!

Fantastic staff and hardworking, honest maintenance personnel. After a really long day at work, I was a little careless and my wallet slipped out of my purse by my car in the parking lot. I didnt realize until the next morning when it wasnt anywhere to be found... On a whim, I tried the front desk and they actually had it, cash and all. The chances of someone doing that nowadays is rather slim so THANK YOU so much to the maintenance staff and office personnel.

I LOVE my apartment! I fell in love with the huge windows which let in a lot of natural light, but the complex itself is also so clean and quiet! Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and Kieran and Brenda are always quick to address concerns.

I have friends that live here and I stay with them when I visit from out of town. Ive always enjoyed my time there. The staff is always friendly. They say hello and chat with us if were out walking the complex. Everything is clean and well maintained. Id recommend it if youre looking for place to live.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I really like that the balcony has really big windows window making it feel like a townhouse or house. The price is good and manageable. The amenities are the same as other complexes but one thing I do like is the pool area its very comfy and inviting.

Very nice apartments for a reasonable price. The amenities are good. There is plenty of parking for residents at night which is a must...which a lot of apartments cant offer. The pool is nice and so is the gym.

Been living here for a while now and have never had a bad experience. Staff & maintenance is friendly and helpful. I love these apartments because comparing to Dallas, you really get your money’s worth. It is next to Kroger and very close to shopping areas.

Kieran was exceptional greeting me, showing me the apartment, and having everything ready early. I felt welcomed. The office building is very clean and the grounds clean. Overall, the entire community seemed like where I wanted to live. Plus, Brenda (Manager) also checked in with me to see how everything was going. Now that Im in the apartment, I know I made the right choice.

Ive only lived here for a year. Unfortunately I have to move for a bigger space but, I must say, I love everything about this apartment community. Brenda is awesome. Always responsive. Yes the complex is under construction but its not to the point where it makes living uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

The community is well maintained, clean, safe, quiet as well as being close to all of the shops & restaurants in Las Colinas. The apartments are well maintained & spacious. My mom lives here and she loves it. Im so happy for her and Im happy she is living comfortably, no stress, no hassle, and she has made lots of friends and has met friendly people. Parking is great here as I do not have to worry about finding a spot to park.

I did not lease here because there was not a two bedroom home available by the time I needed to move. But I wanted to mention how amazing the office staff (lady and young gentleman) were in helping me. They referred me to other properties in the area and went above and beyond to help me despite not having what I was looking for. A lot of other people would have just said no, we dont have what youre looking for and show you the door. Its been a busy few weeks moving but I told myself I had to make a note because your time and help was 100% valued.

When I came into the office, they knew my name and the exact apartment I was interested in which was impressive...as many people would forget or simply not care! My presentation was on point and informative. I went in and had my keys in under 5 minutes. I have been a resident of Huntington Ridge since June of 2018 and I really enjoy the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that I am leasing.Brenda, the community manager is nothing less than personable and professional. The service that she has provided has never missed the mark when it comes to service provided by the office. All of our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner as well.The complex is older, however, it is currently getting a huge remodel. They refinished the exterior of the buildings and I imagine it will look great once it is finally complete. The interior of the apartments are in great shape and have been well maintained. Any issues that I have had have been addressed fairly.I enjoy the floor plan of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that I am leasing and if you compare the size and amenities of this apartment versus others in the area, you will find that Huntington Ridge is a great value for the neighborhood. I would say that I hit the lotto when it comes to my neighbors. As you can imagine, when living in apartments sometimes you dont really think that your neighbors are very, well, neighborly. Everyone in the area surrounding my apartment are very friendly and have a good sense of community.During the summer the pools were maintained nicely and with two pools, there was always room for me to find a spot to relax. The fitness center and the equipment is older, but, it works and is accessible all of the time.Overall, Brenda does a great job at taking care of this property. All things considered, there are a lot of options when it comes to apartment leasing and there are obviously options that are newer with fancier amenities, but, you can tell that this property is managed by a professional who truly cares about the property.

I had an amazing experience, unfortunately due to my situation I was not able to apply at the moment but I encourage anyone looking for an apartment in the Dallas area to stop by...you will not be disappointed. Staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my needs and the community is very quiet, and is newly renovated. Apartments are very homey.

Recently, the apartments have been remodeled and its made the community look very modern, The office staff host fun things for the residents and they are always so nice. I havent had not one rude experience and I can tell they really do care about us as residents and they care about the apartment complex. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love it here.

Nice place to call home. They are old but they are working on updating them currently, with my patio turned into a small backyard. Maintenance is amazing, when the upstairs flooded and came through my ceiling, he was there to help move things and pick up. Brenda has been a great manager to work with. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed something she was very helpful and quick about helping. Resident for 2 years now.

I have been a resident for just about a month. For me, the application and move in process was made so easy. The staff is amazing and always will go above and beyond to ensure things are going smoothly. My A/C unit went out and management was on it right away. They not only resolved the issue quickly but was very empathetic to my frustration. Kieran the assistant manager is a very professional kind person... he really listened and cared genuinely about my concern. Brenda the office manager was nice and on top of the issue as well. Nino (the maintenance guy) is always working hard and gets things done in a quick professional demeanor. As you can see I cant say enough about my experience with the staff at Huntington Ridge. Me & my roommates have been living here since April of this year & at first we were skeptical because of the renovations and we did have a few service requests however most of our problems were resolved within 24/48 hours & in case of maintenance emergency they always came right away and was very helpful with some tips to upkeep the apartment(maintenance wise) the staff is super friendly and they try their best to accommodate us. We love the location, most neighbors are friendly and we love being in our apartment so do our friends and family! No apartment complex can be absolutely perfect but I can tell you for sure this is a great place to live! Thank you for making us feel at home!(:

WENT TO CHECK OUT AN APT AND I WAS VERY DISPLEASED. THE COMPLEX WAS TRASHED. NO MAINTENANCE ANYWHERE. TRASH EVERYWHERE. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUT, HAVING TRASH BAGS AND JUST TRASH PERIOD IS A DIFFERENT THING. THE OFFICE STAFF SUCKED. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE. I have lived in these apartments previously for almost a decade. Turnover rate in the office is rather high until they had a seasoned manager that knew how to run the facility. After Brenda took over the apartments are well maintained and work orders done in a timely manner. They spray often and IF you have an issue they address your needs properly. It is in a great location to get to the airport and access both downtown Dallas/Fort-Worth for a fun night out !

Huntington ridge was one of the few places that cared enough to work with us since we couldnt physically see the place, and we had to move right in. So far I really enjoy this place.The staff is amazing, so friendly and make it a point to let you know that you are HOME. The property is so quiet, the neighbors are friendly. I do wish I could figure out trash services a little better, but the lack of dumpsters really makes the place look nice. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place without breaking the budget.Also, we moved from out of state and this was the only place willing to work with us to get a place without making us travel across the country just to see it. Thank you for making our stressful cross country move come to life. Brenda and kieran did everything they possibly could to make this so easy and simple - managers, please take note from these two employees! Thank you again so much :-)

Great living space for the money! Apartments are spacious! they offer high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows! lots of natural light. currently they are remodeling outside of the buildings. Office staff (Brenda & Kieran) are awesome! always friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast on the go for resident just this week. major highways and shops nearby.

I see alot of reviews with complimenting Brenda. Not sure if these are real because since Ive moved here. Ive asked several of my neighbors how quick do the work orders get serviced. I have yet to get mine serviced and only been here less than 3 months. Brenda rushes you off the phone like you are bothering here. The other girl in the office is great.

The apartments are okay (if a little old). The maintenance is a little haphazard, in my opinion, and little things (like a broken window in the laundry room door, or a busted sprinkler head) can take months to get addressed. They talk about a Courtesy Patrol that no one sees. And they have had at least one case of people squatting in an emptied apartment and that required the Irving Police Department to come and get them out.In my opinion, the current manager (Michelle) is not a friendly person. Nor is she interested in actually doing things for the residents. She is, from my perspective, on some kind of power trip. Why else would she be harassing residents when their occupancy rate is low enough to offer a $99 first months special? It defies logic.So while the apartments themselves are okay, the staff have enough issues for me to personally recommend that you look elsewhere. Too bad, too. This used to be a pretty nice place before she came.

Id give zero but cant... They act nice when theyre trying to get you to give them money then turn around and deny you after they have it. Plus I know people that live there already and theyve told me how bad the pest problem is and that they cant get them to fix a thing. Fixing the outside of a run down property doesnt make it a better property it just changes the looks. Yall need to stop scamming people.

Have been here a month and we have had a few issues that the office staff addressed right away. Maintenance guys are top notch and very responsive. Showed up in less than 30 minutes to fix my issues. They were very friendly and fixed it right the first time.

I have been living here for about three months. I will not be renewing my lease, If I could afford to get out of this lease I would in a heart beat. Work orders go unanswered, and I can never get anyone on the phone, the office staff is always out of the office. Like is there only one Maintenance man for the entire complex. Parking is horrible. The complex is old with outdated appliances in which you have to pay more to come up to date with upgraded appliances. My carpet is full of paint stains they didnt even clean above the doors before painting I had paint covered dust above all the doors. I have talked to the staff sooo many times about my work request with no results. They smile and tell you we will get right on it. Bunch of bull!!!! I would not recommend anyone to move here keep looking,

I wasn’t sure how I was going to like the community when I first moved in as I am not from Irving, nor have I ever lived here before. But Huntington ridge is a diamond in the rough. Outside renovations are coming along beautifully...brand new wood patios, they even added covers and skylights in my entry way!! Prime location in a little corner of Irving close to all my conveniences...office staff Brenda and Keiran are so genuine and caring, sometimes I go in the office just to chat with them. Awesome Maintenence duo Nino and Ricardo are so pleasant and always get my work orders done same day. You will not find another community like this around here. I am so happy I chose you as my new home

Only problem I have here is with the Office Manager who is never in the office. When she is she is very rude to residents and yells at them. Maintenance is good. Manager is not. Needs to be looked at by corporate. Will not be staying if she is in charge.

I havent seen any bugs or mice in my apartment...however, I am very clean..brenda is very nice and understanding..the rent is kind of high, but worth the stay..I never had a problem with getting anything repaired..my toilet overflowed on a Friday night and I called the answering service and he came right..I am a very honest person and some of these reviews are not true..

I have lived here almost 2 years now very affordable and very quite. Also in a very nice area!

There were cockroaches and mice all over the kitchen area. Even Mice were running from one room to other room. I complained about the mice and cockroach problem but they never showed up for the treatment. One of the worst apartment i have ever stayed. Won’t recommend to move in to this apartment. Be aware they will be nice before you move in and after you move in, they wont care for what you complained and will charge a huge amount as pest control and cleaning even though you leave it clean.

This has been home for my family 3 years now. I have witnessed multiple managers and assistance managers pass though. They now have an amazing team and I never had an request gone unanswered. Not everything is an their control but they still do there best to accommodate and I respect that. Rudeness has never been an issue and have never witnessed it. Brenda has been nothing other than Pleasant. See for yourself.

My apt was set on fire in December of 2011 the leasing agent made up that it was personal and banned me and my three children from the property. I later spoke to the investigator and they had no evidence on my case. The apts are beautiful but the leasing agent including the owner are horrible people

Let me tell you why you shouldnt live here...the managers in the office are racists and will only help you with your complains and services if youre an american. They are always grumpy about something I dont know what, and never respond well. Roches are everywhere there. Its overpriced and the parking sucks. Just a no brainer.

Ok low-priced apartments, but the apartment managers are terrible. Case in point: many of the residents (including me) didnt pay till tuesday 9/4 on rent payments after this labor day weekend. We all got hit with a shoddy $50 fee, with a nice little letter about how wed be locked out if we didnt pay within three days. Way to treat residents that have paid rent responsibly for several years.I only rated this with a 1 because the apartment itself is ok for the price. The apartment managers get a 0.
