Kingspoint handles all my business and personal insurances. Always great customer service, good follow up and very knowledgeable.They are very helpful in answering all my questions. For example, when we purchased our home that was a rebuild after Harvey, they found a policy provider that treats our rebuilt if it were a new home saving us money. A big plus for being A local family owned minority business!

Very very bad customer service at this office. The owner lacks of knowledge and skills to perform various tasks and he does not care of his customers. He never returns call to customers for a week, 2 weeks or longer until the customers call him again. He always blames the front desk for not passing the message to him.I would not recommend to anyone to come to this agent for services.

Very bad service. I signed up a rental insurance for one year and I moved out after one year lease, but the insurance automatically renewed my policy. Why? because this agent set auto renew for me without asking me. When I asked them to cancel the policy, its more troublesome. I was asked to send in a cancelation request by fax, which I though should be canceled the policy. But when I called to the insurance company, I was told the policy is still active. I called back and forth for another 2 weeks, still not get my policy canceled. Dont try this company. Its bad. Really bad.
