AWE installed my 3rd exhaust today - awesome product and even better customer service. From ordering, to scheduling install, to the actual install everyone involved was outstanding!

Ordered the touring exhaust with quad tips and resonator for my 2016 Audi with the assistance of John V. He has exceptional customer service skills!Weve been corresponding back and forth for several weeks Hes been very patient with me. He answered all my questions within 24 hrs. Cant wait until my exhaust arrives!Update: Its been about a month since the exhaust installation. I had 3 different issues with the exhaust. First the rattling, had spacers installed to get rid of the noise. Then the driver side exhaust was tilting because the bracket closest to the exhaust wasnt sturdy enough to hold the weight. They installed another bracket to distribute the wt.The last issue is purely cosmetic. The driver side exhaust tips are protruding out 1/2 more than the other side. I cant push it back any further because the weld is in the way. Other than adjusting the passenger side to match or cutting 1/2 off the pipe to match both sides.

Waited two long months for my AWE Touring Exhaust for my BMW 335, called the place occasionally to see if there were any updates and they were always super nice and helpful. Got the exhaust the, installed it the same night, and it sounds amazing! Love the product and well worth the money and wait!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST JEEP EXHAUST ON THE MARKET!! PERIOD!We have installed hundreds of exhaust from every brand on the market, and this system is by far the best! amazing sound off the line but when you reach highway speed there is no more drone. I can actually hold a conversation without screaming. I dont know how they did it but its the only exhaust we recommend!!!

Definitely top of the class when it comes to product & workmanship at AWE! So happy with all the work they have done with my 2015 Mk7 GTI. Shawn Williams was the tech I got to work with & dude knows his stuff & is really cool to talk to when asking for advice. If your uneducated with working on your car they dont make you feel uncomfortable by any means. They are always willing to educate you & steer you in the right direction of what to do with your car. Ill never use another shop. AWE Is where its at!

This company has the best customer service John at extension 225 is a cool guy. Absolutely amazing. Friendly service from the second you walk in. Gave a tour of the facility which is amazing. You also get to sit next to a McLaren in the waiting room which is nice. Absolutely amazing cannot wait to go back for the next thing! Blow pop and stickers on the console are a nice touch also. Will be back for sure.

Your phone service is horrible your customer service isn’t bad once you can get you on the phone the follow ups from your office are also horrible your employees are not following up with customers. I’ve called multiple times and waited for over two weeks after talking to you last for someone to call me back I’m getting a little impatient. You know who I am this is Patrick Audi RS 5 2018. What do I have to do to get a call back

I had my exhaust built and put on at AWE for my BMW 435i. I got the touring exhaust with the performance midpipe and it sounds great! Its the best sounding exhaust. Ive had people ask me what exhaust I have because nothing compares. I highly recommend AWE.

Wonderful Service. I spoke with a gentlemen on the phone on Monday, scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. Extremely informative and helpful.Arrived at 9:00am to get my Audi A3 tuned, was out by 10:15am. Car feels fantastic, huge gains for a small amount of money. Couldnt be happier with the service provided.Give them a call, you wont regret it. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service !! Will never recommend AWE to anyone.. I had my brake pads ,rotors replaced , and bedded only to have them continue to squeak.. And all they can say is oh well that does happen we can take a look and charge you another maintenance fee.. For what I paid they should of taken care of any problem without ADDITIONAL COST !!! No excuses
