As a first time land buyer I was lost in many ways. I was recommended to speak to Juanita from Fidelity National Title, let me tell you she made the whole transaction very pleasant, she was attentive and patient with my questions. I had peace of mind throughout the process. Buyer was impressed as well and commented he will also change Title company for future transactions. We closed in about 2 weeks. Make sure you ask for Juanita, she’ll take care of you!

These folks are top notch. I have done business with this title company as an investor, a Realtor and for general training classes. The closers I have dealt with are Juanita, Linda and Letty and all of them are super professional and have probably forgotten more than I will know. I have closed with Jeff Laird and Linda Lee Hulberg several times. I always prefer to close my transactions with Fidelity in the Heights because the staff is personable, professional, and very helpful. Everyone makes my job as a Realtor so much easier and they always exceed my expectations with communication. Thank you for all yall do! They managed to send a rejected wire for my funds, didnt bother to notify me, then, after I came back to their office to get a check and find out why the funds werent in my account, they said the routing number was changed, (THEY CHANGED IT).They issued me a check and I deposited it and the called me saying the check was NO GOOD as it needed another signature. I had to return to the bank and redeposit the check after they added the other signature.Quite possibly the most incompetent and poorly trained personel, but, they were all very pleasant. I suggest another title company.

The worst title company ever. I dont write reviews about businesses but I hate for anyone to go through what I have gone through especially local Heights residents. I bought a house in the Heights and chose to close with a local Heights title company. THIS ONE WAS A BIG MISTAKE. Not only did they botched a $13,000 tax lien on the property through HCAD but four months after closing the property when I had issues with the property easement they told me they didnt cover it. There are plenty of good local businesses in the Heights and Ill still continue to support local Heights businesses. BUT WATCH OUT FOR THIS OFFICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU COME ACROSS LINDA L.

Fidelity National Title has been amazing to me. I closed one of my first transactions as a realtor here about three and a half years ago. I did not fully appreciate how efficient they were at the time. In the coming months, I closed more and more transactions elsewhere. I found myself wondering why those transactions did not go as smoothly. Eventually I smartened up and began to do all in my power to close with Linda Lee, Juanita Adams, Faviola Zuniga, Letty Nehls and co. as often as possible and, like magic, my transactions were running smoothly again.TLDR; They make my job MUCH easier and my clients LOVE them. I try not to go anywhere else if it can at all be avoided. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I never had to close anywhere else.

Incompetent escrow officer. Multiple errors on closing documents, did not respect sales contract.

I was not impressed with this title company and the service that they rendered. It took months for the closing to take place and was handled very poorly. They are not very knowledgeable. I am still dealing with them months after the closing.
