Absolutely worse nightmare for one entire year, let me clarify that my family and I were all in one policy together. My parents switched over to All State a year and a half ago and i was the only one left over on this policy. Changes were never properly made, even after constant phone calls every month of this year. It started in January when payments were still being taken out of my mothers bank account even after she was advised of the changes. This continued for five months EVEN after i called EVERY SINGLE MONTH.To end things with this agent, that never answered phone calls FYI, and had her assistant answer them for her...My vehicle was totaled this summer in July and paid of by her very own insurance agency, State Farm. Not only was she notified by supervisors and reps because of my constant phone calls... but was ALSO notified by me, myself. Since she never made the proper changes, only my mother was allowed to remove a TOTAL LOSS vehicle from the policy. I would understand if State Farm has not declared it a total loss, I would also understand if it had not been paid off or if she somehow had not been notified but she not only was notified but was also able to see it right there in front of her computer screen. I know this because my new agent helped me out in less than 5 minutes making the proper changes and shocked by the fact that i would have to pay almost $500 for two vehicles, one that was NON EXISTENT. Might I add, that since I was not my mother and not able to remove a total loss vehicle, I however, was able to ADD a vehicle. Of course, why not? more commission for her right? Total hypocrisy and, as I am understanding, very illegal. I have reported her to the Texas Department of Insurance, for fraud. Not only has the wasted my valuable time, in which i am now choosing to waste warning everyone about this nightmare I hope no one ever has to deal with.If you read her Five star reviews they sound even more fake than the tooth fairy. Paying for reviews is never a good thing. STAY FAR AWAY!I have nothing to gain from this but to warn you... very unprofessional, I still am waiting on my refund for already paying for two vehicles at least for one month.I never left because I love State Farm, they are great. It is sad that one agent can ruin a company.

Attempted to make changes to policy multiple times, but changes were never made. The lack of communication from the office is unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend this agent.

I went to this office because my last agent Dalinda Madrigal - Sate Farm Office left a bitter taste about the way I feel with State Farm themselves. I am working with a new agent named Maria (from Brooke Cluse - State Farm Office) and this is by far the best transfer I have ever met.I went to meet Maria to talk about my insurance and possibly an auto loan.
