Really helpful and accommodating agents here. I dealt with Tony Suárez and he was super helpful in both explaining what each aspect of the policy entailed (cost, deductible, what it covers, what it doesnt cover, any extras). He also helped me run a couple different cars to get an idea of what the price would be. In addition he helped me figure out what could contribute to a better rate and was able to suggest options that would get there. I didnt have an appointment but he saw me right away and was really nice and accommodating without being pushy or sleazy at all. The other lady in the room was also really nice. Definitely reccomend.

Parya will offer you the best insurance policy which you cant even imagine. For my house her quote was half of the other insurance policies with the same perfect coverage. I really appreciate her patient and help with costumers.

My experience with Allstate is very hilarious. I towed my car before 5 months and I sent receipt with my email immediately three times, however still now I didn’t get any refund. When I asked them they said send the receipt again and we will figured out I sent the receipt again, still now I didn’t get my refund it’s not fair. I never seen this kinds of customer service.
