This was my first time getting tires with RNR and I had a great experience. They gave me a quote and I used the 6 month finance. Everything was done like I was told . I never had any problems. I would use them again and tell people about them.

Horrible. Dont deal with them constant harassment days before due date , I had 15 calls and countless text in one day and wasnt due until the next day. and constant lies , adding to the price for every little thing they could come up with. I sucked it up and paid it off just to get away from this. Ill never deal with that nightmare again.

Me and my whole family got tired from RNR tires, fast and great service! Reasonable deals. The GM Brandon keys is one of a kind. Very costumer friendly. The other employees as well. Willingly to work with you if more time is needed on a payment, but communication is very important. Tires are really good. Drove from Hattiesburg to Lexington, KY first real road trip with car and tires did amazing job on road. Man bottom line if you looking for tires to rent or buy Stop by RNR tires Hattiesburg!!!

Had my tires looked at because one of them was looking flat. They were real helpful. Ended up waiting around for a bit (apparently had some people ahead of me) but the employees were real nice and understanding. Guy whose name was Mark (Maybe Markus? Not sure) was real nice about everything and tried to help keep costs down as much as he could.

Tay and Kerry had me took care of in no time. Tay helped me pick out my tires and rims and Kerry explained the paperwork in such a way that made it an enjoyable experience. I will definitely do business here again.

On the Road, Tire Pressure Low....we googled the closest tire shop which was RNR Tire Express. THANK GOD FOR THIS SHOP!! The GM Brandon was EXTREMELY NICE AND FRIENDLY as was ALL of the Staff!! Got us IN AND OUT and BACK ON THA ROAD!! THANK YOU RNR!! YALL ARE THE BEST!!🥰🥰🥰

Worse place to get tires I go pay my tires the manager name Brandon is rude he tried to take my brother tires off his car and had the whole crew come outside to fight me and my brother and beside that they always change your due date and seem to always change ur total price I had $300 left to pay I ask them how much was left to pay 3 months later and they tell me $375 so how is my payment jump up $75 they is not a good place they just want your money

Today is 17th of April 2021. I went to RNR Tire Express today for an alignment for my vehicle. To give a thorough review I will try and explain all the details. After briefly searching online for a car alignment shop , I came across RNR Tire Express which was highly rated so I decided to stop by. I arrived late afternoon April 16th an asked for an alignment for my vehicle and was told to come back earlier the next day and they would take care of me and the cost was 53 dollars. The manager seemed nice , the showroom was nice so I came back the next day. Now I arrived around 1:00PM ,(and this review has nothing to do with the wait time ) Was told to come back at 2:30 after lunch which I did and that’s totally fine. So I come back and wait . I have two children which were with me and running around of course but that’s expected. After a couple hours my vehicle was up next but they asked for payment before they took it in the shop which I did and continued waiting for the work to be done. The employee mentioned they were about finished and my kids were stir crazy so we went outside to wait for them to bring it out. So he backed out and just a few feet from the shop the steering caught and he stopped . He said I did the alignment but I don’t know what happened. After looking the tie rod had come loose. Ok so for background, I myself had just literally the day before finished installing new wheel bearings, ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, upper control arms and rotors. I am not a mechanic but have enough knowledge to do certain mechanical tasks. Now , after seeing what had happened I put the kids in the vehicle and got under the truck to see what actually happened. The inner tie rod had been unscrewed all the way down to the last couple threads. No adjustments, just unscrewed. They tried to blame me saying it must have been loose and just came out, I said how , it doesn’t rotate how could it unscrew an inch and a half of thread in 5 feet to come apart ? They wouldn’t pull it in and fix it and didnt want me to use their tools but they did after talking let me use a jack, a wrench, and a small screwdriver. I spent the next 30 minutes going from the ground to the truck trying to keep my children from getting out of the truck and getting hurt while attempting to put the rod back in. By GODS GRACE I somehow managed to get it together to pull the truck into a parking space. After being driven home by my wife and loading up all of my own tools I returned to spend half the night in the rain fixing my own vehicle which was already fixed before. After further inspection I came to see that only one side had been touched , the passenger side was exactly where I had put it, and instead of actually unscrewing the outer tie rod to align the vehicle properly all they did was literally unscrewed the inner tie rod out to the last two threads ensuring failure as soon as rolled basically. This is highly unethical and just plain wrong. Now I was furious inside but I never once said a cross word to anyone involved during this ordeal , even after being blamed for the mysterious failure nor after asking and being informed I would not be refunded because quote they did the alignment, even though in reality they did no such thing but rather they INTENTIONALLY caused a failure to a fixed , working , driving vehicle. I was furious because of my children safety. I would rather you just screw me over than risk my kids safety and that is what bothers me the most even as I am writing this at 1:20 AM , still infuriated and praying for strength to let it go. I personally would advise everyone to stay away from this place because this sort of thing is flat out wrong and unacceptable. The manager told me before I left bring it back and he’d do the alignment but after paying them 53 dollars to not do it but instead intentionally break it and possibly risk my children’s lives there is no way on Gods beautiful blue green earth I could accept that offer. My trust is broken, and honestly I hope it is only mine because of the dangerous actions involved here.

Jimmy was very acknowledge able and helpful. Was told by several people that they were great to deal with. But do your homework and research. I was charged $135 more per wheel than anywhere else and $50 more per tire than other places. One wheel has bubbles under the finish and I paid $400 a wheel. They said that it was nothing they could do about it. Will not buy from them again. They got two stars because Jimmy knew what he was talking about and the staff was friendly.

Went into the store looking for some rims and tires, the guy behind the counter would not come out of behind it and we were talking loudly across the store. He also told me that I needed to make modifications that were not necessary to my truck in order to get the rims and tires I wanted. He told me to go on the internet to look instead of making other suggestions. I have dealt with other places like this and the staff was really great to deal with. I will not be taking my business to rnr ever again.

Didnt notice a bulge on my tire. The boss was acting like it was my fault and I came last Friday to have them check it. He was all over rude and very disrespectful. Last time goin to this place from now on goin to Street Kings. Terrible customer service and accused me of not wanting to pay $30. Really I am goin to get in contact with corporate or the owner.

I immediately felt welcome when I walked into the door. I was greeted by Mark and he was able to help me right away. The entire staff was very friendly, but he and Brandon were very helpful throughout the process. Everything was thoroughly explained to me about ordering, warranties, insurance, the payment plan, etc.. Not only did I get an awesome price on 4 brand new tires, but my order came in a few days earlier than expected AND it only took them a little over an hour to put the tires on my car. RNR made buying new tires as cheap (without sacrificing the quality) and as stress free as possible! Overall, it was an awesome experience and the atmosphere was so nice while waiting. I would recommend to all!

I havent bought tires from them, so I was going to have pay close to $100, which I was okay with -- but instead of charging me, they did it for free. They just asked that I come see them when I need new tires and I absolutely will. Thank yall for the kind service.

Needed tires and an alignment extremely bad. Came in, they got me set up for a really good price; the workers are very knowledgeable of cars. The mechanic that fixed my car is very good at his job and referred me to a good place that fixed my brakes and Roters (I’m not sure how to spell it lol) for me. I notice a huge difference in when driving my car now and it kinda made a loud metal on metal scrubbing noise (my brakes); before I even got them fixed whatever homeboy under the hood did pretty much fixed that noise and he didn’t touch my brakes. They made this process very easy and affordable for me and my children.

The past three visits, I have had to return to either fix an unaligned steering wheel when getting an alignment, or the weight was not placed on the tire during balancing and rotations. I understand if there was a mishap once, but three times back to back? Im sure Im not the only one encountering these issues at the Hattiesburg location.

Unprofessional & rude!!! Was Denied a summary of my payments by one of the Managers. When asked for a break down & information of why I was going be paying over $800 for a set of tires for a small car the manager was very impatient & rude. I would not recommend this at all you’re better off buying 2 new tires at a time or going to a use tire shop. Big ripoff

IS a scam artist.... crooked business...witnessed with my own eyes. They push the majority of the work off on their account managers...who make less than anyone else working there.Youll end up paying way more than the tires are actually worth...even if you pay off on time.

I think the general manager should be more inviting and happy to see all customers that walk in. I wasn’t welcomed with a warm greeting from him when I walked in and he saw me. The worst customer service and the rudest people I think I’ve ever dealt with! Every week I paid there was always some type of mess up with my payment. Either they didn’t process it and I would get messages saying I haven’t paid when I really did or they charged an amount smaller than I told them to and then tried to charge me a late fee. They call you and harass you for payments before your payment is even due. We will NEVER use them again. We’ve had customer service issues since the day they put the tires on.

. i had bought my tires in Arkansas right before i moved to Mississippi. 8 months ago well i had a blow out found out Hattiesburg had one. So I called the store i got them at to see if by chance they was still under warranty luckily thwy was for another month. The hattiesburg store took care of me and got me back on road in no time.

The GM Bryce at this location (Hattiesburg,MS) very unprofessional and very disrespectful to paying and loyal customers. Today is the third time I came in and he had an attitude with me and talking like I didnt understand. No I dont recommend going to this location if this man still is the GM. But his staff here is excited!!!! I also tried reaching out to the owner about this matter and he still hasnt responded yet.

My experience with RNR so far has been a total let down. When I first bought my tires I was told $150 a month when it is really $275 a month. I was also told I would be able to swap those tires over to my other truck I would just need an appointment. An appointment was not available that day. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and informed the gentleman what the appointment was for. I took time out my day and another persons day to drive two trucks to RNR, just to be told I could not swap tires to my other truck. After speaking to a second salesman, which is the same salesman from the first day who told me I could swap at a later time, tells me a manager has to be present for me to swap the tires! As long as I am paying for my tires I should be able to put them on my bicycle if I want! Now I understand that I am still paying for the tires etcetera but this is why I took the trucks to RNR so they could swap them and know where the tires were going. Not to mention I own both trucks. With all that being said I will no longer do business with RNR. I will continue to pay but after this Im done. A manager should always be present or at least available to the staff. The staff should be more clear with customers and know more about whats going on. Im very unhappy with the service I received at each visit to RNR in Hattiesburg on Hardy St.

The day I got the tires was good. Was treated great by 2 of the employees. Several weeks later trying to find out information on the referral program things went bad. Was lied to on how it works. Then on top of that I got called a liar by an employee and was accused of yelling, trust me they would know if I yelled. So needless to say my thoughts of them are awful. I will never refer anybody to them. Im glad others have not had to deal with what I have. The sad part is Im caught between a rock and hard place because I need tires.
