Took my car for a new alternator and battery at a local shop. As I was leaving the shops parking lot, the battery died and I had to coast to a stop in another parking lot literally across the street.Jeff from Extreme Towing came out, managed to get the car started and onto the tow truck.First of all, I wont be back at that shop but Jeff did recommend his own which, after tonights tow service, I may likely do.Second, Jeff and his team were professional, expeditious and effective at their jobs.I used roadside assistance through Progressive and they were communicative throughout the process.

I was stuck in the Northeast today. The first towing company they gave me was horrible and they had reassigned me to Extreme Towing. I had already been stuck with my car for about 3 hours. I called and talked to the operator and she was really kind and gave me an ETA of an hour. Which I completely understand. The driver Jeff was great! got me on the flat bad quickly and down to where I needed to go. Jeff was a really nice guy and I am so thankful they got me where I had to go in no time! Very quick professional and courteous! I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I just had Extreme here for a flat and I had the best guy ever! I am at a lost right now of his name (Frank I believe from Boston) but he went out of his way to help and took his time, was personable and very kind. The service was great and I wish him luck.

Extreme towing came out on a call through my car warranty roadside plan when my car would not start. Bill was extremely courteous and professional. He was able to quickly fix a loose ground wire that was the cause of my vehicle issue! This saved us a bundle in time and expense! I will definitely call them again should the need arise!

My car was towed as part of Ford Roadside Assistance. It took over 2.5 hours for them to respond. My car was towed to the dealership but left in the parking lot, not the service department. The keys were left inside and the doors unlocked. I called this morning to let your company know and you blamed Covid. Then you blamed me. I did call the dealer, they were aware car was coming, service was open until 8:00PM. Tow truck didnt leave car at the service area and didnt let service know where they dropped it. Apparently its everyone elses fault but yours. Obviously I would not recommend them for towing. Judging from how your receptionist talked to me on the phone I would not recommend them for service as customer service does not seem to be a strong point with them

Waited an hour after their initial ETA to contact them. The woman who answered was unsympathetic, nor did she apologize for our lengthy wait or for not calling us to let us know that they were running late. An ETA should be accurate (give or take a few hours) Since they did not arrive, we called another service who was there in a half hour.

Extreme Towing is my go to company every time I’m in a jam, and being a business owner with a fleet of vehicles it is great to know that I found a reliable towing and roadside assistance company. Mark is very honest and professional and he is also an outstanding mechanic. I cannot stress my gratitude for him enough, if you ever need anything from a jump start to a tow I highly recommend Extreme Towing and Recovery.

I ended up blowing a tire on my way home from a doctors appointment. After speaking on the phone with extreme towing, they had a driver to me within 15 minutes. Very quick service, and I was able to get my car to a repair shop before closing which was wonderful. Driver was super friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Today I had the pleasure of working with this company. I was extremely frustrated not being able to get in touch with my dealership and Shelly, was able to elevate my frustration. She kept in touch with me until we figured out what the next steps were and we then proceeded with towing. I did wait a little longer then anticipated, but that was okay since was at home. Chris, the gentleman who came for my car was great. Extremely nice and knowledgeable, he even explained to me what the next steps were once he dropped my car off. I highly recommed the company. Fingers crossed my car gets worked on early tomorrow morning.

I waited 30 minutes past a 90 minute ETA. Destination was 9 miles from company. I called, the dispatcher was rude and cancelled my tow through Allstate Roadside Assistance. She blamed the delay on COVID-19 which is not credible. “Customer Service does not mean rude replies for lateness nor a reason to cancel the dispatch. The woman was not too intelligent in managing their business.

There I was: rations running low, truck sinking deeper and deeper into the mud. With a swing of my shovel I try and try to remove the earth to free myself from the muddy depths. Alas, it was no use. I grab ahold of my phone and use my remaining strength to call a tow truck. A man by the name of Mark came by in little to no time at all and hoisted me from the muddy pit which restricted my movements for so long.I constructed roger the mud man to help me deal with the great stress of the predicament. These guys are the bees knees.

Had an old truck break down, Nick came out and did the tow. He was very nice and did a great job getting the truck back onto my grandmoms property which is not easy to maneuver with a larger vehicle.

Was waiting for a tow from these folks thru my roadside assistance and at 90 minutes they tell me its still another hour and that they can tow my 4x4 on the ground because that truck is closer. They assure me its ok to tow 4x4 on the ground BEWARE

I knew it wasnt going to move on its own, and it was essentially in the middle of a residential street. Chevrolet used Extreme Towing for a warranty issue. They showed up quickly, called to let me know they were on the way and were very professional. The gentleman that helped was very nice and got me where I needed to be quickly while also suggesting a few places to eat along the way.

Whats put in a very dangerous situation in an attempt to avoid a collision . My brand new vehicle was literally teeter tottering on the edge of an elevated parking lot. The driver side tire had contact with the ground while the passenger side tire was literally suspended over the edge of the parking lot .My road side assistance connected me with Extreme Towing and Recovery. Bill called me and made it to me within half an hour. He assessed the situation and managed to lift the car and move it from the position that it was in without causing any damage! OMG!I didnt t know how he was going to do it but he did it!He was just the best! I fully intend to use them again if I ever need to and I fully intend to notify all of my friends! Oh yes, the pricing... affordable!

I didnt know if i was out of it and seeing things or if it was real but i was involved in a severe car accident last week,after the smoke from the airbags cleared i send a gentleman and he was saying mam are you ok ,stay still I got rescue on the way,he asked me if he could call someone for me,he seen I was cold and took his jack and laid it over me!! When rescue loaded. Me in the ambulance I said wait wheres bill they said whos bill,the one how held my hand untill yous arrived,his jacket says extreme TOWING,medics said he left miss lets getyou to hospital! I ont know much abou the company Exteme towing but I do know that bill was my gaurdian angel that day and he deserves my token of appreciationc,so bill thankyou with all my heart for staying their and holding my hand till emergency personal arrived! I live right across the street from them and the seem to have no courtesy for neighbors or anything else. Backup beepers at all hours of the morning and night. One of there drivers even said he was going to thump me in the head if I complained. Horsham Police will learn of all this.

Heard about these guys at work, they pick up your car and then dont tow it where its supposed to go instead they tow the car to their yard and try to charge storage fees even though the place they were supposed to tow it was less than 10 min away and they had 3 hrs. to get it there. This company is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine..

Honda used them for Roadside Assistance. Was given an ETA of 1 hour, they were there within a 1/2 hour and called ahead 20 mins (as I requested) to let me know he was on his way. Thank you to the driver Joe for being so pleasant to deal with.

They arrived before time, waited for me. For few minutes, got it towed without an issue- all with a smile. I could not even tip them.

My vehicle was within 3 miles from their shop, Hyundai Roadside Service assigned Extreme towing, after waiting for more than 90 minutes (which Hyundai Roadside Service EAT), no one showed up, so, I called the shop, they answered they are stuck with job for another 25 more minutes...Expressing no remorse..Waited couple of hours.. nothing..What a shame for Hyundai.. hiring a bad reputation (all over google bad review) towing service.I cancelled service and requested another Roadside service.In 30 minute. another towing truck came.

My insurance company/State Farm used this facility to tow my vehicle after needing Roadside Assistance. Initially they were great, advising they knew exactly what the problem was, nullifying a prior claim (from a rip-off Auto Shop) that my “catalytic converter was bad.” I was ecstatic thinking I had FINALLY found an honest/efficient Shop for Maintenance... sadly, things did not end on that note. After having my car for week (when previously advised it would only be 2-3 days) I was told “the wrong part came in,” moving the completion time (and day) several times, AND I had requested an oil change while my car was there... I was told “we’ll throw that in for free because of the delays.” Finally, when I was able to pick my Vehicle up today, I was told when I went to pay they forgot to change the oil, we’re about to charge me for it anyway, and was told “they forgot.” Then didn’t know how much to charge me for everything, asking me how much I was told, and took $30 off for the oil change that was never completed yet one that I was willing to pay for. Driving home I received an alert on my phone advising my battery was extremely low, it is a brand new battery may be a month old. I called the shop and was told “they forgot to tell me that they forgot to turn off my car while it was up on the left for a day, and in neutral. They had to jump start it this morning just to get it to kick over.”This entire experience has been unprofessional, inefficient, and a waste of time and money... I’m disappointed things ended on this note seeing as they start in on such a good foot, however I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
