Great service earlier this year when I purchased my car. Extremely fair pricing and since there was an issue with electronics in the car, they took care of it, no cost to me. If I’m back up in the Horsham area and looking for another Ford, I’ll have to stop by.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car in to the body shop to get a new bumper installed. Got back my car with 3 new dents and scratches. Tried working it out with Chris to get them rectified, even after they made me drive and hour from Philly without compensation, to have it looked at, until I was ultimately ignored. No more answering my calls or emails. Also ever since the new bumper was installed I keep hearing a clicking sound when Im driving. Also when I received my car after the nose was installed, the inside and out looked as if they drove the car thru a quarry, even tho my insurance company paid for a detail. Customer service is overall deplorable and work done was subpar.

I should have posted this review some time ago, but I usually dont do reviews. Best service in the area! Moved from out of town, my wife called and got an appointment right away. Joe K in the Ford Service department made us feel like a long time customers. I could see they were extremely busy, and he told me there may be delays and the appointment was put in an hour ago when they were already full, but kept me informed the entire way. It was obvious the other service guys were stressed by the volume, but Joe was so calm it definitely put me at ease. It was like a bomb was going off next to him and his pulse never changed. :) Tensions seemed to be high, but Joe never skipped a beat. Calm, collected, reassuring. Issue was fixed, recall my last dealer never told me about (from 2 years ago) was handled, and work was done a day earlier than expected! Much better service than I ever got before. Go ask for Joe! Thank you!

This market is crazy! Inventory very low and it’s hard to find something you will love and meets all your checks and boxes. As soon as we stepped foot into the clean and organized dealership a team member greeted me and my husband ,then directed us to our appointed Sales rep. The sales rep ,Dana Page, is amazing. She didnt try to push us into something that we didnt want or need. She was very professional and actively listened to what we wanted. The finance guy was kind and professional as well. Even tho we couldnt get the car we wanted that day,we will definitely come back to try again later .

DO NOT BUY HERE! They will take your money and sell you a bad vehicle. Problems immediately with vehicle and still under dealer warranty but will not do anything to accommodate. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever bought from and if I could give it 0 stars I would. Oh and they make you fill out a google review before you take purchase of your vehicle so most of these reviews aren’t even accurate it’s a manipulation they use to make them seem better.

The air conditioner in my jeep wrangler was not working properly . I took it to the Jeep dealership in Jenkintown and it was fixed for maybe a day or two . Horrible in the service department! I called ahead and asked to have a lug nut replaced because the sister location missed it somehow. I was told I could pop right in it would take 2 minutes and free of charge. I raced over on my lunch break, and Instead of replacing a lug nut that would take 2 minutes they wanted me to wait an hour and pay for it! Regardless of what error was made on part of the phone service staff, safety should be priority. They knew I came on my lunch break and created a false wait time because they knew I couldn’t wait!

Ive been taking my car for service here for 10 years. Always happy with the service and the staff is very professional. I also appreciate the availability of a rental as well. Great team of people.
