Terrible management and such a lazy maintenance guy (Kelly). If you get mad every time you have to fix something then maybe it’s time to find a new career. I’m told different rents all the time because management can’t even keep up with the rent on my lease. They lie and tax the hell out of people for the apartments. Not worth it and management are not worth dealing with. Some of the dumbest people I have ever had to deal with in my life. The old management and maintenance was so much better until this crew ran it into the dumps.

We lived here for 3 1/2 years and was a really good time. Management and maintenance responds promptly and effectively to work orders or suggestions raised by tenants. When traveling out of town, you can relay on them to take good care of your apartment. Amy is an excellent manager!! We really enjoyed our time in Huntington Park and the neighborhood.

Unless you like illegal activity, filth, a poor excuse of a property manager, slow maintenance and living with no air conditioning ....... don’t live here. The sink drain in kitchen is fully rusted, there were spider webs everywhere when we moved in, and the bathroom sinks are nasty/discolored/heavily scratched/cracked. Refuse to put my dishes or dry goods in the cabinets they are so old and smelly. The fridge and freezer reeked of rotten food despite being empty. The air unit literally froze up(iced over) and stopped working. Still hasn’t been fixed. The neighbor across from us sells drugs(witnessed it several times). People walk their animals by your building and don’t bother to clean up their mess. People who moved in upstairs party a lot. Extremely loud at night til well after midnight. Your complaints fall on deaf ears. Jennifer is all nice and friendly when she’s trying to get you to sign, but as soon as you do.... she’s worthless. Claims it’s a safe place for families and they background check everyone. Bull. We’ve filed several complaints about the drugs and excessive noise. She could care less. Keep being lied to about the maintenance man coming to fix the air.... still hasn’t shown up. There are other apartments in the area that are managed better and cheaper. You do NOT want to live here.

We are newer tenants, and have been renting our unit since October of 2016. We currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom model. I havent had any issues out of the management or maintenance, and they are always real quick to fix any issues we report! The neighborhood is quiet, and it is a very comfortable living atmosphere, especially for families. We may only be here for one lease term, however, it has been a wonderful experience thus far!

I am still currently living here, I am not sure where that price came from I have been here for over 2 years. I have a 2 bed. 1.5 bath that I am paying 675.00. Those are old rates. I was told over the next 3 years they are to be sprucing up these complex. A dog park 1st, a small weight room 2nd then a computer and fax for the renters. My rent tends to go up 25.00 every year. As does anyone who lives here. We also pay for community insurance.

These folks are forcing a family to get rid of their much loved dog after the dog was accepted when they moved in. Now theyre claiming it is over the weight limit and tearing the family apart. Shame on all of you.

Used to be a very nice place, but since management has changed the place has become little more than trash.
