Great service when I had a hazard in my tire at 4:30pm. I got there 20 minutes before they closed and they still were able to repair my tire before 5. Professional and efficient!
I was a mechanic for 12 years in the armed forces. Ive seen some lazy maintenance before but this takes the cake. I brought my car in after replacing the rack and pinion for a front alignment. They twisted my boots on both sides. When I called the manager he wanted me to come make it right. After a simple untwist he wanted to try and charge me a fee to fix their mistake. Never again will I trust this establishment. If I cant trust you with something this simple, how can I trust a bigger job.
These guys are the best. Work is done on time and is reasonably priced. I will always use them for auto repairs.

Very friendly staff. My daughter took my truck there while I was at work. Needed a bad hub assembly replaced on the passengers side. They replaced the good hub assembly on the drivers side. I discovered this when I got home that afternoon. I called one of the managers. He said bring it in the next day and they would make it right. They charged us full price for the second hub assembly. I suppose I should have had them define make it right. We wont be back.

My husband went to this place to have almost a thousand dollars worth of work done to his truck and the owner/manager thought it was a good idea to make fun of his speech impediment so we wont be going back.... the guys that work in the back are great at what they do but they have a horrible boss who apparently does not know how to interact with the public
I bought 2 new tires with no issue. About a month later I go in to get a nail out of my tire. They did not charge me even though it was not a tire I purchased from them.

Needed brake work on 70 Chevelle . Headed to Cruizin the Coast and Midas told me it would be over 400.00 dollars and would be 4 hours before they could get to it. These guys at Goodyear were gone to lunch but got right on it when they got back and fixed us up in about an hour and a half. Was a brake line problem. They even put air in my air shocks and leveled my car out. Bill was 111.06 . Wont try Midas again they told me it would be expensive because there were bearings involved. Still trying to figure that one out. Thanks to these guys , had a great week at Cruizin the Coast except for hurricane Nate cutting it short. Would definitely recommend this shop. Brakes worked perfectly and if you have ever been to CTC you know you definitely need good brakes. Thanks again..

Mike and his guys always do their best to get the most reasonable price they can for you. If you purchase certain tires with warranties, they will even give you a discount on an alignment. Every one likes going here, so its best to call ahead.
I picked up a long nail in my tire while passing through town. They were unable to patch it due to the nail rubbing against the sidewall, and explained thoroughly and professionally why that was the case and why I would need a new tire instead of a patch. I have a somewhat uncommon tire size so they were unable to replace the tire for me, but they made an immediate appointment for me at another Goodyear across town, put the spare on for me so I could get over there, and even printed out directions. I was back on the road with a new tire in under two hours. I appreciate their service and kindness to an out-of-towner.
I was out of town and discovered a nail sticking out of my tire. I stopped and asked if they could take a look and see if it went all the way into my tire. They were busy but someone came right out and looked at it. He pulled the nail out of the tire and was able to tell me that it didnt go all the way through and that I was good to go. I ask what I owed him and he told me nothing and to have a good day! Very nice people and I will go there again if necessary!

Stopped in 1.5 hours prior to closing time to get a flat tire fixed and was turned away saying they wouldn’t accept any more business even though we shared with them that we are passing through and are 10 hours from home. Disappointing.

Damaged rims while replacing tires, left aluminum wheel shavings on the floor of there shop and peeling still left hanging on the wheels there response This is BullShit I couldnt agree more! There fix?? They would knock a few bucks off your bill if u stop complaining. There needs to be Laws in place to make careless workers in businesses pay for there mistakes. Rather then leaving the customers insulated and with damaged items. My first and last time Ill shop here.
If I could I would give them no stars at all!!!! They scratched 3 of my black rims and then I was told that it is normal wear when replacing tires! Ill be damned! The owner is ignorant! After saying thats normal wear and tear he said that his machine didnt do that to rims then he proceeded to offer me $20 for the scratches on my rims! WOW! I will never be back there again! Luckily I took pictures before they touched my rims because I saw a review where they scratched someone elses rim. So to court we will go.
