Karen Wells is EXCELLENT! If you or anyone you know needs a rental you will be very happy with her service! She is professional, quick to respond, listens and gets you what you need. We needed a short term rental and were not finding what we needed searching online on our own and we were wasting a lot of time. (Time that we didn’t have) Once we connected with Karen we found exactly what we needed in the perfect location and started the application process all within a few hours. Her help reduced the stress of moving from out of state and finding a short term lease while our house is being built. I will be referring Karen to anyone I know who needs a rental. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Was having a hard time finding an apartment in Houston. Didnt have any recent rental history and 1 broken lease.
