Amazing! I’m new to the area and was unsure where to go. Found them on a google sesrch. They were super friendly as soon as I pulled in. Quickly got me in to change my oil and were very professional. I also needed my filter replaced and they even showed me it so I knew it truly needed to be changed. Will be back.

Went down Saturday for them to change my fuel filter, and they put on the wrong size fuel filter. They also zip tied the new fuel filter, and they did not reinstall my fuel line clips. This place will cause vehicle failure, if you do not check their work. Do not go here!Update: You can look up with the transaction number 20121900209921. Hoodtech Dwayne and Pittech Brian. I called Jim and had my wife pick up the clips. She had to wait behind a car for 30 minutes to pull into the service bay for some reason to pick up the clips from Jim. I will install these clips myself to ensure that they are correctly installed. I also sent you an email with snapshots of the receipt and services that was performed from this location. Please check your email.

They have more than oil changes and tires. Also do engine work. Very honest people. Highly recommend them.

The oil change went great but would not recommend taking to mechanics affiliated with express oil.My car was completely a mess after they changed out a seal..had to buy another car just days after..should be sued over this!

Horrible experience. I took my H2 Hummer in because it was running hot. They told me my engine suppose to run at 230-250 now Im replacing the engine because head cracked listening to them. So we had to be towed and more unnecessary money was spent...DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE....

I made an appointment for 9am. Got there 10 minutes early. Was told to park in line, in which there was one vehicle in front. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched as a woman and man conversed with the person they were supposed to be servicing. Not once did anyone say, “be with you in a moment..” or anything of that nature. I’ll never go there again and I definitely won’t allow my spouse to go back there after reading the reviews on the same services she received. Smh!

I took my car to this shop because of a noise coming out from the rear tire on the passenger side. They told me that the brakes and rotor need replacement. I paid almost $300 for replacement with 12 month warranty. In less than 6 months, the same noise started again and i took it back to their shop for fixing. They called me in a few minutes of dropping off the car and said that the front brakes and rotor need replacement and i will pay another $288 for replacement. I told myself that the noise is coming from the back and this has nothing to do with the front. Well i took it to another shop where they did a check and found that the rotor and the brakes that was replaced were bad. I have to pay for replacing it with a new one and my car was running smoothly with no more noise.I will not go back to Express oil Change again, they lied to me that the parts was replaced but it was not replaced.

My car stopped with smoke coming from under the hood on highway 59 😵😲... I called AAA, requested a tow to this location.I thought my radiator was damaged, I expected a hefty estimate for repairs. To my absolute delight they fixed the minor issues that same day! As a single female I appreciate receiving honest, professional car maintenance service. Ive heard horror stories about places that try to find problems and overcharge for repairs.This was my first time using this location. However, Ive used this company several times in Memphis, TN and once in Huntsville, AL 👍🏾👌🏾

Like people say, auto businesses are rackets, indeed true for this Express Oil Change business. First off, it is NOT express - before anything, I had to wait for more than 10 minutes before getting knocked on the window by the customer service. Second, pricing is PADDED, big time - charged ~$20 for regular oil, then $25 for a so-called synthetic upgrade, while it costs merely $19.77 for 5 quarts of 0W-20 platinum full-synthetic Pennzoil on Amazon. Lastly, I was watching the whole process from a distance during the pandemic, where NONE of the workers there wore a mask, but did not see old engine oil coming out and new engine oil filling in. When confronted, the woman (the customer service) said she did it when I was in my car for a few SECONDS after having helped her to do some mumbo-jumbo checks on my lights, for which I was charged another $20, robbery in broad daylight! Obviously, she pulled a FAST ONE on me! Would I ever go to this RACKET business again? Hell, NO!!!

I went to this place last time. I was just there to ask if they could fix my car door which was not functioning good. And then this coworker came to me. His name was Lawrence White. He looked at it and directly started explaining that not to get it fixed there with the store. Perhaps he lured me to fix with him outside of job offering me different prices. I didnt know what I had to do to fix it and didnt had any idea about the prices and stuffs. So I told him okay.And right there I made a wrost decision of my life agreeing with him to fix it outside of job.He charged me almost the same price as dealership yet didnt give me any warranty nor he took any responsibility on what he did. He fix it, took money make it look like it was fixed. And now its not functioning again and when I asked him to fix he told me I need to buy a part which cost about $150 and was asking for more money to fix.So please people if you visit this place Be little aware what he says. Do not fell into his trap. He will ended up ripping you off for nothing. The store should take an action for this kind of circumstances. We(customer) dont know anything about fixing the cars. So we have no any options than saying yes to what mechanic says.Never ever going back there.

My first service here. Crissy was Very Professional, Kind, & informative. Only 11k miles on my car. Told me I had a damaged oil pan plug. She showed it to me & replaced it FREE! Can’t beat that! I Will Be Back!!

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check, the mechanic found the problem and there was absolutely no pressure to fix anything else. They even let me purchase my own parts to save me money. Mr. Jim and Mr. Jonathan took care of my car needs as though they were taking care of their own mothers car. Being a widow and women, I have the fear of being taken advantage of. Not the case with Mr. Jim, Mr. Jonathan, and Mr. Ben. The entire team there was very friendly and courteous. A great place and great people to take care of your car needs. Just rolled in for an oil change. Was only passing through town and read a few good reviews and decided to Express a try. Boy am I glad I did. Service was fast, efficient and thorough. Instead of trying to charge me to top off fluids that didnt need to be, I was informed that things were all in order. Staff was knowledgeable and competent. I sure hope that I will be able to return at some point when I need service again. A+

This is the place to get your oil changed. They take good care of vehicle and are friendly. Every time I come here, theyre always happy to see me and my vehicle. Quick, efficient, and reliable. They dont try to squeeze every penny from your pocket and they always ask if you need anything. Give these people a raise or buy them beer on the weekend. They work harder than most other stores Ive been to.

Quick, super friendly, and I get to stay in my car!

Enjoyed going here for a long time but won’t return.Long story short - I ended up having to have a mechanic replace my oil drain gasket / plug and remove the oil filter. They cracked the plug putting it back on and the filter looked like it was tightened on with vice grips. It was even badly dented. They also somehow didn’t notice (or caused) my oil pan seal was ruptured and didn’t tell me.

The guys and gals at Express did an excellent job with my car. My crew team was Andrew, Fernando, and the guys in the pit and Don. They were friendly, very informative of what is going on with my car, and most important; they are professional. Andrew performed the oil change. He did a complete check of all fluid levels and topping them off if needed, as well as, checking the hoses, filters, and tires and he cleaned my windshield. I wanted to have the rear brakes pads replace getting ready for a long trip, but Fernando checked everything and said, my brakes did not need replacing and he felt I would not have any problems with them. Don checked to see if the A/C was cooling properly and that it did not need any antifreeze. The car has not been used for a while and got a clean bill of health and safety.I could have paid a big bill for all this work, but since my car did not need any other work other than the oil and filter change that was all I was charged. Most of the time, men will overcharge women because we dont know whats going on with our vehicles. Not here. At Express, Don and the team are a group of honest people who did a great job on my car. Thank you all for treating me so nice. I was not charged for all the other jobs they checked and did not need serving. I received a job well done and I appreciate each of you for it. I know a lot of women feel they will be or have been taken advantage of by mechanics. LADIES this place has female mechanics. Educated experienced employees who will not rip you off. I take my work car and personal car to them. Very polite and professional. Full automotive not just oil changes. Very glad to have a shop I can trust.

Great customer service, and real friendly. They don’t hassle you about buying other stuff. They give you a sheet showing what’s recommended per the mileage of your vehicle when you’re done.

Being a first time customer, my Mother and I had a great experience. Johnathon was extremely polite and explained everything that was going on. Short wait time, and they dont just do oil changes, they have a variety of services. We didnt even get out of our car. They made sure everything was in working order before we left.We will definitely be returning for future services.

UPDATE: 03/21/2019: From the moment i arrived at Express oil Change the service was excellent . when i pulled into bay 2 the men were awesome. Laurence informed me that i needed a new air filter he showed me my current one and the new one and I clearly saw the difference.he also explained other things i needed as well to the point where i actually understood why I would need it as well. I did not feel pressured into it just an all around great experience. Thanks once again for getting me in and out in a timely manner and having the best customer service around. Had some pretty serious issues with our brakes and rotors. Ricardo and the team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers were not only quick, receptive, and professional, they were compassionate about our situation and moved with a quickness to help us out with our repairs. Ricardo was particularly professional and exceptionally respectful. My experience there is exactly what I always want when it comes to customer service. I have been coming to this location for years! I like the promptness and professionalism of this place. However, yesterday my husband went and got his oil changed, the guy rung him up on his credit card. When he came back with his receipt, the amount was more than the original price stated. Luckily my husband caught it and asked about it. The employee said he accidentally hit the cash back button. So he gave my husband the $40 cash back. i really dont know what the computer looks like but Im unsure if it was an accident or someone was trying to pull a quick one on my husband. No harm was done because my husband caught it. however, dear employees please please be careful with the keys u hit! This $40 cash back on our credit card charges 25% interest on cash back at the register. Thus we never ever use this option. So this oil change cost me an extra $10 ($40 plus 25%). It may have been a mistake but please be careful. I will be sure to pay only cash next time which is a bummer because I like earning points on my credit card.

Fantastic service, friendly and decently knowledgeable staff, and they remember you time after time. This is one of the very, very, very few places I trust with my vehicles and they are luckily reasonably priced. No trying to upcharge you or make pushy suggestions for services you dont need. If you agree with the statement that its hard to find good mechanical help, please go throw your money at this business. Theyre grade A in my experience.

I was very impressed with the service, because I have been to four other shops since January that gave my vehicle temporary fixes & higher prices. I came to get my oil change & they check other parts of my truck & explained why it was important. I didnt understand half of it but they tried their best to explain.The employees are very friendly, respectable, and I didnt even realize how fast they completed everything. If I could give this place -5 stars I would.I went to this place to get a quick oil change. Was there for longer than 20 minutes. After I leave the place, my car started stuttering and I went back. Told them my car has never stuttered once since I got it in 2015. They told me they seen nothing wrong. June 27, I went to have my car checked out by my regular oil change place. Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers put a total of 8.5 quartz of oil in my car when it only needs 4. They didn’t even change out the oil that was previously in my car. The my regular oil place had to drain out the oil and it was black. I am highly upset, but I thank God I was able to get it look at before my 2 hour trip tomorrow.

I usually go to the dealership to get all of my services done, but that is definitely a thing of the past after my experience at Express. Better customer service, non-pushy information relevant to car-health and I didnt even have to get out of my car it was so fast.Ricky worked on my Honda, and I would definitely ask for him when you go. Hes extremely knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with. Im a new customer, and he gave me a VIP-card so I got a little break on the cost of the oil change too.I will definitely be going back!

I recently let Express Oil Change replace my AC Compressor. Everything seemed fine for a couple of weeks... until a belt broke. I took my car to another service provider, and they discovered that Express had failed to tighten the tensioner pulley properly AND had failed to replace spacers that go in the back of the Compressor! All of this essentially ruined the tensioner pulley bracket, nearly ruined the mounting components for the Compressor, and resulted in the broken belt and the additional HUNDREDS OF DOLLAR$ I had to spend to fix their mess up!UPDATE: Express Oil Change is truly a responsive, caring, and responsible business that I have gained total respect for! In response to their technician’s oversight that resulted in additional problems with my car that I got repaired at another location, Express Oil Change contacted me and reimbursed me every penny I spent on the additional repairs! I am grateful and honored to do business with an organization that stands by their work and takes immediate responsibility when they should! Highly recommend!

This place is super great! I am a student at USM and have had a few car situations that I needed handled. Both times Don, the manager, and his other employees went above and beyond to help (also incredibly kind people). They called me multiple times, did not pressure me to make a decision, thoroughly explained what was going on, and even spoke with my dad (many states away!). Also they are incredibly fast with their service delivery! Thankful to have such a reliable and trustworthy place to go to with all my car troubles.
