The nails was great they dont know nothing about doing individual eyelashes I would like to live 4 time she get my lashes right I ended up taking them off because they put a strip an individual that was no good

Last month they took debit card but today cash. Talking about go to MLK flea market to get cash I left.

Ive been going to Ann for more than 10yrs and her shop is always clean and she has another shop on Westridge St as well.

I was getting my feet done and the lady came over to do my nails. After she applies a regular length coffin shaped nail to my hands, sends a manager over to tell me my nails will be $75 for basic color powder, no design. She explained that since the length was triple double it would be 75, when the wall price says 33. I decided not to pay such an outrageous price for such basic nails that could be done for much less at any nail shop near. The only upside to this appointment was my pedicure. It came out great, but wasting time not getting my nails done and her simply trying to tax me for not cutting the nail left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would only return for a pedicure, if that.

I went to this nail shop for the first and last time. The manager/owner seemed to be the only one who knew how to speak English so she relayed the information to the nail techs. I asked for manicure and to have acrylic put on my own nails and the next thing I knew, the tech was filing my nail beds down to put on fake nails. When I asked why she wasnt soaking my hands or trimming the cuticles, the manager came over and again I explained that I didnt want fake nails. After putting acrylic on, I finally got a chance to pick my nail color. The job was horrible, there was left over acrylic under my nail bed, the polish was smeared and my cuticles are horrible. I showed them to the owner and and she said that they looked fine. Really? Needless to say, I paid and assured I would NEVER return to that shop. Horrible service and they try to nickel and dime you into purchasing added services.

I was kind of upset because after getting my nails done my nail broke two days later and was charged $5 to fix it

The nails I got were completely crooked and kept asking for her to correct them the pedicure was a great like a massage But the paint was horrible didn’t last til the next day not. It was my first time there as well.

I always go here to get my nails! Ive been going here so long that they know our names! Now if you want somebody to do your nails then ask for Ann cause she is the only person I let do my nails. She might or might not cut you but if she do and doesnt address it within 30 seconds then let her know and she will put something on it so it doesnt burn later on through the day. She also give pedicures and manicures, although I havent gotten a manicure they are probably as great and the pedicure. The seats are amazing they give you a massage, it has a armrest and while getting a pedicure someone can be doing your nails! She also do eyebrow waxing which is another thing I havent got because my eyebrows are perfect somehow.

The lady who did my nails did a horrible job! First she took off my previous acrylic set by lifting it with a nail tip! OUCH!! She asked my what length I wanted my nails and still proceeded to cut to a shorter length, put the acrylic on way too bulky and as she was drilling cut me multiple times, also she did not do shape asked! I am very disappointed with the results of my nails!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Ive been coming her for five YEARS constantly and my Nail tec Long best in THE south SHE a toe master FOR sure satisfaction here.

This place charged me more than they told me like they factored in the tip in the final price...the lady cut my fingers...i just left and my hands still sting...im soooo upset that I just left I didnt want to even complain...this was by far my worst experience at a nail shop...I would never recommend anyone here...it is also very cluttered and dirty. This place looks like a struggle nail shop. The lady who did my nails was not gentle and infact, was quite rough. She cut my nails down much shorter than I asked. The lady also didnt know what clear gel was.

The pedicure was great, but the manicurist was messaging my feet and legs very hard, uncomfortable.

It is high priced the workers act like they have memory problems the work they did wasnt all that beautiful I wouldnt recommend to anybody
