Went in for oil change. Requested Mobil One 0W20 Synthetic. Just happened to walk out to see what was going on and caught the guy in the process of putting in regular oil. Got home and saw where oil was splashed (spewed) all over side of car. Opened hood for first time since oil change and they had not locked in the hood prop rod. It had dropped into engine and the end was ground off. Just a good thing it didnt get caught in alternator belt, etc. I WONT BE GIVING THEM ANOTHER 80 BUCKS.

Went in to get my brakes looked at and found out my brakes were in good shape. But found out that I had a tire that was about to blow and the manager did everything he could to help me get what I needed and for the right price. I will be you g back great place and people thanks guys see you next time.Funny enough, I found this review after the service manager asked to borrow my phone. I was NOT a customer at speedy Midas. With the exception of an oil change I PERSONALLY carried out on my moms truck as an EMPLOYEE. The manager of this building also has a vending operation, and I discovered hed falsified posts with my information. He is a sketchy business man, and (as he has shown above) will lie to make his business look better. I would like to know just how many of the good reviews on here came from an employees phone at the hands of the manager who did everything he could to help me get what I needed. Simmer in your own filth and lies.

Will never go back. I have been there three times with three different cars for oil changes and I dealt with the same person each time. I know it was a man with short dreads, and I think his name was Maurice or something with an M. The first time, I went there with my roommates car, and he told me that the car would need a transmission flush and power steering fluid; one was $130 and one was $70. I explained that it wasnt my car, I would not be paying for that and she has her own mechanic. He then asked if he could call her; I told him he could, but it was irrelevant, because I was not paying for maintenance on someone elses car. He never called, but it was annoying how he was pestering me and would not take no for an answer. Second time, I took my moms 2013 Nissan. He said the same thing: transmission flush and power steering fluid. I told him the same thing that I told him about my roommates car. Still pestered me, and it was still annoying especially since I knew that he had said the same things before. The final time I went was with my own car. Guess what? Same two issues with mine. I told him that he had told me those two issues before and he swore that it is a common problem. I refused to get them fixed, and he continued to hound me. He gave me a discount on my oil change if I PROMISED to come back. He legit made me sit there and promise. I had to promise 3 times before he dropped it. I took the discount, and I have not returned. lol. But seriously, that is so frustrating. Definitely not a trustworthy place and I will not be going back.

I was in and out in good time, staff not so friendly. They are more thorough than many places with what they check to see what is wrong with your vehicle. However, they make you feel like you need to get it all done at once. Not good. You have to know have to say no and know what needs to be fixed now or later.

Great place they even have a translator if you if you speak Spanish. Great crew of guy that work there.

Always nervous to take the care to a new place, but they do excellent services at a fair price. Extremely helpful professionals, even gave us a printout of recommended car maintenance for the future.

It was packed the day I took my car for new brakes. I said I would like it looked at first before telling me how much it would with everything done. 30 minutes later, I had new brakes and the front rotors replaced for really cheap! The guys were friendly and answered every question I had without making me feel like an idiot.

I always go to Speedee to get my oil change. I always work with Marco. He is respectable and always gives the best service. Only place I let deal with my car because they keep me updated on things that are going wrong due to high mileage.

I have 2 dolls in my car (chucky and Tiffany) and when I got there the guy who did my oil took a liking to them and we even talked about the dolls and my love for horror movies. Anyway I went in for an oil change I left the keys in the car and got out and waited. I noticed it was taking a while and checked and they said I was done . The man who did my oil was talking and playing with his coworkers so I sat there for atleast an extra 30 minutes for NO Reason. Also I noticed when I got in there was oil on my dolls that cost $60 each 🙄 ugh not only that but that night when I went to work I turned on my headlights and all the lights in my car went off ..I got home and tried resetting some things but it remained the same . When my headlights are on my lights in my car won’t come on . I went in that Saturday morning of course they were closed that night . They were closed Sunday (New Years eve) and today is New Years . I don’t know if they are open today because on the website it says hours may differ . I’ve tried calling 5 times and I’m beginning to get aggravated with them . I’m going out of town tomorrow and my lights in my car won’t work so I won’t be able to see what speed I’m going , how much gas I have , the time , my radio or anything ...I just don’t understand I’ve went to them before for an oil change and never had a problem but this time I leave with messed up lights . How did an oil change turn into that 😒??

Will not go back!!! I brought my truck in for a oil change on 6/25/2018 they were friendly and tried to push some other services on me witch is ok thats business trans flush ,ect.Day or two later I started looking for my dog leash,choke collar and muzzle for my German Shepard it was on the floor of my truck,I spent days searching for it with no luck.They did vacuum my truck, only place I went with my truck unlocked ,so I decided to call and ask if maybe if they had taking it out to vacuum and they had it, they said they did not have my stuff.only place it could have disappeared, very disappointed.

I went to Speedy to get and Oil Change, I had my own oil but when they finished, they didnt changed my Sticker that goes on the left corner of the windshield. Bad results that I didnt approved of.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE TOO MUCH TO TELL AND NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN THE COMMENTS BOX BUT TO GET TO THE POINT THEY DO NOT DO THE 17 POINT INSPECTION WITH THEIR OIL CHANGE AS ADVERTISED AND WATCH AND SEE IF THEY TOP OFF YOUR FLUIDS AND VACUUM YOUR CAR OUT LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND WATCH THEM TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR AFTER I HAVE CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND FILED MY COMPLAINT WAITING ON A DISTRICT MANAGER TO CONTACT ME TO TELL MY FULL STORY ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AND THE MANAGERS LAST NAME IS COSTELLO OR THAT IS WHAT HE TOLD ME IT WAS WHO KNOWS HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL SO IF YOU NEED ANY HELP YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO GO OVER HIS HEAD TO GET HELP. THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS BEING CONTACTED AS WELL ABOUT THIS BUSINESS.

Went to have my AC checked the mechanic said the ac sensor was ok cool replace it instead he put some sealant on it rather than replace it. Next my freon was low so they attempted to add freon which they claimed it wouldnt take. So Im waiting they pull my car around and bring it back Monday get there today no mechanic after I done drove 45 minutes in the heat they tell me come back tomorrow asked to be refunded the manager said he couldnt give me a refund until the mechanic looked at it now Im one mad pregnant woman so u mean to tell me all these people out here just change oil what kind of shop just has one mechanic. What if someone messes up while changing someones oil and the mechanic is not there tell them come back tomorrow. Ask for owner phone number the manager refused. I wouldnt recommend going here to get air put in my tire. I will stick to Burtons quick lube in Laurel

I paid $800 to get my wheel barrios done. A month later had to fer them ready done. Well week later still same problem. Got somebody to look they didnt tighten my bolts...they were loose. Going back tomorrow to hope they get it done right this time with my mechanic.
