Better service than expected, although Jiffy Lube does not carry Lucass Products they will add if you bring them in and request they do so. Signature service was quicker than expected and included vacuuming my floors and cleaning my windows which is definitely an added convenience. Service personnel did not badger me to get any additional services that were not requested (definitely appreciated). Will continue to use this location for my oil changes in the future.

While They got me in quickly, my car came out worse than it went in. They couldnt do the new serpentine belt that I needed because they didnt have the tool needed to it, ok no problem but now the car is squealing 10 times worse than it was before. Im highly upset about this. Ive continued to go here despite some hiccups Ive had here and there but Im officially done with this jiffy lube and our business will go elsewhere.

I came in three separate times to get my car inspected. The first was on a Tuesday, they told me to come back in the morning so I would have a better chance at getting it inspected. I work so I had to wait until the upcoming Friday since I would be off from work. I came in that Friday and waited for almost (spent 2 hours waiting outside since that was the expected time it would take) 6 hours before they called and told me that they wouldn’t be able to get it done that day due to a repair that was taking longer than usual. I picked up my car and came in the following morning (Saturday) and ONCE AGAIN, I was told they didn’t have time to get my car in.I’m extremely disappointed that I’ve spent hours at this location and not once has my car been looked at.

I came in for a tire rotation. They were able to take me right away at a reasonable price. When my discount coupon was refused by the computer, they even provided an alternative discount bigger than what my coupon was good for.

Just got an oil change and it was such an easy and convenient service. Super professional and friendly, paid attention to all the manufacturers recommendations, topped off the fluids, checked the tire pressure etc. My service advisor was Mike C. and because of the service he provided I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs fast, affordable services and does not like to sit around for hrs.

I took my truck into this shop and got an inspection, I was informed that I needed about 1000 dollars in front end work to pass inspection, No big deal As I have had the truck for a long time and had not done any work to the front end 170k miles not bad. I was also failed for an Airbag warning light and a nail in the left rear tire.Iam not the type of person to spend money without knowing what Im spending money on and the reason why. So naturally I downloaded the regulations guide for Pennsylvania state inspections. Low and behold any type of warning lights are not an automatic failure like was explained to me after I confronted one of the techs about this he assured me it was.Well I called 4-5 different shops as well as the state inspection officer for York county. The state inspection officer and every other inspection mechanic I talked to confirmed what I had read and what I understood to be true. A warning light is not an automatic failure. I spent my lunch break and part of my day getting this cleared up. I picked my truck up and was informed they spoke with said inspection officer and they apologized. I was also informed that I did need to address the nail in my left rear tire, not a problem. I drove down to the nearest tire place to have it looked at and for some documentation. Also wanted to make sure they had actually done the front end work they said that was needed. Surprise NO NAIL in the tire. It was part of a rock that was lodged in my tread. The fine fellas at Mavis tire didnt charge me anything and wrote me up a report at which I brought back to this jiffy lube for the third time to receive my inspection sticker.Countless hours and some time off of work aswell as 1000 dollars worth of mechanic work schedule after the fact that I learned their inspection tech was an imbecile. I will not be taking any of my vehicle to this location again, Ive also contacted the state attorney general the better business bureau aswell as the county inspection officers office of which I have a case number.If you have been bamboozled by these peoples incompetence I would advise you to do the same. They are always as fast and thorough as possible. They greet me quickly, note what I need, assess my car and then report on other needs they see before doing to work. I appreciate that they care for my car, are honest about things that can wait, and that they are focused on the work that needs done.

The crew at this location goes above and beyond any vehicle maintenance shop I have ever been to. These guys and girls know how to make you feel comfortable while they tend to your vehicle. They remember you by name and by the vehicles you bring in for service. I have trusted this crew since I moved near the area in 2012 and they have cared for all 5 of my vehicles. This shop is honest and they try to save you money if they can!

My wife and I arrived here at about 4:15 for an oil change. One car was in the bay and one car was in front of us. We finally left at 5:45. An hour and a half for a $70 oil change, really? Will take of it by myself from now on. This morning we went to do some errands and noticed that the windshield was filthy. Like they used a dirty rag to wipe the windows. Look at photo.Sad part is that the owner will probably do nothing to correct anyone’s issues. The proof is in the response that every negative review gets. It is the same paragraph, word for word. Customers are letting you know of an issue, clean it up please.

This place will rip you off so fast your head will spin i sent my wife in for a oil change that was $ 59 dollars. Mind you the car is 3 months old i checked the fluids last night all good car has 20.000 miles because she was a woman they changed her $110 dollars woman beware they told her it was for fluids then on top that they tried to get her to rotate the tires for $30 i recommend calling around before going here remember people that are looking to rip you off are nice as hell to get access to your pocket i called in ask for the same oil change she got they told me it would only be $60 all said and done

My girlfriend got her oil changed, tire rotated and inspection in July. A month later we noticed the oil light came on interminttetly. We went to check on the oil and it was two quarts down and completely black. There is no way they did an oil change just a month back.

In September 2016 I went to the Hanover Jiffy Lube. It was my first time at any Jiffy Lube. They treated me so well. They were knowledgeable and very thorough. I was so impressed with the excellent service I received. I wont go anywhere else from now on. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone that was working was very polite.

Oil change and a four-tire rotation was done quickly with no appointment necessary. The crew knew what my vehicle needed and they were sensitive to how pricey car maintenance can be. This place is great when my kids have practice or when I can run across the street to do some other shopping.Look online for coupons, they honor all of them.

I said I didnt want my other fluids messed with. they took that as oil change only and didnt do the extra stuff (floorboards, windows, inflate tires etc.). they need to get more clear on what the customer is requesting and then communicate that to the shop effectively. the time before this they left tools on my car on the outside, between my windshield and the wiper arms. sometimes you have to slow down to go faster, guys!

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. When they found something wrong with my car (cracks in belt, bulbs out, filters dirty) they showed it to me so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be coming back.

This is the Jiffy Lube that I use the most the people are nice and friendly and funny. Some days are busy some days are not so busy but they do try to have you in and out as fast as they can in a timely manner but things happen. I do wish they would offer more coupons like they used two months ago they used to send out more coupons for $10 off it seems like theyre getting cheaper and cheaper with their coupon codes

Only problem...wouldnt accept my Jiffy Lube coupon...guy couldnt scan it so he said they wouldnt accept it. Wait, what?!? Other than that one hiccup, the visit was ok.

Incredible service! Not just for me!I just went in on a Saturday morning to get a radiator flush in an old Chevy pickup. I knew this was the wrong time to go for something like this being that they were going to be a lot of people getting oil changes first thing Saturday morning. And there was. I stood in a room with about 15 other customers after being there for 10 minutes I realized every customer in there was extremely happy and rotating out really fast. I was only there for a half hour and a problem that is caused me headaches for six months was fixed in 20 minutes.In the end the total cost was cheaper than advertised

NEVER GO HERE!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME!!Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Needed somewhere to get a quick inspection on my vehicle and this place failed it for things not even listed in the inspection book. (Verified on own) When brought this to the staffs attention they threatened to call the cops. Definitely just trying to get more money out of people than need be. So beware. Will definitely take my vehicles to mechanics for all needs, even oil changes now, no matter how long I have to wait to get an appointment!

Cant give 0 stars. Ever since they changed the oil on my daughters Audi, its been leaking. Found out they cracked the cover. Did not use proper sized wrench. New cover cost me $85. Had the spark plugs and cylinder coils done and had to have them redone somewhere else. When i told them the engine light came right back on they wanted to charge me AGAIN for diagnostics over $100. I found this absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. Inexperienced, pushy. Cost me a lot of money. And extra repairs. I dont see how this place stays in business other than ripping off its customers and taking shortcuts that cause further damage.

Nothing Jiffy at Jiffy Lube. Had my son take a car for inspection. He got there at just before 8am when they opened. They do not take appointments. It’s walk in only. He’s still sitting in the lobby with 2 or 3 cars ahead of him how????? Because he’s a kid and they took other ahead of him. Never again will I even consider this place. Steer clear unless you feel like growing old with these half wits.

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube every 5,000 miles for the past few years. I find the staff friendly and never feel pushed into adding additional services. Plus, this location is nice because its next to a Wal-Mart, so you can do a little shopping while your car is getting serviced.Once, I asked to have my tires rotated and the guys forgot. Really no big deal. They work quickly and I have never had any issues. I recommend them.

Went to get an inspection but instead was told that my car had a problem. This problem is something that my car has had since I’ve gotten it 3 years ago. This is the first time it was failed. I called in and told them to order the part and specifically told them when I’d be in. I came in and they told me that I’d have to wait till tomorrow because I didn’t call in.

I arrived at 915 am this morning to get in early. Didnt know you had to go around back to get in line. 4 workers passed me sitting on the bench and not one said anything goes until I noticed about 5 customers were pulling around back and I asked the last employee if I was suppose to go around during back and he said oh yes with a big smile on his face so I asked him if I lost my place in line, since I was the first one here, he continues to smile and said probably.... where is the customer service!!!??? One would think one of the employees would have said something.

I am in town from Pittsburgh visiting my grandmother who will not make it through the Holidays! My transmission service light came on. There is no way to check the transmission fluid unless you take it to the dealer or order one online which takes days. I called alot of places and mechanics..no one had the CTA 1017 dip stick Last call was to this Jiffy Lube. I spoke with Mike the owner and he said bring my jeep in. So I did..Mike wasnt there but Wes the Assistant Manager was and he took care of checking my transmission fluid and didnt charge me at all for his time and service. All the guys that work there are awesome. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. My only regret is that I live 4 hours away and cant give them all my business...ALL OF THE TIME! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go here for an inspection or anything else for that matter. Like a previous person replied, they are not a full service repair station and will not be able to fix anything so they just keep charging you over and over again to find new, small things wrong in order to keep failing you. Just tried to have my Jeep inspected, among the many ridiculous things they failed me for was not having the plastic end caps for the bumpers on... I removed these things in 2005 because they are hideous and no one in 12 years has ever mentioned a peep about it, furthermore they are only a cosmetic feature and have nothing to do with the integrity of the bumper itself (as any Jeep owner can tell you they shatter instantly if anything hits them too hard). Additionally I got dinged for not having one of the floorboard drain plugs in! Are you friggin kidding me?!?! I asked the guy if the plug was on the floor beside the drain because I have never taken these plugs out of my Jeep, but I removed one last fall to drain some water and may have forgotten to place it back in the drain. He just shrugged like an imbecile while I went out to look for it. Took me all of 3 seconds to locate the plug lying on the floor RIGHT BESIDE THE DRAIN... I mean, for christs sake, youre telling me no one saw that and had the common sense to place it back in rather than failing a vehicle for a drain plug that has nothing to do with the safety of the vehicle in the first place??? Either these guys are idiots, careless or just dont give a damn... either way, its a terrible combination of traits for someone who youre paying to work on your vehicle to have. There are plenty of well respected, private repair shops in the area that wont nit-pick every little dent and ding in your vehicle... theyll even be able to fix what needs fixing rather than keep squeezing you for more cash... AVOID JIFFY LUBE AT ALL COSTS!

I love going to Jiffy Lube in Hanover. They check for all the things that need regular upkeep and that means I dont have to worry if I checked my tire pressure, or any of my levels that should be checked in on. Mike has been the manager for as long as Ive ever gone. He took care on my 1990 Fleetwood since I bought it in 1990, and it had 220,000 miles on it before I decided to upgrade, oh that was only ten years. I pretty much just needed oil changes and a few incidentals. As long as they are around, they will see me regularly. They check to make sure the fills they do on your car are to factory specs. My car takes 7 1/2 quarts of oil and when I would go around the area to different garages, they only put in 7 quarts of oil.

Come to this location only when absolutely necessary because I know every time Im going fend off all of the extras they try to sell & say I need...that I dont need. They spend more time taking things out of the car to bring in to show you that makes for a lot longer per car. Currently going on 40 minutes still waiting for my vehicle to be done. Very annoying and the reason why I try to go to the Mechicsburg Jiffy Lube whenever Im near there. They dont oversell and do exactly what I ask with no pressure to do more and Im in and out in 15 minutes there. AND, if they were to say I needed something extra I would believe them because they dont try to upsell me every time. Will rearrange my schedule to get back to Mechanicsburg next time.

If you dont do your own car maintenance I guess its OK, but other real mechanic shops in the area do oil changes for waaaaay less than what jiffy lube and other quick oil change places offer. And youll still get the same whatever point inspections.

Not friendly staff i came twice for inspection drove 2 hr coz m at work nd my inspection is getting over nd they said we cant assist you coz i have another cars waiting i called them before coming here they said we will take care of u but ended up with sorry we cant assist you today..

After waiting all day in the waiting room for state inspection the person wanted to fail my car battery - when I complained he tested it to show me and it passed. Several other issues ended the same way. Finally he found 2 things he needed to order parts for. Feeling I had wasted a day and needed to go pick my daughter up from school I agreed.I came back today and waited for 2.5 hours. I asked how the service was coming along and was told they hadnt even started!!!!!!!!Unless you want to spend your whole day in their waiting room while they dont actually do any work I would say stay away from this shop. The one in Frederick, MD is much more customer oriented and are actually quick and informative.
