I regret signing a lease here. If you’re thinking of applying don’t do it. I don’t feel safe here at all. There is always yelling and gunshots out here. It’s gotten to the point that the apartment complex has teamed up with the State Patrol Services but it does completely nothing. And if that isn’t enough to convince you not to live here, I am constantly getting emails about the water being shut off or the AC being shut off at the other parts of the complex, mostly in the North and Southwest area. Also, the assigned parking spots are for nothing, people will still park in your assigned spot and the towing company takes so long to get here that by the time they’re heading over, the person will have already left. Once my lease is over I AM OUT.

Starting with the unethical and (in my opinion) incompetent manager Sandra Morfin, down to the leasing agents, the staff at this community is rude and very unprofessional. There is mold presence throughout the entire complex (since Hurricane Harvey in 2017) that management refuses to remediate. The foyer leading up to my apartment flooded over 2 feet and all Management did was clean the carpet. None of the access gates function properly. Management does NOT inform their resident about crime happening on the property or nearby. My car was broken into 3 times, a bullet shattered my front windshield, a neighbor of mine was stabbed and robbed for his truck right in front of my apartment… all of this happened within a short 5-month period. The management allows residents to exceed the occupation limit and allows 8-10 people to live in a 2-bedroom apartment. The amenities are always filthy and often inaccessible. The pool has been closed since Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and the laundry machines don’t work. The grounds are dirty and unkept. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches Everywhere!!! If you care about your health, safety, or both, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Somethings always broken at these apartment complexes. I never invite company over because of the loud neighbors and gunshots that I hear time to time. I even had a neighbor who left their USED toilet scrub with FECAL MATTER on it outside of their door for the trash services to take (which they never did and I dont blame them) and it was left there for days. The washer and dryers dont even work and when they did, people would just leave their clothes in there for the whole day. Rent is cheap but it is definitely not worth staying here.

Ive lived here for almost a year and it seems like since weve entered the New Year, my excitement to live here has decreased tremendously. None of the pools are open, almost all of the complexes are run down (except for the SW campus, but Ill get to that), and NONE of the loading areas for your wash card work. For the past five months Ive had to walk out of my complex and go to the only working machine on property, well that one broke at the beginning of June...when I called I was told that I could load my card in the office, but its only cash OR I can go to the SW campus and load my card there. WELL TODAY, I walked the entire SW campus and there was no loading machine to be found. However, I did discover that the only campus in the complex thats taken care of IS the SW campus. Pools were open, laundry areas were air conditioned, no funny smells or signs of being ran down, just a totally different atmosphere that the rest of the complex. My lease is up in a couple of months and my renewal is up in the air. I wont say dont rent here, but BEWARE OF WHAT YOURE GETTING INTO.

Coming into nob hill the workers where very nice my apartment was very clean everything was new it’s very quiet on my side.. i read reviews before i came and i thought like oh wow but when i seen for myself i never seen one roach in my place, it’s not noisy everyone stays to themselves. for young beginners i would most definitely recommend.

I am currently dealing with a broken appliance in another unit buzzing so loudly, Im woken up between 1am and 3am in the morning every day for the past three weeks. They have NOT fixed the issue, and despite violating my tenant right to the quiet enjoyment of my leased space, want to charge me an exorbitant fee to transfer to a quiet unit in which I can sleep through the night or break my lease because I cant sleep more than four hours a night. The moment my lease is up, Im OUT. My rent hasnt been late a day of my lease, and this is the appreciation they show for good, quiet, financially responsible residents.

Out of the few places Ive lived, I cant imagine living in a place worse than this one. Tenants are required to pay for services that they never get, even when requested; such as pest control. No one in the staff is as unprofessional and rude as the general manager, Sandra.Whats the point for a company to pay a manager when she is never at work to do her job? When a case or issue is escalated to the general manager, Sandra always avoid addressing the problem. Hanging up phones in peoples face has become a routine part of her job.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and they are constantly changing rules. First you have to set the trash out for pickup at the time the trash man comes around, then all of a sudden they dont want trash or grills or anything at all on the patios, so why have patios if I cant have patio furniture or things to make the patio useable. But keep raising the price of rent then tell me what I cant do in my space? There is no extra storage for these things and Im not putting my grill in my house for my house to smell like smoke. And if you dont comply, they charge you $50 extra bucks on top of the recently raised rent. Find somewhere else to live, they also have a rat problem, I see them running around the grounds in the day and especially at night. So not worth the headache.

A friend of mine lives here. I drove thru the complex with him and it was very clean. I was very impressed. His apartment was very nice inside. He totally raved about the complex. I was yped up to apply here. Then I read the reviews, now Im nervous about. It sounds like my current apartment. Mice, roaches. SMH. Im hoping the negative reviews were just upset tenants.

There are more bad reviews than good ones. Was considering applying to get closer to my kids school, but these reviews are a deterrent.

I don’t live in this apartments anymore and it’s been almost 2 years yet I’m still traumatized with roaches how gross this place was 👎 I have permanent damage from living here, If you don’t care about roaches then yeah go ahead but if you care about that please look for something better and more high end don’t end up like me.

I have called an complained about the Rat issue and everyday I come home there is two to three dead rats in my unit. I am far as hell from nasty so this is unacceptable but yet they want they rent on time. Somebody direct to the Houston Apartment Association because this is inhabitable loving arrangements for me.

Im excited about moving in to Nob Hill Apartments. Yes I have read the reviews. I understand these apartments was built before I was born or before my mother was born. I see that the two main concerns are that the apartments have German roaches and maintenance doesnt come on time. I decided to call ABC pest control company to come spray before I move in and if I need maintenance I will hire my own help. They have 9 pools and have remolded the inside. I like that they have outside furniture 🪑 for us to enjoy. Look at the bright side of things. Im not a complainer yes Im Paying 1000 for a two bedroom but my children are zone to great schools 🏫 I would like to thank Shawn for giving me this fresh start 🥰

I moved in on a special and two months later they over charged me and kept going up on my rent they charged me and others 30 to 40 dollars for trash wen it’s only 7 dollars they charged me to fix my light in my kitchen twice and my air conditioner and it still didn’t work told me they had to charge and over charge cause they were behind on some from the beginning of the pandemic I don’t think that’s my problem my car got stolen closet flooded and they told me the rental insurance they told us to get that they only use ( which found out later was a lie)only covered they stuff the carpet and walls what about my my stuff ? It wasn’t even my fault it was the people up stairs nun of the pools are open the my false advertising BIG TIME two people done got killed since I been here only 6 months never again in my life worser than the hood

The price of these apartments is nice however the quality is very bad. It doesn’t feel safe, the laundry room is basically useless the machines never work, everything wrong about the apartment itself is just painted over such as mold, cabinets that do not close, and the multiple spots the ceiling is cracked and sinking. Maintenance and the front office take forever. We’ve been here over a year and our gate keys still weren’t replaced and therefore don’t work for the gates, the gates are also frequently broken or stuck open. Mailboxes are always left open. Assigned parking spots are always taken. Smells like dog poop. So many bugs lots of roaches. The water and hvac have been off and on since the winter storm despite it being almost a month later.

As I attempt to move out the experience has been less than satisfactory. The office staff seems incapable of answering any form of email and only answer their phones about 50% of the time. It has taken me almost two weeks to get any form of rental verification from them and it has really soured what has been an overall pleasant stay. Southwest is a very nice community with many families and almost no crime. Just very sad and unprofessional management.

The staff in the office are have and the maintenance are fabulous.sandrs the apartment manager is the best manager and well respected person this complex has ever had to deal with a complex this size.she is all ways available toTake care of any problems you have.her leasi g manager anekka is all ways nice and respe trill to everybody and when her staff is busy she will take the time to go show apartments to.she is a good to model and shows respect.

They tell you what you want to hear to get you to move in. It’s roach infested! and the apartment was always kept clean. Pest control was supposed to come but they never do. Leaks coming through the ceiling. My apartment was broken into and the staff at the leasing off didn’t notify us, and made it like it was out fault. They were very rude. My car was broken into as well. They let anyone move in now, it’s so loud and trash everywhere. Just moved out I WOULD NOT recommend.

Nob Hill apartments was a good apartment to live in since I was new to Houston. It was affordable, located close to many other parts of town, and seemed relatively safe. The only reason I lived here for one year was because there are a few amenities I was wanting (in-unit laundry, weight room, etc.) that they did not have. Overall, Nob Hill was a solid apartment complex.

My mom lived there and the restroom water was connected to the toilet and pee was coming out of the sink and we had to brush are teeth in thekitchen sink

Love living at this apartments, love how safe they are, how clean, love the buildings style, love my apartments and love the staff. Maintenance is always on time, as soon as you report ab issue they solve your problem the next day, if it is not an emergency. Love how private and quiet this complex is in general. The neighborhood is super safe and a very good area. If you move here you wont regret is; Nob Hill is the whole package.

I like the inside of my apartment. There are new appliances. I also like that I have my own parking spot but I have to pay for that. When I first got here, there were roaches but they came to spray and now I don’t have that problem. I was very unhappy with the leasing process. It was extremely hard to get someone on the phone. Even now it is hard to get someone on the phone. There was a time when I got locked inside my apartment and was stuck for three hours. It didn’t seem like anyone was in a rush. Things do break a lot here. My stove, sink, the air stopped working. The place is okay if you don’t need to get in touch with anyone in the office for assistance. The people in the office seem nice for the most part. I had an issue with one lady who seemed to not want to be bothered. It is loud here and the police are called often. I’m ready to move ASAP. Rent changes often as well. Someone can’t count.

I was just here on yesterday applying for a unit, and I was helped by Katherine. She was very sweet and so amazing with the details! She had the answers to my questions before I even asked. She made me feel very comfortable and made the process very easy. Katherine is very friendly, professional and straight forward, which really goes a long way when youre frustrated with looking for a place to call home and unsure. After a mix-up at move in the team at Nob Hill stepped up and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my father. I continue to be impressed with how efficiently the office is managed, and everyone greets you with a smile and are very eager to help. Service requests are responded to quickly and the maintenance team is quick, clean, and courteous. I’m one month in and so far loving Nob Hill!

Used to live here more than 2 years. Never complained because it was the best option which met my budget. The area I lived not flooded during Harvey. Recently visited the leasing office to arrange a rent for my friend. The office was too busy but they met me friendly, especially Katherine, and provided all necessary info for arranging the rent.

I went only for a tour and had the help of Katherine, I ended up leaving with my Application submitted. Very beautiful apartments with a nice location everything is nearby very quiet and the pictures online match in real life. Katherine was very helpful with all the questions I had since this is my first time applying for an apartment. I would recommend these apartments for anyone!

After waiting for a representative 45 minutes I was told she didnt work on Fridays. In walked Katherine and within 5 minutes I was at her desk being helped. Even tho my encounter with her did not result in an apartment I was impressed with her professionalism and warmth. She is truly an asset to Nob Hill. Thank you Katherine.

I informed front office that the power went out in my unit not allowing me power or electrical use to my vanity area, my actual bathroom or my bedroom. They did not see this as a priority therefore it has been over 12 hours without power. They lied and said they would tell maintenance and the work order was not put in. I put in the order myself but they took the option of priory away and only left a general tab. I pay over 900 dollars on time to be left in the dark . I have also complained about neighbors upstairs with more that 2 people living in a one bedroom unit making way too much noise. I called in and informed them nothing happen. I asked them if I could move units but they wanted to charge me. The above neighbors have an infestation of Roaches that are finding there way down to my apartment and I am a very clean person. The sealing is also looking like it’s about to cave due to the constant stomping of upstairs and the water leaks that flow down to my apartment. I renewed my lease but I don’t think I will be staying since the new lease has not started yet

My boyfriend, Lloyd,was in search of an affordable 2 bedroom apartment and I found these apartments online for him. The next day we went to see the property and I am so happy that we were greeted by Diamond. She made us fill comfortable from the moment we walked in the door until the time we walked out. The apartments actually match the pictures online. The office is huge with a really big team. They had a popcorn machine and a Keurig coffee maker. The atmosphere so inviting. After speaking with Diamond and viewing the cozy apartment, my boyfriend decided to go through with the application process. Thank you Diamond, for all that you do. You were, genuine, sharp and kind. You dont find too many agents like her.

My Husband Jared and I had a wonderful experience with Katherine. She showed use several apartments with any problem, and was very warming to our daughter as well. The community is very beautiful and we can’t wait to move in.

I do not feel safe here ,we just had to call the fire department because a fire started, and this place is infested with roaches until we got it cleaned up ,we called so many times to complain. Do you not living here everybody is my look all fancy but it’s not it’s not even big

Ms. Nio helped me & my girlfriend tour the apartment & apply for a 1 bedroom. She was really nice & helpful! She had all the answers before I could even ask. We applied for the apartment the same day and she helped us get everything done so easy & quick! Nob hill is a very good apartment complex but she makes you wanna be there just with her being herself! If you ever stop by here , she’s the person you need to go to!

I was recently approved for a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment at Nob Hill apartments. The whole process was quick, easy, and efficient. Katherine was my leasing agent. She was soo sweet and thorough. I really narrowed it down based on the way she treated me. She was warm. No other people that I dealt with during my search for a new home made he feel so welcomed. The property is nice as well, but her customer service really helped make the decision easy. I can’t wait to spend the first night in my new home. Thank you Katherine and thank you Nob Hill.

Do not do it. It is not what it seems. Apartments literally degraded down the scale to a 3 for me if even that. I’ve been living here for over a year and I can honestly say it was a horrible experience. Half the time nothing works, tubs peel off and rust, you pay for pest control and still lots of pest, parking is overcrowded, they barely answer the phone during business hours and after hours you’re out of luck, bottom line do not live here if you can help it. The area generally is “ok”, but i can’t count how many fun shots I’ve here right inside the gates of the apartments over the past year and a half. By the way the rent here is too high for what you get. DO NOT DO IT!

Agent Stephanie was amazing! Super helpful worked around my busy schedule.The apartments hours are flexible even on the weekends. Perfect coordination, every one is so professional. The vibes you get when you walk into the office are refreshing, everyone is so friendly, and willing to help. Overall, they are very put together even coordinating in their attire (loved too see this). Final verdict they run tight ship!!! Great Team!!!!

Katherine went above and beyond for me yesterday. I was coming from work and it was getting close to closing but I was on a mission to get my application in. She was very patient, informative, and proactive. I had to run to get the money order for the application. When I returned, she had all the paperwork ready for me so we could both get out in a timely manner.

Ive lived here for a month and for a month my ac has not worked properly. Ive called and been told that the apartments are very old and therefore this should be expected by one of the people at the office. Ive called about 7 times now people have come to try to fix it around 5 and its still not fixed. Apparently this is a issue with a lot of the apartments. Its currently set to 88 bc for some reason my ac wont go above 65. I was told that I should be fine if I just change it and Im not. Ive also put the ac to 65 and only gotten to 85. It turns off and on during the night. This is all well known to the management staff, the property owners, and the people who come every week to try to fix it. Yet still here I am with a non functioning ac. I can not say this enough do not move in they will lie to your face. Who on earth would move anywhere without functioning ac in Texas. Also one of their great solutions is a standing ac that is not what I agreed or paid for. They cant or wont fix it. Ive called almost every week trying to get it fixed and I still cant get anything.

Helo guys I want yall to no that nobhillisa good place to move into. Weve been here29 years. The office people are excellent and helpful and will take care of any problems. The leasing manager anekkaisone of the best managers they had here. She will help you find any apartments you want here. Give her a 👍 up on her work. After Harvey she helped my mom and I move to another apartment which is wonderful. We couldnt of done it without her. Sandra the apartment manager is nice and helpful andtakescare of anything that goes wrong.She always has time to listen to you if you have a problem. Shes a good manager and this is what this complex needs. The maintenance people are good at keeping this place clean. All the other staff in the office areexcellent and go out of there way to givegoodcustomer service.

I called to inquire about renting a one bedroom apartment, and was told by Marcus there were three 1 bedroom units available. I scheduled a appointment to view the apartment 2 days later. When my wife and I arrived at Nob Hill, the leasing agent informed us there were no one bedroom apartments available, and attempted to sell us on a 2 bedroom apartment. I immediately walked out of the leasing office. I hate the the ole bait and switch! What a huge waste of time! If Nob Hill treats potential tenants with such total disregard, I can only imagine how poorly they treat you once you sign the lease. First impressions are everything, and Nob Hill leaves much to be desired!

With everything going I wanted the so say Thank you to NOB HILL MANAGEMENT OFFICE for always keeping us updated, i recently moved in and i must say from the beginning to the end my experience was awesome, thank you Ms. Sondra for being a good manager!

Overall, these apartments are worth what you pay. After 9 months of living here I have never had a negative encounter with any of the staff or people in the office. They are all polite, professional and most times knowledgeable as to whats going on within the complex. The maintenance people are amazing as well! They were in my apartment a while back to fix an issue with my shower drain and noticed my A/C was leaking, so they put in the work order themselves and fixed it without me even having to ask. As far as noise, I wouldnt say this place is very quiet. The windows and walls are very thin, you can hear everything going on outside (people talking, cars starting etc.). Its not unbearable but it can be a bit annoying at times. Really, one of the only problems I have is the sloppiness of the paint and touch ups in my apartment. Mine was newly renovated when I moved in, but I immediately noticed the poor paint job in every room. There is a thick coat of paint on every hinge and its quite obvious the knobs of the cabinets were not removed when painting as every single one has paint coated around it. There is also paint caked into the carpet around some of the floor boards. Of course, Im not sure how much control they had over these factors but Im assuming it was all done for pretty cheap. Had the renovations been done right and had some thought put into them, it would be a completely different apartment. With that said - all the negative, in my experience, has been mostly minor and no reason that I wouldnt lease here again. Its been a nice place to live so far and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, well located apartment for a decent price.

The office workers are so nice and very helpful. My agent ms. Niovis was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. She helped me find the best apartment and it really close to my bus stop

So... I have been living here a month now. I did read the many negative reviews and still moved in (the price and size of apartment is hard to beat). I took a chance and so far everything is really good. Staff was friendly. Not a roach or mouse so far. It has been relatively quiet despite being close to the bus stop. I do have some maintenance issues but the staff has been very cooperative and helpful. Everything is new in my apartment and looks just like the website. So... So far so good. I am relieved and hope it stays this good.

I had a great tour here and hope to make Nob Hill my home. My agent, Ebonie Butler, was great at explaining the different layouts and the available amenities. I love the updated appliances and recent renovations.The location is close to stores and the Galleria. Fingers crossed to move in soon!

Currently living at nob hill and my apartment has this molding/ rotting smell that comes and goes . I have called the front office several times about this problem and no one has came out to fix it. Very frustrating because I pay upwards to 1000 in rent every month only for my apartment to smell like this off and on ! Would not recommend anyone to move here .

My experience here was great. Every one was very helpful especially Nio W. and Sandra M. Things were organized as well as fast and Nio W. again was awesome she really did her job the way I was expecting. Thank you for my great experience.

Save yourself a headache!! The pricing and customer service here is great! But the community and the people who reside here are not!! The level of crimes & theft is quite frustrating!! Things have been stolen out of my car multiple times. You pay for a parking spot in a gated area but there are no cameras nor security on the facility. If there are cameras the only one that works are the ones right by the gate opening.

I was helped by Stephanie in the leasing office for an impromptu tour of the available apartments. She was wonderfully personable, which was especially nice due to me being completely new to the Houston area. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. Definitely speak with her if you are considering Nob Hill to be your future home!

If you are thinking about moving to this apartment complex, DON’T ! You will only be wasting your time . This property is for sale and the price is currently being negotiated with developers. They plan to tear down the entire thing and build luxury apartment buildings. Those of you who have housing vouchers will be the first ones to not get your lease renewed . The plan is to tear down the North property first while they phase everyone out of the south property !! I know this because I’m a Real estate agent . LOL!!!!

I really had a great experience with this property as far as customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very quick to remedy concerns. Though they all were great, Robin Daniels stands out as one who was very helpful and customer service oriented. She went out if her way to take care of my concerns either by taking care of the concern herself or by facilitating the solving of my concerns.

After we applied for the apartment here, we were initially told that we had news in 3-5 days. Then we went to the office for three times and asked questions. The first time we said that our information was not perfect, but we had sent them the information they needed to improve, and they didnt reply to us. A week later, we went to ask for the application result, but they said that they had not received any reply from the third party company, so we need to wait. The third time we got the news that their companys website was down, we had to wait 3-4 days. Because we had been staying in a hotel, the long wait wasted a lot of our time and money. We were so disappointed.

Ms.Noi was extremely helpful she found us an apartment to accommodate our new baby and got us a great deal everything was fast and very professional she was nice and respectful we would like to thank her!

Looking, finding and landing on an apartment was an easy experience. Nio was extremely helpful, very personable and made our requests a priority.

Came two Fridays ago for a tour. Looking for an apartment for my daughter going to U of H. Liked the layout and our sales rep. Quincy was very polite and answered all of our questions. We moved in this past Friday and have just about gotten her all settled in. Neighborhood around is nice and so far everyone we have meet has been very pleasant. Have noticed a lot of the dog owners not following the code to clean up after Fido. Even poop by the dog clean up stations. I think enforcing the fines that the city have would greatly help this issue. We did go to office today for a small leak in AC and window that will not lock but have been assured it would be fixed quickly. Hoping they come tomorrow. Like the neighborhood feel of the complex but getting used to the humidity!! Can’t wait to come and visit. We have family with Harris County Sherrif and HFD we now have an excuse to come and see them. Looking forward to a great experience at Nob Hill.

I moved in the day before thanksgiving and everything went smoothly. Tooba was very helpful and knowledgeable, she definitely went above and beyond her call of duty to make my move in happen as fast as possible. I love the apartment and staff I would recommend this to everyone!:)

With everything going on during COVID19 I would like to say I had the best leasing experience with Nob Hill. Miss Nio was very informative. She was able to put my mind at ease being I had a short time to move and alot of the other complexes I was interested in werent even open or returning calls. So when you call ask for Miss.Nio.

I was interested but it seems as though their phones don’t work. One min it rings the next it’s a disconnected line next busy and then sometimes it’ll just hang up. I’ve tried all 3 numbers and I only get the off sight office who can’t answer any questions I have. Seems like a nice apartment but I guess I won’t know.

When I came in Nio was a HUGE help she got me into the apartment that I LOVE SO SO MUCH. She even checked on me when I moved in to make sure I was settled in. Any questions I had she answered with no problems. All smiles. Best I’ve ever dealt with in the years I’ve been leasing apartments!!

Knob hill use to be a great place to live... after steadfast took over its a joke now..... we had to move up stairs after the hurricane. We were told we can move back down after the bottom apartment was fixed now there saying it going 2 be $100 more.. why? Been calling corporate and even they are so trash they wont call back.... would advise everyone not to live here EVER

My experience with Nob Hill has been nothing short of phenomenal. Since the moment I drove on the property I knew it was my new home. It is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and a very safe property. Tooba in the leasing office went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home and to make me feel comfortable here. She has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and you can tell she truly cares about the people and about making you feel right at home. Im so grateful for this experience and happy to call Nob Hill my new home!

Nob hill apartments are impressive on the inside. Katherine was my favorite agent. She is very friendly, informative, and thorough.

I love it here! Just moved in 2 days ago. I have friends that lived here years ago in college and I have one friend who been here at least 20 years and one 5 years. This place is quite you get reserved parking which is included with your rent! The apartment Tooba moved me in is spacious me and my three kids have lots of room in this 2 bedroom apartment and I love love love the patio. It’s big also. Can’t wait to see the events they normally plan around here!

Toobas AMAZING! Shes welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property. She helped me find the right apartment on the first try. She listened to all my needs and wants and the first apartment she took me to see - I chose. She made the paperwork process so easy for me by completing everything mainly online. My first night stay was so relaxing, the ambiance and tranquility of this property is blissful and everything is so quiet!I love that you get reserved parking and the parking spots and everything around the property is so well lit. I feel safe and I am glad I chose knob hill as my home. :)

My close friend and her roommate’s apartment was broken into on yesterday. They supposedly have 24/7 courtesy patrol and security on duty, but no one seems to know what happened there. The security walked up on her roommate and boyfriend asking what they were doing sitting in the car shining lights on them, but had nothing to say about the breaking in. This particular apartment has had 3 killings all being on the news since they have moved in this past September. The back door of their apartment leads to a parking area and carport, in which all off the lights under the carport are completely pitched black which shows how they were able to break in so easily and get out. TERRIBLE place to stay !!!

For those looking for an apartment this complex wouldn’t be the one for you, unless you’re okay with having neighbors who sell and smoke weed all day. I’ve had this issue going on since the middle of January and nothing has been done, I’ve contacted the office multiple times, made 2 police reports, contacted Houston’s health department, and the apartment association. The residence under me just moved in not even 2 months ago and I’ve been told TWICE they would be evicted due to drugs and the odor running all through my apartment. My two year old is going to have to get tested for marijuana because he can’t even sleep at night, the smell is so strong we have headaches when we’re in our own apartment. I hate having to bring my son home everyday to secondhand smoke of weed. Please keep your children safe it’s not even worth your money.

First, Id like to say their prices for rent are low. Which is good. But it should Definitely stay that way because their service is horrible! Ive called many times to try and reach someone in the office and sometimes Ill reach the voicemail (rarely get a call), sometimes Ill reach someone in California who doesnt have any helpful information, and sometimes they just like to hang up immediately. And when I do reach someone they will just try and rush me off the phone or just give me false and inconsistent information. The customer service is Horrible!

Robin Daniels helped me with my lease today and it was the easiest thing I’ve done all year! She was so helpful and genuine that I recommended everyone to ask for her. If you need anything she will help you while displaying top notch service. Thank you Robin!!

Ebonie Butler was the absolute best leasing agent I have ever encountered. She exhibited a professional demeanor and was very caring and compassionate in dealing with my sister, who is a widow.

I have always had a very pleasant experience with Robin in the Southwest office. Always polite and even follows up with you to make sure everything is going smoothly. Its very rare to find someone who shows a genuine interest in taking care of the tenants. Phenomenal Service!

I love this place I’m new and there treating me with respect I’m now a resident the staff is great they’re kind and respectful and help you with whatever you need. Maintenance staff is also great and they respond to any problems immediately I recommend you come stay here ! The person that attended me is diango he is a great guy will help you out with anything and is very understandable I really recommend him as well!

Great location but way too many low lifes living there...

New management and the people Ive met were warm and friendly. I dont move in until 10/21 but once I do, Ill put up another review.I have lived here more than a year now. The staff is excellent. Especially Robin Daniels who is a very helpful and friendly. The complex is not new so it does have issues with water but it gets fixed as fast as possible. I have renewed my lease and will do it again.

Went in to tour the apartment complex and get information I needed to make a decision. Joe helped me and showed me around, I love the 1 bedroom stand alone apartment, Its on top of my list 👍

(-100 stars)THERE ARE BED BUGS!My husband and I moved in here all the way from Detroit at the beginning of the month and we didnt have anything with us. We waited to get to Houston to order our furniture...only to find bed bug bites all over my body after the first few days. You read right, THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Brand new mattress, how? I stayed in the north area toward the back.We noticed the bed bugs just days after signing the lease. Then when you ask them about your work order submissions theyll tell you I dont see a work order in our system. They act like they dont care... hurricane Harvey came after we complained so now I REALLY feel like a non-priority. Itll be weeks before they can fix this.Youre literally paying for pest control ($4/month) and I promise youll see not ONE exterminator. And when I did see an exterminator HE CAME TO SPRAY FOR ROACHES. Are you kidding?!! You had one job.You guys are wrong. I wish the staff was forced to live in these apartments. Maybe then you could sympathize for our situation.

Tooba is the best! We are moving to the west side and I am so excited! My last experience with a complex was terrible and these guys are a breath of fresh air! So helpful and professional. Any questions I had were answered promptly and effectively (even the ones I ask over and over for clarification) You can tell she’s dedicated to her job & I look forward to my move in!!

Ms.Anekka was very helpful and went above and beyond to help handle business. We are very excited about moving and she did her best to make us feel at home. The apartments is nice and we can’t wait to move in‼️‼️ Thank you much Ms.Anekka‼️‼️

I am a resident on the north side . My agent was tooba and she found me the right apartment the first time. she was very active and informative. I like her energy and i remember she took another client with us to show them the apartment too and not for one second i felt like i was ignored. Apartments are good. Friendly staff.

I went and viewed an apartment and LOVED it. For the ones saying that there are BED BUGS which apartments do you guys live in.. because these apartments stretch out to about 2+ blocks and are about 1,000+ residents/apartments.. HELP!

Overall the apartment itself is pretty nice. I pay a reasonable price for a reasonably sized apartment. I dont like that there is no washer/dryer in my apartment however, that seems to be a trend in Houston at this price range. The public laundry facilities at the apartment complex are plentiful, however they are all dirty. I have had to rewash my clothes several times because they come out with a weird smell. It is like playing Russian Roulette with the machines because you never know if you will get a good or bad one.My large complaint is with the management staff. Unfortunately you are fooled when you are first looking at this apartment complex because the people in the leasing office are very friendly and welcoming. However, once you have signed that contract and you are a resident, you will have to refer any concerns to the management office instead. Be prepared to deal with terrible customer service from just about everyone there. Luckily there is usually a short turn around for employees that work there. There is so many things wrong with the management office.The General Manager recently sat down with me to hear my opinions about the poor customer service and plain rudeness I had been subject to. She was very helpful; so there is hope that the management office will clean up its act one day. Getting anything done for your apartment through the management office at this point in time is more unpleasant than getting paper cuts in-between your fingers on a daily basis.
