Very professional during closing; however, following closing not responsive and poor follow through. NO checks were not mailed out to home warranty, HOA and other fees that were covered during closing. Took us over three months to get another check sent to the home warranty company, meanwhile we had to pay out of pocket at this time and no refund for our out of pocket payment is not offered.
