Not a good place to get anything done. Tell you that u need one part and charge u for and then it not the right part and then turn around and charge you for the second part when its there fault for selling me the wrong part in the first place. And 9n top of the the instalation is more then the parts.

Went in for a 4 channel car amp install for a Hyundai Elantra. They had me in and out. Normally this would be a good thing but the job was CLEARLY RUSHED. I have positive wires from my amp exposed, and this can cause a fire. They blew out my remote door lock fuse and messed up my a/c. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience here was underwhelming, irritating, and unprofessional. I won’t ever come back here!!

I’ve installed underbody led lights n 2 8s subs with a dsp for my highs It is the best decision I made. I highly recommend this place.

I got a subwoofer and rock lights installed installed. The very next day the lights started coming on by themselves. And then the grand finale! My car caught fire 🔥 and burned up in my driveway. The fire department said it was due to some faulty wiring on aftermarket products which I just had done here.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Left my car there and they had it for 3 days. They took across town to get the windows tinted WITHOUT my permission. They were supposed to install my radio and camera and never did. Instead, they broke lights, didnt install my radio and left wires hanging everywhere. Had to call the cops and I had to pay for service I did not receive in order to get my car back. This place is trash and should be shut down immediately! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Worst place in all of Houston!!!!

Very unprofessional and not organized they had my car for 3 days and told me it would be done on Sunday. When I came to pick it up they told me that they didn’t have a part so they couldn’t start on my car Why would you not tell me that in the first place before taking my car and making sure they had all the parts they needed to install the alarm. Then they told me to come back next week and they would have all the parts and it would be the first car in the shop. So i came super early to be the first one and I got here and they brought another car in front of me and they didn’t touch my car all day after I was sitting in the heat all day waiting for my car to be done. I asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give me a refund. So I come back the next day and they took my car to another shop because they couldn’t install the alarm. What kind of shop accepts a job if they can’t do it. Don’t pay until you get whatever you came for installed and make sure that it works. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE. I seen so many frustrated customers that also didn’t like the way they did their job very unprofessional and this shop shouldn’t be open.

Today/night I lucky located this shop, simply off google. They were immediately responsive to my arrival. They were super friendly, gave me a great deal and Marisol the finance Manager, was super kind also. I was In and out In a decent time.

Went in to get my stock speakers swapped out on a budget. Talked with the owner about several different options and managed to get an amp and a sub too. Extremely clean install and no damage to my vehicle. Will definitely be going back when I decide to get an upgrade.

Paid 160 bucks and they Completely ruined my dash on a car i had just bought from the place next door. his professional tech didnt remove all the screws and just broke the dash to install a new radio. this is literally the quality of their work. They just covered the dash is super glue smdh. Owner has not responded in a week. I am currently pursing legal avenues to remedy the situation.

We brought an alarm ($281) from this guy he told us we would not need to purchase anything else. Today we came to get the alarm installed and we had to pay an extra $69 for a module that he told us we didnt need. We had to wait for the staff to finish working on their own vehicles before they could start our vehicle(paying customers). We were told the installation would take 2 hours it is taking almost 3 hours, plus the time we had to wait for them to finish their vehicles and the whole module issue has been a total of 4 hours. Dont go to this shop!!!!!

I went in for a blown amp ended up getting the amp new speakers for the doors db drive components and a db drive EQ and it made a world of difference they even stayed after hours just to get my sound system done in the same day i really recommend them they know what theyre doing the owner attended me personally and their prices are really affordable i really recommend this place

I went to get my speaker checked by tony and he got me right with all new everything 2 subs all new door speakers and a new amp for worth 2400 but I only payed 1600 and 100$ worth of free part call that a win.

Stay away from this place!!! , take your business somewhere else and do yourself a favor.It was my birthday and my wife bought me a couple of new speakers and an amp for my car at Frys electronics, I called several places to install them and all offered us service for more or less the same price. So we decided to go to JB because it was the one on our way home.Got there, agreed on price, they made me paid upfront, they started around 5,30 pm and told me it will be taking 1,5 hours to complete the job. About halfway through the installation they needed me to buy more cable and some connector which In these kind of job is somewhat reasonable. Fine.At this point everything was normal, but the nice lady in the office received a call from the owner of the place and he started yelling at her, so the mood changed and the situation became too weird when around 7,30 pm the owner - Joseph - came by and said that the price we were paying was too low and accused us of us saying to his employees that we were his fríends so that way we were entitled of a better price!! There was a lot of drama and me and my wife asked him to stop calling us liars and fraudulent and we told him that we wouldnt going to pay more. He also told us that he would have to pay overtime to his workers since it was almost 8 implying that it was our fault. We did leave the place very upset after they finished the job, and this morning when I turned on my radio, it sounded fine for about 10 minutes and all of a sudden it stopped working...Now Ill have to go somewhere else to fix all the install since they messed up because Im not going back to that place even though they should do it, I dont want to be anywhere close to JB and I rather pay somebody else to fix it.

Owner has a trick going on; you buy cheap radio, it goes out, you bring it back under warranty, he doesnt know when he will receive it again & when or IF he does, it will sell out in 2 weeks SO YOU NEED TO UPGRADE & he makes money by not honoring he told you lifetime service & replacement for unit under manufacturer warranty. He plays games by forcing client to upgrade. My radio went completely DEAD. Id ask for it back but I cant do nothing with a dead radio! Of course, No Refund, you can ONLY upgrade or wait until he gets another one which he will never ever get one! Would never recommend anyone go there! Owner has been playing this game for 10 plus years!
