This is a great place for your JMU student. The clubhouse was renovated and they added a beautiful fitness center recently. The townhomes are laid out well, with two living areas. Management is great. Highly recommend.

Despite not listing any other contact information, the main office will not pick up even during their business hours. If you have a problem these people will not help you.

Just leaving this review since they have bombarded the Harrisonburg Craigslist page, probably 400+ listings all for the same complex. If somewhere has to blow up craigslist because so few people are signing, ask yourself, should you sign?? hmmmm

**DO NOT LIVE HERE**extreme invasion of privacy. maintenance comes in unannounced and unexpected ALL THE TIME. go live somewhere better like the retreat or copper.no guest parking ever. look at the reviews, this has been a common theme for FOUR YEARS now. maybe if Foxhill management was responsive to their constituents then it would be better. 0/10. I wish i could rate 0/5 stars instead of 1.

I think maintenance came at least once a week. At this point, I know my maintenance worker’s name, SS #, address, and childhood best friend’s name. Please hold your renovation during the summer season @Foxhill. Lack of privacy.Guest parking is impossible on the weekends. Has been like this for years. If you want to have friends over during the weekend who drive, it’s very challenging due to the scarcity of guest spots.Relentless renewal emails after 2-3 notifications sent to management to cease doing such.Do not live here.I am commenting under a fake alias correspondingly as I currently reside at aforementioned and do want to be treated adversely.

Nice student housing with a pretty good apartment layout. There is plenty of common room and the bedrooms are a decent size. Rent is a bit expensive for the area, even though it includes utilities. The largest gripe I have with Fox is the lack of visitor parking. There are so many few spots that it can be impossible to visit at all during any weekend.

This place is a complete waste of money. Maintenance invades personal privacy every week for one thing or another. Everything from terrible water pressure in sinks and shower to horribly incompetent people to deal with in the office, dont make the mistake I made. Julie and melissa will flat out lie to you and make false promises like installing locks on doors. Cable was out for 3 weeks and we werent compensated whatsoever. I wish I could give zero stars

The units are cool, parking is absolutely DISGUSTING. Sneaky ass sharks circling cars waiting to tow any car that is not in one of the six visitor spots that they have for the ENTIRE COMPLEX. Not to mention at any given time there are over 20 residential spots wide open in each parking lot at any given time. Pathetic display of accommodation. Do your research Fox get more visitor spots

BEWARE Unlike most student living developments, parking in a visitors spot here MUST be accompanied with a PERMIT. They DO NOT have signs letting you know this, there is only a sign with the tow company number. They are quick to tow & will charge you $60 if you come out when they have your car connected and $140 (NO to american express) if they actually tow it. If you plan on visiting someone ask for their permit. I also believe they only give out 1 or 2 PER household. Squire (down the street) is the same.

Terrible experience so far; dirty at move-in, very poor condition of pressboard kitchen cabinets--inside & out, refrigerator has rusty spots & dents all over as well as rust spots inside the freezer, smelly freezer, bathroom pressboard cabinets curling, rugs stained, screens bent, and above all, Wifi not working! Women in the office are very nice but that doesnt make up for all the rest.In all fairness, the refridge, oven & kitchen cabinet doors are scheduled to be replaced by EOM Nov. The stained & cracking interiors will stay. Will keep back in with an up-date should anything improve. For now, find a different place to rent until these units have a complete make over.

Terrible parking arrangements, I got towed in one of the seven total guest spots for touching the white line with my tire. They are crooks looking to make a dollar on anyone. Not to mention the mold that causes everyone in the house to be sick.
