Great service and amenities. Any time that I had a maintenance request, the crew was friendly, knowledgeable and most times, they came the same day. The apartments were clean and management was helpful through the whole process. I would definitely move back here.

The apartment complex is a dump. When I moved in this community 3 years ago it was beautiful property.They have not done any landscaping in 2 years. Don’t move in this community if you want to live somewhere nice. The grounds are horrible. And management don’t care.

Awful time staying there, they charged us for half a months rent and had some hidden fees that we were completely unaware of. Do not stay here u less you want to get scammed.

Good place to live. Amy helped me find the right apartment and was very helpful! Staff is friendly and there is office hours 7 days a week. Quiet and clean environment. Maintenance is quick to respond. No complaints.

I’ve been living here for almost 7 months now and I absolutely hate it everything in the apartment is falling apart maintenance crew is nice but I call the office often because of my Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi here is so bad whenever it’s actually working which is hardly never don’t recommend anyone to live here Think about the people That go to school that live in here how do they do their homework online if they don’t have Wi-Fi? !!!!

I have a friend who just moved in here. Nice sized apartments. She got a three bedroom apartment with a decent-sized kitchen. Theres a dog park for your furry, four legged friend to run, just remember to clean up after him or her. Theres a community swimming pool for residents to use.

Awesome Home! Great Friendly Management and Team! I have lived at The Legends for over a year now and I enjoy the amenities, neighbors (for the most part) and staff. The property is kept up really well. Anytime there has been any issue, the maintenance guys have addressed the issue in a timely manner. (I have only had maybe 3 or 4 maintenance calls in over a year). Yes there has been a few issues or concerns over the year, but anytime there was a concern, the property employees always tried to resolve the issue as best as they could. They cant control everything about your neighbors ;-) Thanks The Legends Team for helping me make my home in Hickory!

The office workers are nice and seem to listen and have your best interest at heart, but fulfillment of services are very slow. Repeated requests are needed to make things happen, and there are so many rules that seem against the tenant when so much money is being paid to use the amenities and services. The mail system (for packages) is horrific. There’s no system so when you go in to get a package, it’s like they have to rummage through a yard sale to find your stuff. Takes way longer than needed. Overall, the best part of the apartments is the apartments themselves. You get a great place with a decent group of neighbors. If you’re single or young, it’s a good place to live. If you have a family, I wouldn’t suggest living here.

Have repeated issues with the air conditioning. The first time we waited over a week to be fixed. We checked to see if compressor was changed, and it wasnt so they lied.. it cooled apartment for a couple days and now its not cooling again.. hopefully we wont wait another week

The staff are great maintenance guys are great and friendly and are very good to help very friendly and great very nice place

Toilets drainage has serious problem. Gets clogged repeatedly. Miserable service related to resolving these repeated issues.

Staff has been very responsive to any problems that have arisen.

Horrible place to stay. Everything breaks and they poorly “fix” it when they come after a week.

Amenities are great.
