Brandon helped answer questions because the buyers agent (on the home we were selling) apparently does not know how to communicate. This agent (yes, I will leave her a google review) communicated poorly and made everyones time dealing with this transaction miserable, especially Brandon and our agent. Brandon stayed calm under stress and was always professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate you, Brandon!!!! Thank you!!!

I would not recommend this title company to any individual. Before signing my mortgage the appraised value of my home was only give a $17.25 tax credit. This fact stood out to me immediately as I advised Cynthia Cruz this is inaccurate, she claimed in her own words “the builder says this is the property tax (it was said he is a long time customer that brings constant business to her, therefore implying a close working relationship so I took her word) and he will protest the tax value of the property if the credit listed is not accurate, and the property is valued more highly than assessed by the county.” I immediately messaged her the assessed property value when I received the HCAD letter from the county. The builder has access to these public records as well even when I was on a phone call with him he pointed out he didn’t need me to send him the appraised value as he can see it himself online. I had originally messaged Cynthia with the attached HCAD letter showing the appraised value of the property with a value of 170k+ Increase, than what the credit was given for(go figure). She noted on the email the “builder will be protesting the 2019 taxes, so there is still an opportunity for the appraised value to be adjusted before Nov 2019. He has noted the file and will advise me of the status.” I consistently followed up until she went unresponsive on my email on to the status. I contacted the builder and even with email proof that he was well aware of the protesting that needed to be done he claimed he never received it and therefore protested nothing. Even stating himself he didn’t need me to send him the appraised value because he could see it himself online. Morals, ethics, integrity, and making your customer a priority is something this establishment does not embody. I would advise anyone to take there business elsewhere.
