I was contacted in August by my mortgage company and HOA recommending more insurance coverage on my condo. That happened to be during hurricane season so when I contacted my then insurance agent he offered little help because of a storm headed our way. SCARY FOR SOMEONE NOT FULLY INSURED. I tried contacting him the following week and began to feel ignored even though I was trying to purchase more insurance. My then insurance agent even said he had never heard of the policy my HOA was recommending. I was extremely frustrated and contacted Allstate and was helped by Susan Rodriguez right before closing on a Friday night. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE!! She immediately put a plan together for me to review and now I have peace knowing Im rightfully and fully insured. She took care of everything concerning the other policies I had at the time and the transition was heaven. Finding a good insurance is always a hustle. Everyone tries to sell you everything and anything without the proper information and will literally sell their souls to make a quick buck for commission. Oscar, on the other hand, took his time to properly educate us about insurance and coverages. Gave us a good deal that will work best for our needs and answered all our questions. Best thing is that he accommodated us and took us in last minute. Is always nice to work with an agent that will go above and beyond to assist all clients at all times.He is saving me about $1,000 a year in auto and with better coverage!!! I contacted Jill’s office on June 2nd to have a policy instated June 21st. I provided all the relevant information to go in affect on the aforementioned date. However, their computers “glitched” which resulted in my policy not being activated. This glitch has now cost me $160 per year as result due to losing the 7 day prepay discount. Agents solution: drop Allstate reinstate prior policy then come back in a couple of months. Seriously?!? This is Allstate stance?? So much for being in “good hands.”

This office is very slow to respond. I canceled my policy 6 days before my next draft and she never canceled it! I had to call the main Allstate number to do this after they drafted the money. Its so inconvenient to have to go through this. If I ever go back to Allstate Ill make sure its with another local agent.
