I have to say that having State Farm my whole life I have been a loyal customer and have had numerous agents. I placed a call to the State Farm hotline three weeks regarding a letter I received and still have not gotten a response from this agent. This is not the first time I have called and requested help either. I have called through the national State Farm number and calling them directly. I would shop around elsewhere before choosing this branch for insurance. There are plenty of agents around and this one is just not responsive to requests.
