I was doing a house rehab to sell and came here for the house load of appliances. High quality, name brands, FANTASTIC PRICES! I checked all around and they cant be beat. Patricia was fantastic and easy to work with and super helpful. I highly recommend Ericks for any and all appliance needs. They are now my go to for scratch and dent appliances.

Worst experience purchasing any appliance ever. ROACHES in their appliances! They Replaced my $1100 non working refrigerator 3 times all with broken refrigerators. The last replacement had a sticker for $950 which is $150 less than I paid for the original refrigerator they tried to lie to Acima stating the prices were the same.. They are conn artists and cannot be trusted. I do NOT recommend them.

They refuse to come repair this trash refrigerator they sold my wife. Making a report to the BBB and will be filing in small claims court. They are a scam selling over priced trash

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a terrible business with awful customer service. I paid $850 for the fridge in the first two photos. We were not moving right away so I asked if they could hold it for a couple of weeks. When it was time to pick up the fridge, I was out of town due to a family member being hospitalized so I had my boyfriend pick it up. I then come home to this mess and tell him that I want a new fridge because this one is dirty, molded, and rusted not to mention that the ice maker does not work. The guy says that the warranty is not for the ice maker but the fridge. This business is a scam and if you want to spend your hard earned money correctly, I suggest not coming here. They messed with the wrong ones because my dad is a lawyer and my boyfriend is a cop so I am sure they will get this situated even if we have to sue!Edit: Giving this place 5 stars after speaking with Hope and her doing everything in her power to fix the mistake. The guy that I spoke with first should learn from her because her customer service skills are amazing. She fixed everything and our refrigerator is working fine! Thank you Hope!

This place is a treasure and well worth your time! Bought a used electric dryer for very reasonable price. The dryer looked new and worked great but after a few days I experienced some electrical issues. After speaking to the seller (great customer service by the way) and after two service calls my dryer was replaced with a newer and better one all under warranty! Decent appliances but the owner or whoever answers the phone has a really nasty attitude. I called about an appliance and he stated he didnt have it on hand and and just hung up in my face. I will never purchase anything from here again. I am very respectful and polite and if I decide to do businesss with someone I expect the same thing. Please work on your attitude and phone etiquette, it will get you a long way.

He gave my nephew a discount but only if he would rate him 5 stars, and when I went shopping there foran appliance he had a horrible attitude and way of speaking, even his workers seem frustrated with him,his workers told me to better hold on to the receipt cause he usually gets clients who loose their receipt a day after the purchase and he doesnt help them. I called a few days later about an issue with the appliance and he literally was yelling at me showing an attitude. Will never go back and I totally wouldnt recommend.

Great prices & great customer service. We bought a beautiful GE French Door fridge for a very reasonable price. About a week after it was starting to not keep temp by a few degrees, which is not great but something you can encounter when purchasing used appliances. It was the next step that is so important... I contacted the store and the owner, Erick, did not hesitate to come out and correct the issue. After the repair it has been perfect. It is wonderful when a company backs their merchandise and corrects issues without any fuss.

Don’t go here. I’ve used this business 2xs the first time I thought maybe I wasn’t sold an appliance that was repaired only to give out the day after specified warranty. I bought a fridge from Eric and within days after his warranty both machines broke. The second most recent fridge I bought he delivered made me pay in cash yet when I called to educate him about the non cooling fridge he said he didn’t remember me and demanded I show a receipt when he punched in my number on his computer and my info came up. Don’t buy from him. Save your money and just buy new. Two fridges taught me that this dude is playing a game with his merchandise and honestly we’re in a pandemic and are hurting enough... DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

Purchased a used refrigerator on yesterday. Paid for delivery and that’s where my customer service experience went through the roof. When I picked out the fridge I just thought about making sure the space was big enough where I wanted it place. So the delivery guys show up and right away he says he doesn’t think it’s going to make it through the door in the laundry room. So he brings it in and try’s to make it work and it doesn’t fit. So he tells me either I’ll have to remove the fridge doors or the laundry room door. I then tell him to just leave it in the hallway because my husband won’t be back in town until next week. He says ok and leaves. He returns 2 minutes later and says he couldn’t leave me like that and he wanted to make sure my refrigerator was placed where I needed it to be. He proceeds to remove the doors and got it move to the right place. This made he feel like I made the right decision in purchasing my fridge from this store. Will most definitely be back.***UPDATE**** The fridge that I purchased stop cooling after 2 days. I contacted the store and he came out 2 days later and advised that a part had went out on the fridge. He advised if he didn’t have the part in stock he would bring me another fridge out the next day. So he called me the next day to let me know that he would be bringing me another fridge. The fridge that he replaced my original purchase with was better than my original purchase.I also purchased a washer machine over the phone sight unseen. I gave him my budget and he texted me 3 different pictures and gave me his recommendations. Due to him already bringing me another fridge he didn’t even charge me another delivery fee for the washer machine .I love the washer machine.While the delivery guy was here I needed the foil duct behind my dryer replaced. I asked him if he may assist me with this. I had already purchased a new one and the ring that goes around it. He was like no problem. He advised that he had plenty of foil duct and the clamp and I could take mines back to the store for a refund. This made me feel so blessed and grateful.My experience with this establishment has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from the time I stepped foot in the front door.

Over priced used appliances & rude

Place is in total disarray and had to wait approx 10min before any help showed up. The appliances are mostly used and looks like used parts are used and warranties are 3mths. Cash only transactions which has me sceptical.

Purchased a Frigidaire upright freezer in late August 2020. Everything appeared to be working properly at the time of purchase. 3 days ago, the high temp alarm sounded and the display showed 25 degrees. Contacted business about repair and because it was outside of 90 days from purchase date, there is no warranty.I contacted a local appliance repair business for a site visit. It was low on refrigerant and there was a leak discovered causing the issue. He also noted a Samsung compressor that was supposedly new (this is what the business technician said). I found that very odd that a Samsung compressor was installed on a Frigidaire.Bottom line, I am shocked this business has a 4.5 star rating after experiencing this issue. They sold me a freezer without testing for leaks then wouldn’t repair the issue after contacting them regardless of it being slightly outside the 90 day warranty. This is unacceptable!Avoid this piss poor business if you are in the market for a used appliance.

Drove all over town looking for a washing machine that I needed today. None of the big Appliance stores have them in stock anymore and has to order them and could take days. When I was looking for a part for my refrigerator every other business I would call would make me wait for at least 3 days for delivery and this guys right here got me the part the same day and I got my refrigerator up and running right away. I bought a fridge from here. The woman told me it had some condensation inside because they didnt close the door and she bold fave lied. This has been leaking I had to put a cup inside door wont leak on my food. She knew I was traveling with it outside city limits and took advantage of it. Do not trust them. Now its leaking on my floor and it only a month. Gave them almost $300 for junk. Its supposed to be under 90 day warranty. Lets see what excuse I hear. Because I left a message waiting for a return call. I was going to buy a washer and dryer, but not after this.

I am so relieved to have found an appliance refurbished resale shop that carries higher end of product and does a good job with repairing them. I’ve lost some jobs and money is tight and my washer and dryer died; so I was asking myself, can I afford new ones the answer to that is basically no! :(Then I found Eric‘s and I was excited. They have higher high end of product, if you don’t want to agitator -ok; if you want a larger cubic feet they have it! AND they look nice compared to the used ones that I bought a few years ago, well they literally looked like they’ve been beaten up but they ran for three years not great but they ran. I am so much more hopeful that these machines that I’m buying from Eric’s, with Jovani’s help, are going to be just what I need. Stay tuned I will be back and let you know!P. S. They are nice men. Over the last year, I have brought several appliances (at least 8) from Eriks Resale shop . Nearly every time I deal with his son, Alex. Yesterday I walked in to get another appliance and Alex wasnt there but Erik was.I shared with Erik that (a small) part was missing from the stove purchase 2 weeks ago. He was rude and lacked customer service. He did dismissed me and said it was NOT his problem.What a way to treat a repeat customer! Hes lost my business for good! Not recommended.

Not very professional. I purchased a washer, was working fine for about 3 weeks until it was leaking, I called them to get it fixed and was told they would and will call ahead of time before they arrive. Everything was very professional at first, but then the repair man didnt call ahead of time only when no one was answering the door and when I tried calling the repair man back to let him know my wife is there and that I would call her to let her know but he wouldnt answer for the 3 times I tried calling him and then right away he texted back saying he already left.I called the shop and reschedule for the next day, well no one came and I never got a call saying they were on there way or that they were not going to make it that day. I would have liked to get a call saying they werent going to make it as schedule. I was hoping I would be using this shop on days when I need parts for appliances or if I need an appliance when one breaks down but now that I see how their customer service is I will not be using them again.Update: I called to find out why no one showed up to repair the washer and was told that no one set up the schedule for the repair man to go. That just shows me how very unprofessional and unorganized they are, so they wanted to reschedule but I just told them to dont bother Ill take care of it myself. I know it would have been better for them to repair it and save me some money but to me if youre not up front a good professional business then I do not want to conduct business with you. I do not think ill of them, all I can say is that i wish them the best of luck and if they do read my review I hope that it will enlighten them to do better and train in the areas that they are lacking in.

Had a disappointing experience. Purchased a fridge that had a water/ice feature and they did not install the water line. At the time of purchase Erick never advised me that they would not install the water line for the fridge (seeing how they did for the washing machine they installed, I did not think to get confirmation for the fridge). They ignored my calls so I ended up disputing with credit card co for the installation fee (paid cash for the appliances). Fortunately, I had a friend help me out and turns out installing the water line was way easier than I thought but I wish they had been honest.

They were very friendly had the part ready for me. When I called about the part he told me he had to research it and would call me back in 10 mins and he did, great customer service.

My husband and I came in yesterday around 12pm and purchase a washer and dryer set and by 2 PM the same day it was delivered and installed!!!!!! After moving tons of furniture all week we didn’t want to have to hassle with taking the washer and dryer back to our new place I totally recommend the young lady named Hope; she was an amazing associate and she took care of us right away. My dyer went out and my brother googled and found Eric’s Resale Shop. Hope greeted us and escorted us to the back and showed us the selection of dryers. Eric came and explained in more detail some of the questions we had about the dryers and gave us a good deal. I purchased a Kenmore dyer we are currently loading now.

I found Erick’s resale shop through Google searching for used/refurbished washing machines since mine just died after 10 years of service. Erick has a wide variety to choose from and had great deals on all of them. He loaded the machine I settled on into my SUV and I was able to hook it up myself with ease and began doing laundry immediately. So far I’ve completed 4 loads of laundry including a heavy duty load of 4 lightweight blankets. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is a bit of a mess, but Erick said they were going to have it paved soon. If you don’t want to break the bank buying a replacement appliance, I highly recommend Erick’s resale shop!

June 2019 my wife, Geneva, purchased a like - new GE refrigerator from Erick’s Resale Shop. I want you to know upfront that Erick, the owner, is a man of the highest integrity. I know this because he demonstrated the level of professionalism you can ask for.From day 1, the ice maker was not making ice. Erick personally handled the entire process of finding out what was wrong, but eventually installed a new ice machine. As a retail businessman, that was the last thing I wanted to happen. That costs a lot but Erick did the right thing. After numerous visits to our home trying to repair individual parts, Erick realized that the ice maker itself needed replacing.
