Ms. Cynthia in the office is incredibly helpful. We moved from out of town and information seemed to be crossed between the office and ourselves causing a long delay at move in. Due to time constraints and the current state of things with this pandemic we were insanely stressed and Ms. Cynthia was able to work with us and resolve all of our concerns. She was kind and on our side every step of the way. I have never worked with apartment staff and had such a positive experience even though everything that could go wrong did. Every concern we had was addressed and we were put at ease that we were wanted here. I would recommend cranbrook forest as its quiet and they have proven that they can resolve things quickly and to a comfortable level for all involved. Peace of mind is worth the world and we thank you Ms Cynthia for your calming ways and kind spirit.

These are actually some nice apartments. Management (Ms. Veronica) is really nice and able to talk to. I havent had any problems. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly.Take care of your property and itll take care of you!

I have been here almost a year and despite little things (neighbors) I love it. Management (Ms Veronica) is always smiling, always helpful. During this pandemic and Ice storm, she made sure we (the residents) were ok, taken care of and made sure to share whatever resources was available. I will be renewing my lease in August.

Ms Veronica is who keeps these apartments flourishing. Without her things wouldnt be the same at all. She deserves a raise or something for having to deal with like 10 jobs at once.

Cindy was amazing - a skilled multi-tasker. She is kind, knowledgeable, and easily walked me through every step of the process for signing my lease and gathering the documentation that I needed to get in quickly. I was a nervous wreck and she calmed my storm. I am so grateful to know that I will be well taken care of in my new home. If there were an option for a billion star review, she would get it.

Jessica, office management, was Professionally laid back and made my move in smooth. A few long quarantine months later, they show how truly understanding they are with communication. Not to forget the grounds are maintained by an elder gentleman and he does a wonderful job. Definitely noticeable when he had a 3 week vacay.Ps. Neighborhoods not the best but sure could be ALOT, much worse!!

You should expect roaches a lot of them to greet you as soon as you move into your apartment. This place always has trash all over the place and maintenance never came to fix anything. They charge you for EVERYTHING & fix ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I signed a 6 month lease and couldn’t get out of there quick enough.its a lot of places in Houston just keep looking

I loved this apartments during my short stay. They got me moved in quick, and never were they disrespectful during my stay. I had to move due to my loss of job and having a hard time finding assistance to help and being able to keep up with the balance. Even with this in play Myleeka and Jessica were the best. They never hassled me and was always understanding and straight to the point. My AC unit went out and even then i was going through the payment process and Myleeka still seen fit to send someone out to make sure my babies werent without air the same day. If everything was still going good i would for sure stay in my apartment, which even came with a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with my neighbors and so forth. If you looking for a decent place to stay in the Ella area, this is an apartment i would definitely recommend! Its kid friendly as well!

Took a tour here and I really loved the way it looked with the fireplace. However, when I asked for a tour of the unit we would be assigned, it was totally different. Fireplace was not even included as promised before. I also saw a huge roach and the cabinet in the restroom was broken.

Im looking forward to moving here. The stuff are friendly & will work with you. I came there for a tour & love the dryer & washer hookup in the one bedroom. Just been on this job three months & looking for a place close to my job

The new property manager , she is extremely rude and so aggressive! What happen to Myleeka and Jessica! Seems she cares more about having an attitude than to check for my package, I been putting in work order all week for my ac and stove and when I told her. She just said something I have to deal with until maintence gets to it. Myleeka and Jessica were so understanding even though my ac goes out every other week. They made sure I had cool air before the office was closed!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant working with them. The apartment unit needed some things to be fixed, but they were minor things. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have no words to express this new management team. So Malika no longer works here and i just feel very disappointed in this new management. My vehicle got towed because no one explained their policy regarding a half painted reserved marking. Its a 25/mnth fee and of course being new tenant was never told this. Went to the office and of course no one willing to help because corporate says the pic is visible. Its visible at night when u shining a light just to take the pic. Im out of 400 dollars so thanks to new management u will not get a good review from me. If u have a policy in place ALL UR TENANTS should be aware of this policy and u should make ur signage VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES. And of course no one wants to take responsibility for any of this!!!!!

Not happy at all with this place, I have lived here since November of 2017 and the same issues I had when I moved in are the same issues I have now, the maintenance guy came to fix the dishwasher and it broke again the same day he came and fixed the washroom door he installed upside down and it came off track a week later, the door is just leaning against the wall which is unsafe he also came and fixed the fan in the bathroom but he actually didn’t it just makes a buzzing sound, I called the office to let them know and it’s still broken. There has been several shootings here that I don’t go outside only to go to work and come home, I have a coworker that just moved from here and she got a $260 water bill, when my lease is up I will not be renewing it.

I had my Housing Voucher filled out with my new apt. number by the asst. manager JESSICA and took it down to HHA then two days later I called the property to check on the status about the apt. and was informed by manager MALIKA that apt.# is no longer available and that JESSICA assigned me another apt without my consulting me. At that point I had to reapply for another voucher but then when I confronted JESSICA she lied in my FACE that she called and told me about that and MALIKA knew she lied and nothing was done about it, I called corporate and never heard anything from them. Needless to say things happen for a reason, I found a better apt. in a better neighborhood. THANKS FOR BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL (staff and corporate office).

Horrible customer services. apartments have RATS RATS they don’t fix anything the new management doesn’t care about you. They have time to clean the pool and build a park but don’t have time to fix your apartment. They can send you letters about your balcony have chairs and bbq pits and etc but can’t fix nothing.My bathroom floor is caving in I put a work order in a month ago still not fix.my laundry room door still not fix dishwasher broken you hear gun shots every day please please please please please don’t move here. My ceiling been leaking in my apartment for months now managementDon’t care...please don’t move here since I been here we had 3 three different management and they all horrible

I have been displaced since the storm and have yet to go hom it’s been 11days and nothing has been done.This was three years ago; To me these are the best apartments I’ve lived in and this is my third apartment I’ve ever had. I love how you can call the front office and the questions and issues are handled ASAP. And to top it off I won a tv for paying my rent on time what’s not to love about that ! The parking places are narrow that a truck covers two places. a noxhe my car dawned with the two broken mirrors and a month later someone trying to park or leave the parking I rearranged the back of the car. and stupid because my car is a small sport car the smallest car in the world maybe. so I do not recommend that place your car will be as trash in 6 months contract there. there is holoc to marijuana everywhere there are people smoking forbidden mountain.

Manager and staff are so unprofessional. Went in to make a payment arrangement bc I was gonna be late on rent, I wanted to avoid being charged the late fees so I called, in advance, and told them if there’s anything I could do to avoid being charged the late fees. They said “bring in half of months rent and we can set a payment arrangement to avoid the late fees”. After scramming around trying to find some extra movie we come up with half the rent. Keep in mind it’s late already and was still at work so I decide to call and let them know I have half of the rent and they said that’s find bring it in tomorrow and we won’t charge you any late fees. The whole time of our call was for avoiding late fees. The whole point of me getting half the rent was to avoid late fees. Doing everything possible that the staff lady said I go in to turn in half of the rent and she says that i still have to pay the late fees??? The whole conversation between the both of us was about avoiding late fees. The point of me getting this money to turn in was so that we don’t have to be charged any late fees. The whole point of this was to avoid late fees. I made it really clear to the lady. And when I told her about all this all she could say was, “well I understood differently, and I know what I understood.” How unprofessional do you have to be to just not care about the tenants? And the very worse part was that the manager(who I spoke to too about the issue) had no care in the world as she sat in the other desk listening to our whole conversation didn’t even cringe once or stepped in and do her job as a manager. She basically just sat in her desk and just continued to do her make up and didn’t bother to offer up a solution and her manager title is suppose to. I know this complex might not see this a big deal. But it’s very much a big deal! Been here only going on 4 months and the first month was already iffy. This just put the cherry on top. Might have to pay the 75% of next months rent with this month so I can break lease and move again. Cranbrook Forest are very very sketchy. You guys really need to be more professional. Going to conduct a survey with all tenants in cranbrook forest and see how everyone else feels.

Just moved in. Ac not fixed as promised. Cant wait to move out.Lots of other things not as advertised. Second floor is flithy in the bathroom. Stove needs to be replaced. Floor is dirty upstairs. Ive been calling about my toilet and tub since yesterday. I called and spoke to this new manager who seems to not have any balls when it comes to her crew. My next step is to get the health department involved. I have a child whos tub toys are destroyed and doesnt even want to be home due to the smell thats coming up from our tubs.

Aww I enjoy being here at this complex, I recommend this place. I choose a town home apt. It so nice inside n outside. Aunjel help me since day one back in 2015. Ur behind on rent, they take there time and work with you. No need to worry u be kick out as long u make ur payment promise to pay. 27 of each mth ur be fine. maintenance fix ur problem fast too! Thanks you so much, also make me feel like home.

HORRIBLE!! For one they dont let you do a walk through of the apartments because they KNOW people will be dissatisfied due to how small each apartment is based off square footage. There is a roach problem within the apartments, they do have the exterminator come out BUT all they do is set up traps they dont bomb out there house or spray anything around the house. They are cheap. Traps take longer to go into effect. Then Ive never been to an apartment complex where you have to pay for a mailbox key!!! Which is $25 btw Thats how cheap they are. They have potholes every five feet which is a safety hazard towards children because cars coming and going try to avoid and go around the pot holes which prevents them going over speed bumps and driving wreck less. HAZARDOUS!!! They dont have any lines signifying parking spots so at night people park however which makes it very inconvenient to get out your car and lets no mention of you have a child you have to get out of a car seat.😒 They dont have a Dropbox to leave your rent which is also an inconvenience to people who work overnight and make payments when they get off work, so if you go to work on the 3rd and you get paid on the third, but lets say you get off at 6am they will charge you that late fee because you will have to wait until they open to turn in your money order. Also they dont have computers for guest to use, which is interesting because even at Forest Pointe (which is in the hood off North Borough) they have computers for guests to use ( limited to one hour) but the resources are still there. Cranbrook forest is so cheap they dont even allow residents to use their fax or copy machine. This place is just horrible all around and unprofessional. I would not recommend any one to stay here unless you are at your lowest and you just have to settle.

Im ok with my place. Ive been here 6 months and theres no roach or rat problem. Maybe in other ppls units but not mine. Its very quite. Its not the top of the line but its ok of3 you like being to yourself and not making friends. I like the office staff. Theyre all doing their best. I do have one small issue with the property owners. My ceiling leaks when it rains, its been this way the entire 6 months. The property owners wont release money to fix it. Like I said its a small issue that hasnt over ruled the good of this complex.

Moving out this month. The manger tells me I owe $300 for water to move out. 2br 1 bath. Then hit you with all these hidden agreement that I didnt sign. Money Trap

The management and Maintenance is horrible and they do not work with you on rent at all. A $50 late fee if you go past the second as nd $10 everyday after that.

Ive been here over a year and I like my apt they work with you and Ive yet to see a roach or rat in my apt its not a lot of racket at all its full of children mostly playing having a great time...night time is extremely quiet

From the worst where I have lived, bad bad very bad. when I visited them I asked for a model when I moved they gave me another one, the one they gave me was a nest of cockroaches, something incredible that in my life I had only seen a month stand, from complaining they gave me another unit the smallest model but I accepted it because I had no other choice was that or stay to eat with the roaches, the friendly maintenance staff did what they could just like the office girls, they stole my car and ransacked my husbands there are no cameras nobody saw anything around everything is dark, the police go to every moment and it is not to watch precisely and the height of the highs I moved 5 months ago and they have not returned my deposit they allege that they changed administration and they can no longer do anything 🤬 I do not follow them counting more because it is long. And I gave them a star because it is the only way to let me comment !!
