Awesome all around. Was working across street needed truck fixed cause Im traveling two hrs for work. They squeezed me in and made sure I got my truck back by days end for my drive home... I recommend anyone needing vehicle work trust me go here. Excellent in every aspect

I wish I can give them negative 5 stars. The shop owner or employee named Nathan is totally unbelievable cheap and nasty. He ordered BJ’s same day delivery service, and I was the shopper and delivery driver who saw the order and accepted it expecting to get a $7 tips and of course I delivered excellent service. I shopped 100% of what he ordered, got him a box to contain his stuff, placed the stuff neatly in front of the front shop door. A lady greeted me with a kid inside. Did nothing wrong except to let the lady know that the handle of the heavy soda (36x 12oz) box seemed to break a little and advised to be careful. She said it’s fine. Okay. Just half hour later, found out Nathan modified his tip from $7 to $3.5. Like if neither I nor he cared about the $3.5 I lost or he gained by tip baiting me, but the fact that I did nothing wrong, provided excellent care of delivery service and this is just totally bullshyt. Nathan may fix your car, but be careful as you never know what shady things he would have done.

I brought my 74 Jeep CJ-5 to the Busted Knuckle garage after getting a recommendation from another shop. Nate was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the vehicle, and he did fantastic job figuring out my braking problem. I have multiple shops within walking distance of my home, but I will take my Jeep to Busted knuckle for any future services.

Awesome place and Service

I visited Busted Knuckle in December for my inspection and Im happy to say Ive found my go to auto shop. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. When it came to telling me what was needed to fix my car/pass inspection, they were honest in what was needed immediately and what could wait. And, to top it all off, their prices are very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the whole experience!

Great service at a fair price. Took car to dealer and the could not figure out electrical issue. Took car to Busted Knuckle on a recommendation from a friend, and they figured out my issue within 5 minutes.

Nate is a great auto mechanic. We started working him a few years ago when our car needed a tow and weve been going back to his shop ever since. Easy going, honest and doesnt price gouge--hell even go out of his way to reduce your bill so long as its not a detriment to your car. We will be sticking with Busted Knuckle since we know they are reliable and will do a great job every time.

Our insurance company scheduled bare knuckle towing for us; however, during their towing services our rear tail light was busted in the process. I had called multiple times to give them the curtesy to fix it as I understand things happen. I received zero follow up, and now have to replace it myself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your towing needs.

I have 1980 Toyota Guelder... Can your busted knuckles save this queen from the transmission ghost of clunk gone forever AAA cant save me now. They are possers with nice sweatshirts and Guelder knowledge.

RIP OFF! Stay away from this guy. How we meet, he showed up to tow my car. I told him to take it to my usual guy, he said why are you going there, I said that’s who my neighbors recommend. He asked me how much my usual guy was charging me. I told him $150.00 dollars, he said I can do it for less. I said do it. He called me next day and told me bad news, there’s more stuff wrong. It cost me just under a $1000.00 dollars . So I give him the benefit of the doubt. One year later I need an alternated in my car he tells me approx.$550.00 so two weeks later I have the money. I call he tell me $550.00 so I limp to his shop . Now the car is on his lot . He tells me it’s $768.00 to do the job. He is very very untrustworthy! Never again , back to Donta I go. The only reason I gave a star is you can’t review without it

Nate and his crew have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work, and somehow do top notch work quickly while often being WAY under what one would expect to pay. BKG has made it clear to me that they dont want my money as much as they want repeat customers for life. Glad to say I am one.

Irresponsible!! Unreliable! Unprofessional!!!Committed to tow through road side assistance. The driver Called me from his cell phone for the location (that was in a major shopping center). They drove by but never stopped. Then he never answered the phone again after not showing up. Left my two daughters 13 and17 stranded.I’ll tell everyone about this experience.Nice work!

HORRIBLE experience. Was supposed to get a tow from them. I was told it would take 90 minutes for someone to come out, which is no problem as this is the time frame I expected. After multiple calls to them, and FOUR HOURS of my time wasted(which also lost me money as I was sitting around waiting for them after being told “30 more minutes” each phone call, I cancelled the tow and called someone else for it. I was never given a reason for waiting 4 hours with no one ever coming to tow, nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never contact them again, and will make sure others are aware of this as well.

I took my jeep there because it was overheating. They ran some tests and found that the fan cluch wasnt working properly. They suggest an upgrade for the fan so I decided that it wouldnt hurt. The jeep is running much cooler now. They also gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. I will definitely be back for any other issues that I have.

Super quality and great staff!

I visited the guys at Busted Knuckle today to try and diagnose a rattling noise I have been dealing with for sometime now. They found the problem within 20 minutes. Nate, Steven and crew are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They took the time to explain what they found......and I know nothing about vehicles. But I left knowing exactly what was wrong and I can now address the problem that is under warranty. You guys rock! Should I need to Ill be a return customer for sure.

My insurance called this place to tow a car. It took almost 3 hours to get there! After trying for 20 minutes of the emoloyee trying to force the car up, it was concluded that another type of truck was needed. The tower left, saying he would he would be back with the new truck. He NEVER came back! My insurance company called to let me know he wasn’t going to. He left me stranded and it took another 3 hours to get another tow! He FLAT OUT LIED that he would be back! I will never go through this garage again and I don’t reccomded relying on them. AVOID IF YOU CAN!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences from these guys. Just got my Jeep back this morning after getting it inspected.

The shop does roadside asst for Statefarm, told my wife they could not get spare wheel off and would have to tow it to shop at no charge. Wife agreed spare was put on at shop & when she declined further services she was charged. Called Statefarm and was advised in this scenario they should have notified Statefarm and there should be no charge. When I provided the busted knuckle name, I was told they submitted claim to Statefarm for payment as well but under different name. I called busted knuckle & spoke with Nate the manager who told me they were doing my wife a favor by sending their guy to her first since she had my daughter in car although my father in law was there already with his car. A few weeks later Statefarm refunded the money and submitted a complaint against these scammers.

Called this place to tow a car. They drove by the car then just left. After that they didn’t answer any of the many phone calls and left us to wait an hour and a half just to have to call another company.

The services on the website are incorrect.

Took car in for inspection. Told it needed over a thousand dollars in repairs. They said it needed things that were just done 5 months ago. Took to another garage 225.00
