Called their office for a quote over the phone. The lady who picked up was extremely rude and unprofessional. The prices given were not the best out there. Very poor customer service. Will not stop by nor call this agency ever again.

Told their office numerous times that I am not renewing with the insurance company they recommended because they raised rates by 65%. Yet the incompetent Lilia or whatever did not process my request. They do not know what they are doing, bait and switch and so many people have their hands on your policy none of them know what the other is doing. superficial friendly, severely incompetent. Very frustrated, how many times do you have to tell them you are not renewing? then get an invoice. Find another agent.
