LIVE ON TOP FLOOR, BUT APPARENTLY IVE HAD UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS.Updated situation for people looking to Rent:Have lived at Villas since summer 2020. My experience here continues to get worse. I was excited to live here at first, but this place isnt as fancy as it looks.The most recent and concerning event:A cop was shot at the complex around Memorial day. Residents were confused and afraid, the office had no communication until afternoon the next day and of course the police wouldnt tell us anything.The next afternoon I found cops climbing out of the attic right outside my front door, THEY TOLD ME THE SUSPECT HAD BEEN LIVING IN ATTICS AND TO CONTACT THEM IF I SEE SOMETHING. There are various attics on the 4th floor, none of them are locked and they provide access to the roof. So someone could climb on roof to other attics and even the parking garage. The attic spaces span across multiple apartments including mine. Ive posted photos of the attics, which are accessible to anyone right now. This must be some sort of violation on the Villas part. My girlfriend has been paranoid and worried. We spoke to the front office and they didnt take it very seriously. Writing this review 2 weeks later and the ATTICS REMAIN UNLOCKED.Other incidents have been a resident held at gunpoint/their dog was shot; resident followed in garage and robbed with a weapon; as well as vehicle thefts. Gates are often broken and can easily be accessed by any strangers.Aside from crimes; elevators constantly malfunction/one was down for over 1 month; the complex is very trashy and has pet droppings everywhere; constant water shut-offs; among other problems.I have spoken to a few other residents who voiced similar concerns as me and no longer want to live here. For me, negative concerns greatly outweigh any positive aspects this place has.

Apartments overall or nice, great people live here, but the cost is a little steep for what you get. Sometimes you have wait a while for service request.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about the staff, the girls are the best and Maintenance was always quick to fix something. However I’ve seen cars on blocks I’m talking 10 cars in 4 months on blocks. This is not the place to have a nice Vehicle, or rims! Buy a camera if you move in. My sport bike was stolen as well. Like I said nothing against anyone that works here, but the problem is the people above them, they don’t care enough about the people that live there to take the proper action to make them feel safe, and they never will.

My entire experience at Villas of Bunker Hill has been amazing. Since my very first interaction when I called and spoke to Rachel about their property. She was very sweet, informative, and professional, which led me to choose them to be my next home. I moved across the country, which in itself is highly stressful. Everyone here at VBH has been very accomodating. Alexis took charge of certain aspects that didnt go so well during my move, which was not even part of her job, but she went over and beyond to help me. The customer service here is impeccable. The apartment is beautiful. The staff that I met is impressive: Britney, Alexis, and Rachel. And the maintenance crew is awesome and super friendly. Its refreshing to see so many hardworking and happy people. Thank you to everyone who helped make this transition for me so easy!

Love living here!! Rachel is the best! Everyone here is so friendly. I don’t know why some people are complaining about the management and how they run the apartment complex. They really try their hardest, and they should be given more credit. There are a lot of residents here and only a few working on the staff team. They can only do so much. If anyone gives a review below 3.5, they’re honestly just nitpicking. Love the monthly events!

The services from the support team is pleasant when you move in, but don’t let them fool you. Once you mentioned a tiny bit that you might move out, they will become your enemy. We moved from 1 bedroom apt to 2 bedroom apt on the next door and cleaned everything, but they still charge $1200+ fees for cleaning and floor issue (which is there when we move in). For the 2 bedroom apt we learned the lessons and noted every issue down, but the maintenance team never come to fix them. When we move out and tried to submit service request for these two months before we move out, they refused to fix this. Such a poor and unprofessional support team! Avoid them if you can.

I have been living here for 4 years. Villas at Bunker Hill is a great apartment. Rachel is an excellent Leasing Manager. She helps me a lot. She is very professional!

Can’t wait to get out of these apartments. It’s always something like this. Or some scheduled maintenance that they have to turn off the water for all day. I’ll be out of here soon. Also, every 5 star review is an employee because there’s no way that many people like this place. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I love it! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will say I’ve had a few issues with my AC, but that’s to be expected in a complex with so many units. Regardless, I would like to thank Rachel especially. Any time I have an issue I speak to her and it’s resolved almost immediately. Thank you Rachel! I always feel like she really cares about making sure you are comfortable and happy.My AC problems are minimal and have always gotten fixed in a timely manner. My apartment is also really quiet, and I enjoy that.

UPDATE: I feel obligated to leave another post due to the lack of responsiveness and attention from the management team at Villas at Bunker Hill. EACH AND EVERY DAY since move in, I have had to reach out to VBH management to ask for a status or to have some sort of movement on these issues. At this point I shouldn’t have to continue to contact management for the status of repairs or for updates. This has been a major inconvenience causing both money and time to be wasted and we have yet to fully move into our apartment due to these pending issues. After leaving reviews on Monday 8/16 and reaching out to the Hilltop corporate office, corporate responded asking which property I was referring to which I then replied with the apartment name. I received no further follow up emails nor any further calls from the Corporate office nor Management. I then called the property again at 4:45 pm and spoke with Brittany the Assistant Community Director to follow up once again on the on going service request, she advised me at that point that they were contacted by Corporate regarding my earlier post and the Manager would be contacting me directly Tuesday 8/17 morning. Clearly this is not a priority nor does the property care about the living conditions of their units because I have yet to hear from the Manager and it is now mid afternoon. I have tried to be patient and understanding with the team and maintenance on many occasions but this property has failed to uphold the bare minimum expectations of property management. We have been made promises that have not been kept and the excuses range from we have 400 units and only one maintenance worker, it’s been so busy I forgot, and the list goes on. I have lived in many apartment complex’s some old some new and understand that nothing is ever perfect, mistakes will be made, and issues will arise, however it is the response, proactiveness, and professionalism that truly makes a difference. None of which we have experienced.This particular unit was in no way ready for move in, and unfortunately we were forced to move in due to time constraints. Then from there everything else went downhill. The expectation of the tenant prior to move in is to pay the full security deposit and the prorated rent prior to move in. If at any point this amount is not paid in FULL we would not be able to move in. The complex should be held accountable for the same expectations, the unit should be FULLY ready for the scheduled move in date. I would not be able to move in without paying in full, that same expectation should apply to the complex as well.My experience with this team thus far has been highly disappointing and I am appalled at the lack of service and attention I have received thus far.We viewed the unit prior to move in, we were advised the below would be completed prior to the move in date.- Ceiling painted- unit would be cleaned and moppedWe were advised that the unit was cleaned but the walls were not painted at the time of move in but maintenance would be by later that day. That was on a Wednesday, maintenance did not come by until late Thursday AFTER we called the front office. This also delayed our move in because we were unable to move anything while maintenance was painting. Although, the ceiling was painted the stain is still present. The apartment was also not cleaned nor mopped and looked exactly as it did when we previously viewed the unit.Once we moved into the apartment we came across the below issues. That have not been confirmed as complete.- AC not working (maintenance came by three times gave conflicting response about being complete, then needing a new part)- Vent needs to be replaced, cleaned, and painted around the area.- Pest control (Ants in kitchen and bathrooms)- Possible mold in master bath- no cold water in guest bath shower- transition strips where the tile meets the wood floor in kitchen and entry way. (This is a hazard)- front door missing lightThank you

New maintenance manager they have is not good. Predro was way more responsive. On top of that the property seems to be at an all time low . Rude staff all around . Who ever is in charge of regional maintenance teams should be replaced ASAP!

HONEST REVIEW!Apartments are very cute and amenities are nice, however be prepared to hear dogs barking all the time, gate is constantly broken, cars are often stolen and broken into. These apartments have been a target for theft lately, complex does little to make you feel safe. Management will charge you fees for trash violations and so on. They will sometimes response to emails and phone calls. Fire alarms go off all the time, water is also frequently turned off for hours at a time. Like I said your apartment will be nice and the location is great.. but you will deal with frequent problems.

Trust the bad reviews !!! Ive read trough every single one during my time here and its very accurate !!! Especially the new maintenance manager , trash is everywhere and dont be surprised with the rude staff !! hallways are an absolute disgusting scene . No wonder everyone who works on maintenance doesnt last , because is terribly managed ! The only way to save this property is to get the right management ! Hilltop is not cutting it .

Villas at bunker hill is a beautiful complex anybody would love to live in. You feel secure in the complex and they offer great amenities. In particular I want to give credits to Brittany for being patient and friendly. She is also very quick with the process of application, definitely knows what she is doing and always happy to do her job!

If I could give this place 0 stars. I would. The manager here was horrible. Don’t even get me started on all the roach problems they have here. I heard from the surrounding units that a building here was filled with bed bugs. DISGUSTING.

Rachel, the lease manager, was very professional and did an excellent job showing us our future apartment. We were riding the fence and had other apartments we toured and had visited. The apartments were well kempt and Rachael was the tipping point. Thanks and we look forward to joining your community :)

Ive lived at the Villas at Bunker Hill for nearly the last 3yrs. Brittany and Camila have been incredibly kind and attentive since theyve arrived - the management company really developed a great team here.They are fast to respond to service calls and the technician is very capable.The location is phenomenal - right behind a HEB, close to City Centre and easy Highway access! Id recommend anyone to live here if they are in search for an apartment complex in the Houston area.

I lived here for 2 years and its been truly a great experience. They were able to accommodate my needs especially during covid. The check in and check out process was easy and the management was very professional. The location is accessible to your everyday needs and its located right off i10. Camila, Brittney, Mia, and Rachel do an amazing job at managing the property.

New to Houston and toured these apartments while making our decision on where to settle our family. Unfortunately they did not work because the commute was too far for us, but we were very disappointed because it seemed like a wonderful place to live. Rachel was extremely thorough and so knowledgeable about all the inner-workings of the building and the area. She was very thoughtful, went above and beyond to make sure we were able to make the most informed decision. No doubt that any of the residents would be lucky to have her as a property manager!!

I have been living here for one year, and I can tell that we made the best decision, more than the fancy place and the location what is SO convenience, the people how live here are very kind and gentle, the maintenance personnel responses quick to the call, and all the leasing staff are lovely and dedicated specially Rachel. Rachel was very helpful with all my questions. She helped me over a few calls and helped me make my ultimate decision in person. Over decades of working with staff in this way, her professionalism was unmatched. I cant see myself living anywhere but Villas at Bunker Hill. I love the neighborhood, but its personalities like Rachels that really help us feel at home.

We have lived in this complex about four years ago and will be returning in August. Camilla the Assistant Manager helped us yesterday find the right unit. Best experience with apartment hunting we have had this time around. She answered all our questions and was very patient. The complex looks like it has been kept up very well and there have also been some nice upgrades since we last lived there. Looking forward to being a part of the community again!

Villas at Bunker hill is an amazing place to live. Friendly community, dog friendly, and great amenities. The staff is awesome and quick to fix any problem. For example, I put an order in for my A/C and someone was on site within 30 minutes! I genuinely like living here. I want to give a special thanks to Rachel, she was very helpful throughout my lease signing process. Her customer service was outstanding, and by far the best in my apartment search. If you are looking for a nice, clean community close to everything you want and need. The Villas at BunkerHill is the place to be!

I have not been living here long , but so far absolutely love living here. This is a great location close to many stores and the freeway. I leased my apartment during the pandemic close down and thanks to Rachael my leasing consultant who was so helpful in answering all my questions ( and I had many ) she made my move in process very easy. Very friendly and helpful staff in the office .Would definitely recommend moving here.

Kami -the manager is very respectable and capable , just the last dis-respectable action during fire alarm inspection bothered us much, it was weird from both neighbor and one of your staff , the hallway always needs to be cleaned properly. No worries we will move on.

Hello from building 2! :) Just wanted to say that after 6 months of living in the Villas at Bunker Hill there is absolutely so much to love about this place! Totally a prime location, and the walking distance from Costco is super convenient. Rachel in the office is always so kind and helpful with any questions Ive had about my lease, and when my stove randomly went out in June, it was revolved only a couple of days later, despite all of the Covid craziness! I hope they keep up the great work!

I’ve been living at the property for just over a year and thankfully will be moving in a few weeks. It’s not uncommon to have vehicles stolen, broken into, on blocks, and just recently a resident was robbed at gun point on a Sunday morning in the garage. The property utilizes the services of two off duty HPD officers to randomly patrol the property for a combined 60 hours per week. However, after living her for a year I’ve never seen them patrol, they only go around and lock the gates to the pool at 10pm each night, that’s it. When I brought the topic up to management I was told that it’s in my lease that they are not responsible for our vehicles or our personal safety. I understand that things happen but their level of concern for their residents is alarming. Security and safety of their residents should be of the utmost importance. They are only concerned with getting their money, they will charge you violation fees without any type of warning, trash is to be put out between 6-8pm each night, I put mine out at 5:10pm on one occasion and was promptly fined $25 without warning. It’s a nice property in a convenient location however don’t let that fool you. Best of luck on your apartment search.

Terrible apartments here heard it from my friend was gonna to move here these apartments but lucky me changed another route!! Heard bad two faced people working there and especially saying disrespectful things to the customers 👎!!! Like my friend said he can’t wait till he is moving out!! Get outta there

Ok, first thing, I want to say that I absolutely cant stand searching for new apartments or dealing with leasing agents... but RACHEL absolutely calmed all the reservations I had and helped me feel at ease regarding the entire process! Thank you so much Rachel for helping me and answering all my questions, even questions I didnt think to ask! Youre awesome!

I feel like this complex is poorly run and managed. Be advised -- they do not respond well to tenant concerns. The common hallways and waste areas are not clean. I would not recommend signing a lease at this location.

My family and I went to visit these apartments and had the pleasure of meeting Brittany who took us on a tour of the complex. Not only was Brittany extremely sweet, funny and professional, she listened to us and our needs. She was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Brittany even reached out to us the following day to see how we were doing and if we had anymore questions she could help with. She truly went above and beyond! She has made our decision super hard!

Moved in to this complex about a year ago and from the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by leasing consultant Rachel my experience was excellent. Rachel is personable, professional, naturally sweet and always gone above and beyond willing to help! She is this complexes greatest asset!!!

Apartment and location are good. Maintenance is excellent buuut security is below average. Every couple of weeks a robbery happens in the garage where car wheels get robbed. This event has been repeatedly happening for months now and no serious security plan was put in place to stop this. It is very disapointing. I heard there is a security guy at night but I never saw him around.

I absolutely love my apartment. Brittney Jackson one of the Leasing consultant at this location is amazing. She is Very professional, friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. I love it!!!

I have lived at VBH since November 2019 and I have been in love with the place since. From my first tour with Rachel the leasing consultant to business with the assistant manager Camila I have had a wonderful experience. They have always been kind, courteous and understanding. I would recommend this community to all my friends and family looking to live in a friendly community with great neighbors.

I went in to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment because a friend of mine recommended this place. I worked with a woman named Brittany Jackson who was so bubbly and a doll the entire time. The property had a huge dog park that I loved for my dog and I really enjoyed the amenities. I ended up not being able to move in because I was relocated but when I come back I will live here.

Apartment hunting can be frustrating at times, so I’ve put it off for a few months. But something told me to check out The Villas and I had a great experience. Brittany was very helpful and engaging. Filled out the app on the spot.

Good so far! Moved here a couple of weeks ago. There were some issues with the apartment at move in, but they were solved quickly thanks to maintenance.Rachel from the main office was very helpful during the move in process!

The front office is non-responsive. One neighbor mentioned they complained about a specific staff member to one of the agents in the office, and they outright agreed/ shrugged their shoulders like that was just the way it is. They dont respond to your emails. We were lucky to have neither a black mold problem or a pipe burst in our apartment. We were also lucky enough to not have our cars broken into any one of the multiple times it has happened. The office will send out a generic statement claiming they have police officers on duty. Rats have multiplied and gates are constantly broken. The rent looks like a good price, but its not worth the hassle nor the stress to deal with.

I just completed my first year and I couldnt be more proud to live here! GREAT improvements have been made in all areas of the property. On top of all the new changes they also have amazing staff. @Camila Ramirez and the staff have gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure my accommodations on property meet me and my pups needs.

Kami, Camila, Brittany, and Rachel are so kind and helpful. They are very professional and courteous and always have a smiling face every time I see them! I love my apartment, and service requests are always fulfilled quickly. The apartments are pet friendly and always kept clean which is a big thing for me. I just renewed my lease at Villas at Bunker Hill and can’t wait to do it again next year! I recommend all to do the same!

I’ve lived in this complex for a year and until now I had no complaints. But there have been several incidents involving car theft and breaking into cars. This week my wheels were stolen. I was literally parked right in front of a “camera“, in a well light area and it still happened. Last night more cars were vandalized and the front office didn’t seem to be phased about it. According to them we “security” but I have never seen any before. From the looks of it it, it has happened very often at this complex and doesn’t seem that things will change.

Rachel Lowery helped us out to find a great new place. She was professional and quick to offer any assistance we needed to move in as well as the rest of team. So far I love the property and the new Hilltop management seems to be much better than that of the old property managers from what I can tell. The location is ideal and the pricing is very reasonable.

VBH has been perfect for me! The architecture and layout is very luxurious and soothing, so it’s easy to feel calm when you come home. The service is also amazing. I always have a ton of questions, and everyone (especially Rachel) has been very warm and responsive. Parking has been a little tricky for me, but that’s such a small thing compared to the great pools, dog park, and fitness center. I’m glad that H-E-B is right next door so I can walk to get my groceries. I’m really happy with my choice to live here!

Lived in this apartment complex for a few months now. My truck was stolen and from what I understand this is a common issue in this complex. Not to mention the hallways smelling like dog urine and weed. I regret my decision in living here.

I just moved to Houston from Dallas and have been looking for a 1 bedroom and I was amazed! Very lovely floorplans, spacious and updated. The pool is beautiful and with the help of Brittany Jackson, I had a blast touring it all out! I think I would be really happy here.

I really like Villas at Bunker Hill, the apartments are comfortable, modern, clean, and safe. You cant beat the location. However, what I like the most is its professional staff. Staff is always available and follow up when you make an inquiry, maintenance is quickly adressed, and tenants are constantly emailed with updates and events. I have lived on property for 2 years . I would like to commend Rachel Roberts, Leasing Specialist, who is always kind, professional and willing to help when i call to inquire on updates. Ms. Kami Venerable, manager, is the kind of manager that makes a good community by her good management and her staff. Kudos to maintenance crew, kudos to Kami and Kudos to Rachel.You will be pleased moving to VBH. Its a really nice place.

Hello,Villas on Bunker Hill are the perfect apartments, perfect location, right in the center of everything you would need. Interstate 10 which route you anywhere you want to go in Houston, Memorial City mall, Marshalls, Ross & TJMaxx, downtown, museum district, medical centers. The apartments are luxury apartments, spacious with beautiful floor plans. You should stop by and you experience the tour, ask for Brittany Jackson, she is delightful, informative and nice to tour with. Remember Villas on Bunker Hill as well as Brittany.

Been here for almost a year has been a great experience! Very welcoming, everyone’s friendly and the staff is amazing! Especially Camila, she’s always takes the extra mile and is a big help whenever I have a question!

We lived here for almost 3 years. It was awesome at the beginning but after multiple changes of management, the complex has been becoming dirtier, with roaches, VERY unsafe, with trash everywhere and with management that cares very little. Heartbreaking...It used to be such a nice place to live...

I moved in about 2 months ago and Im more than happy in VBH. The move-in process was smooth an easy thanks to Rachel who answer all my questions (I had a lot of them) and helped me find the apartment that best suited my needs. I was a little hesitant to move in here due to some of the reviews stating several car break-ins but I was told security cameras were being installed in the garage  building so that eased my mind. The location is great, HEB is right next door and I-10 is a block away. Management staff has been very responsive, friendly and willing to help. The complex is very quiet (at least apartments facing the pool are), hopefully it stays that way once summer time is here. Plus: Location, quiet community, parking building, resort style pool, parcel pending lockers, daily mgmt updates. Cons:Parking could be tricky but not a big deal, 1 car break-in notice since I moved in (not my car), pet owners sometimes not cleaning up after their pets but unfortunately this happens in almost every complex.

Ive been staying here a few years now and I have seen a lot of improvements over the course of my stay. With the change management/property ownership, I was skeptical of the direction of the place, and so far things are good. Camila, Brittany, Kami, and Kate all are friendly see and really do everything they can to make sure youre comfortable. They are trying and the effort is a big thing. I havent had any major issues under the new management and so far I am pretty satisfied here.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The place I found helped my travel and work lifestyle. I will definitely recommend.

When moved to Houston I was looking all over for the for the best apartment for me. The staff was awesome, Rachel was the one who gave me the tour and just how friendly she was made me want to live here vs the other one i was debating on. Customer service always wins!

Camila, Rachel, and kami are the best management team I have ever lived under. Our property stays beautiful, and if any problems ever arise they handle it promptly and professionally. I may never move!

ZERO STARS. If you can, dont live here. The move out process will be a pain unless you have EVERYTHING in writing. They will nickle and dime you for nearly everything. I helped my uncles family move in here, but when we were trying to move out, they added a lot more fees than what was agreed upon. I ended up getting involved and even contacted the management that reside in Florida but with no resolution. They wanted us to pay over $100 upon moving out but they really owed me because the move in fee should have been waived, along with other miscellaneous fees. I never got my deposit back. It was a long two weeks of wasted time, effort. and wages in leaving my job early just to get there in time to talk it over with the people in the office.

Google does not allow zero stars or that would definitely be my choice.We rented an apartment at the Villas of Bunker Hill for my Mom, who lives out of town, so she would have her own place to stay.She has a one bedroom apartment that rents for $1410 a month. In the last 12 months, her kitchen sink has backed up with sewage water, yes, that is not a joke, with waste water, oh and this has happened 3 times in 12 months.Fortunately, one time she just happened to be in town and call the maintenance crew in time for them to close the pipes, but unfortunately, she was not there the other 2 times....and her entire apartment was filled with 6-8 inches of waste water.What does a great apartment complex like The Villas at Bunker Hill do to accommodate a grief stricken tenant ... that only tries to stay at the apartment a few times a month? They send in maintenance crew to pump out the water put few (extremely loud) dryers in the apartment....to ‘save’ their Sheetrock and particle board cabinets. No, you can’t stay there, no there wasn’t an ounce of rain, this is just the result of a poorly built apartment complex with major defects that the managers have not and will not own up to....the last thing they want to do is open the ‘flood’ gates of people wanting to get out of their leases.The apartment management has offered nothing other than to say we will remove the water from your apartment and dry it out...and your renter’s insurance covers the damage to your furniture.You can put nice brick around a cardboard box, but it is still a cardboard box, and that is exactly what you will get by signing a lease at The Villas at Bunker Hill.I have the pictures if you want to see what it looks like to have a flooded apartment when weather was not responsible.Free advice from the son of a tenant that has been through this misery, (3 times in 12 months), that is now forced to find another place...and new furniture minus the insurance deductible. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! The service is pathetic and the staff members are rude. They approach every problem as the tenants problem and never take responsibility for their incompetence or damages theyve caused. You have to contact senior management, who arent at this location, to get anything taken care of. When I moved in, the complex had a different management company which was very professional and courteous however once it changed about 3 months in everything went down hill. BEWARE: The staff is incredibly nice when you are thinking of moving here however once you move in its a whole different story. Current residents are only problems for them and they only care about getting new leases. Someone should tell them that good customer service goes beyond a little smile and awkward hello. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location. Lease is up in a few months and cant wait to move out!

Lived here for 3 Years. Maintenance staff was great. There have been several cars broken into in the garage. I had mine stolen out of the garage in November

Ive lived at this place for about 4 years great location but when I moved out I ask to have it walk through because had already inspected my own place and felt confident that everything was going to be good they said I had broken the glass on my microwave I asked for pictures never received any pictures only got calls from collection agencies saying that I broke their microwave.Also I was always very patient with them horrible Plumbing experiences from water dripping from the ceiling to the sink always having blockage problems and spilling everywhere.

I’ve been out apt shopping the last few weeks and was given a tour by Brittany of this property. She was professional and informative and really went out of her way make it a great experience!

I have been living in this apartment unit for two years and the good thing about this apartment is its location. But when it comes to facility, maintenance and cleanliness this apartment needs to improve. People keep trash bags outside without closing them or at times just the trash. The management doesnt seem to take action as I see this everyday. I hear complaints about towing cars but the leasing management doesnt inform the tenants on the same. This is a havoc and nightmare for certain residents. Customer satisfaction towards the management is really bad, the leasing staff people arent friendly and they keep on changing the front office and back office people quite often due to which the quality of customer service is going down. People live here value the service and respect the community, but the leasing office people does comply with the regulations and when they make mistakes the management try to eliminate them and bring in new people rather correcting their mistakes or admitting their responsibility. Overall the management needs to improve, living in a respectable community is more important than being in a good location.

The apartment is great, I havent had any problems that werent addressed within a day or so. Every time I go to the office, Robert is always greeting us warmly and checking on us. We really enjoy it here

Today 12-26-19 there is a family outside their porch and they are making a lot of noise is 11:50 pm and I still cant sleep There is someone who can help me,I already call security and apparently I was ignored!.. They are drunk playing and shouting what else they should do to get them to shut up.. This is ridiculous!!!

Lowest prices in the area, Spacious units, and the staff is always there to assist when I have a issue even after hours Maintenance responds quick!

Its okay but it could make some improvements because sometimes the staff is rude, or they just raise the price too high for no reason. But then there are also the benefits of the schools all in one location and the shops and malls. The apartment us really good but sometimes one or two employees can ruin it for everybody. BUT from my experience it is ONE OF THE BEST apartments Ive ever been in. Like a hotel.

Ive been here for one month and already my car has had its windows smashed out. The gates are left open all the time and there is no security. When you ask about the neighborhood when you are checking the place out they refuse to say how it is, now I know why. Just stay away from this place and neighborhood.Edit:After the bout of break ins, management would not even recognize that peoples cars were broken into, stating that they were allegedly broken into even with dozens of peoples property being damage. They further went on to blame the residents for any alleged break ins because they may have kept property in their cars. Sure, I could see that as a reason for someone to break in but in a secure building, why were they able to get in in the first place?Then today when I went out into the garage there were several cars that were put up on blocks and had all their wheels stolen in the middle of the night!They advertised the secure parking garage as one of their amenities when I was checking out the property. If people can walk in, and take the wheels off of your car, or break into dozens of cars without anyone noticing than the garage isnt very secure.With the lack luster building security, the staff not caring that the gates get left open all night and the frequency of crime within the secure building I would NEVER suggest to anyone to live here. Its not safe at all for your property or your person and its insulting considering how high the rent is.Edit #2: You now have to sign up for parcel pending if you want ANY package to be delivered. The sign up for parcel pending includes yet another fee. More exemplary customer service from this property. Do not rent here!

The Villas are Amazingggg, The Lessing Team is Nice, Knowledgable and Professional. Miss Jackson is NOTHING short of The Best! She’s helped me numerous times over time, and it really made the difference in my experience

Im a bit surprised by the other reviews here. Sure the complex is under new management but every complex I have ever lived in has changed hands at least once in my time there.The current problem is the pipe that ruptured in and around the offices, the staff made do with what they had. It is impossible for absolutely everything to run smoothly and get the amenities back in order. All my work orders have been addressed in a timely manner even with all the turmoil from the pipe.

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE! Disorganized office, rude staff members, lots of maintenance issues. Seems like everyone at the leasing office is always new (they keep changing management all the time) and they cant resolve any of the issues.The building recently had a pipe burst (in the middle of the night) and because the office people didnt know how to turn the alarm off the sprinkles stayed on for almost 3h. We had to evacuate the building and spend most of the night outside. Because the sprinkles were on for too long a bunch of apartments flooded, as well as some common areas. They decided to prioritize the common areas versus our flooded apartments (since they dont really care about their tenants) and never even bother to let us know the issue would be resolved. The accident was on a Wednesday, we tried to call the next day all day only to find out at the end of the day (via email) that their phones were down - nothing about fixing the damaged apartments. They finally contacted us Saturday and all they had to say was that they would START to fix stuff inside the apartments (that had WET CARPET and dry walls) on Monday, and if we were unhappy with the living conditions we should contact our insurance company.Not only are they rude but they also dont seem to care much about the living conditions of their residents and have no consideration for tenants. A few months ago we had to literally put in a request to clean the hallways, since they were filthy and had dead roaches for weeks.Save yourself a headache and do not live here!!!!

The management at this complex helped expedite my move in literally on a one day notice due to a flooding event. The team I worked with did a phenomenal job given that it was a really busy weekend with an enormous amount of resident traffic. Thanks so much!!

The people are nice, the dogs are cool. The pools are nice... when theyre open. They seem to close pretty often and for numerous days at a time. When it is open the chill gatherings and grilling is great. The dog run is nice that you can let the dogs loose but its quite small and tends to gather poop from lazy owners. There is a school yard across the street that we and some others use when school is out and traffic is low in the park. We have yet to experience the club room as it has been under construction the entire time weve lived here (~13 months).With new management we hope to see continued improvement and less closures of common spaces.The price for the place is pretty good, especially for the great location. Theres an HEB, Costco, Lowes, Acadamy and a number of nice food options just a short walk around the corner.
