I went in for an oil change, but also because my dash lights wouldnt turn on and I thought it was an electrical problem. As it would turn out, my dimmer switch was just turned all the way down (silly me). Still, just to put my mind at ease they checked out my battery and my alternator free of charge. This was my first time going to a mechanic alone, and as a person who doesnt know much about cars I could be really easily taken advantage of. Everyone working there was really polite and honest about what my car did and did not need. I will be returning again.

Completely overpriced! Told me it would be $4,000 to fix my truck when it was only 600

Trying to get into this place when your car suddenly needs work is impossible.Ive been going here regularly, trying to establish as a regular customer. My brakes suddenly need to be looked at because my whole car is shaking and all over the road when I use the brakes, and Im told I can have an appointment in a month.Next snow storm, Ill probably crash my car with it all over the road, so, thanks so much for the great customer service and care about safety.I wont be recommending you ever again.

Brought my car in for timing belt change. Scheduled a week in advance. Took them 3 days to do the timing belt, when they said it would be a one day service. Then, when I finally picked up my car they told me that I had a really bad wheel bearing and brake issue, and hoped Id get home okay. What? No one called me when this was discovered. It was there for 3 full days, and I would have had them fix the wheel bearings and brakes while it was there. Instead I drove home 30 miles scared for my life. Drove another 30 miles the next day to another mechanic to deal with the wheel bearings and brakes, and was terrified, all over the road, practically out of control. The next mechanic could not believe that they let me drive off the lot with the bearing so bad, my wheel was practically falling off! No communication from the guys at the Coop center at all, just a bill for $1600 and a hope you get home okay. Not acceptable.

I had hoped that Co-op would have been able to maintain the service standards of the Subaru center that had been in the Norwich location previously. Sadly, they have not. I showed up on time for my appointment today to have a routine VT inspection. I was expecting to wait 15 minutes or so for the assessment as had always been the case in the past and didnt expect much more given that I had an appointment and the procedure only takes a few minutes. Without going in to the details, they checked me in and had me wait 90 minutes before taking my vehicle. There was no warning when I checked in, no status updates, and not even an apology when I raised the topic. This is not a service center that deserves my business or yours. It also reflects poor on the Co-op organization as a whole. My worst service experience yet in the Upper Valley.

Have an old car and very stressfull getting it inspected. They always give you the worst case scenario so you are prepared for everything and can make an informed decision on whether to invest the money and there are no surprises. All 3 times the price was hundreds of dollars less than the estimate I was ok to pay.Thats a good way to do it in my book.

They do reliable and great work. But sometimes need to pay more attention to detail. I asked for two other small bells and whistle pieces on my car to get fixed and they were not. My windshield wiper and the lighter socket.

Rick and his whole crew are fantastic! Work that they do is excellent. Nice friendly guys who we are lucky to have right here in Hanover. Highly recommended!

Utterly hopeless. They compete on price and you get what you pay for. We paid them several thousand for a big rebuild, replacing the head gasket. They cut enough corners (e.g., wrong sealant, not sealed properly, and didn’t even tighten engine bolts) that we had problem after problem afterwards, so much so that even they would not pass their own work for inspection just a few months after the big job. We moved on to the dealer mechanic, who traced all the problems back to the coops dodgy work. The coop service center still denies any wrong doing, and gives us a condescending mouthful if we try and discuss it. Meanwhile, we are out many thousand dollars in just a few months, all preventable if they were not cutting corners and did not sign up to do work they were incapable of. They sell their service on the basis of their work being covered under warranty, but that warranty is outsourced and a joke—it excludes workmanship, and internal engine work (basically, what matters). Utterly, utterly useless. Avoid these guys at all costs. There are lots of other good mechanics around.

They didn’t try to do anything unnecessary, charged a fair price and gave a good recommendation for the things they didn’t fix. Excellent!

Excellent customer service. I was going to leave for a roadtrip in a few hours and I was having trouble inflating my tires, so I called the co-op and asked if they could re-inflate them. Even though I had no appointment, the co-op staff helped fully inflate my tires in only an hour and free of charge.
