Had an issue with my pilot, called and spoke to mike the service manager, got me in the next day. And fixed the issue within a few hours. Was covered under warranty so no cost to us. He was great to work with and would recommend the service department to anyone!

Excellent dealership with professional and courteous staff! My family purchased a new 2020 Honda Ridgeline earlier today, and we were there this past Monday for the initial test drive and everything moved at a very quick pace, straightforward, and truthful, honest answers and recommendations. This was a wonderfuldealership when it was Hanover Honda but I guess it true that the body follows the head soon as it changed over I had an issue with the Service dept and decided to take my 4 cars elsewhere but recently I gave them another chance I took my honda in for service and to be appraised towards the purchase of a new vehicle after never hearing from anybody I inquired again and still havent heard from No one about my interest maybe they just dont want my business No worries Never Agan Im done with the Apple brand

I called about a car I saw on line, was told it was at York Location and would be sent to Hanover. Upon arrival it was not there, understanding that it was not Hanover locations fault I went over other options with salesman, Thaddeus. Thaddeus is the only reason they are receiving 1 star as he was awesome.Not even 3 weeks after purchasing a vehicle the check engine light comes on along with traction control light. I returned to the dealership to inquire about repairs as I haven’t even received registration or made a payment yet. They dismissed me the first time I’ll assume because it was a Saturday afternoon. Monday it starts idling funny. So Tuesday I return, service department told me they couldn’t get me in until the following Monday. I went inside to speak to the manager, I’m not typically a Karen however we’re talking about a vehicle and thousands of dollars. I talked to another salesman and asked to speak with the manager to find out my options. The salesman had to go in the office, back to me, back to the office and back to me again. As it was obvious the manager couldn’t be bothered to speak to me himself. I was told my warranty I purchased should cover some of the repairs, I’m not fond of that option obviously. The only other option they gave me was to sell it back- at their NEW appraisal and get me something else. Umm no! New appraisal when they are well aware there is and issue and very likely had the issue upon purchase. The salesman got very arrogant with me when I expressed my frustration and disappointment on their end.I parked the pos while I decide what I should do.I’m extremely upset with the service and lack of give a damn on their end.

We showed up at 5:30pm to check out a 2007 Ford Explorer. Had low miles and 4x4 😮 just what my wife wanted! She wanted an expedition... But my goodness, I couldnt find anything in our price range. My wife did her test drive and loved the explorer, so we decided to buy it. Our dealer experience was very much so mediocre at best. He seemed very pushy to get us out and hurried up the paper work. I was perfectly aware I was buying a vehicle 14 years old and AS IS. We could have bought the car cash but decided to finance in wifes name. In closing we put $2,000 down which was no big deal this was the vehicle my wife wanted. What they failed to tell us is that they just took our money but didnt have the title and wed be waiting upwards of two weeks for the title to arrive. Frustrated, but understandable I assume thankfully we still had the vehicle she was driving. Not even 50 miles, and Im sitting in the waiting room of their service department waiting for a ford mechanic to figure out why the serpentine belt is squealing and why the engine keeps idling high. Thats just a quick story of my experience which I guess you get that at every dealership when buy a used car. Remember everyone! REMEMBER... FORD = FIX, OR, REPAIR, DAILY.

Every time I ask if they can look up a part for my Acura the lady always says “hmmm probably not, I’d check with an Acura dealer” she doesn’t even try to check just immediately tells you no! And then tells you to check somewhere else. That could’ve been a potential sale, and a happy customer tht would return in the future if they’ve been help with property. If you go up the street to GENE LATTA FORD every parts person will bend over backwards to help because they know a happy customer can be a returning customer, they ask for as much info as possible so they don’t get the wrong part, they call every place they know, they’re on the phone for hrs trying to find what ever part you’re looking for, they actually try and help you, they try to make it as stress less as positive for the customer. That’s what a parts person is supposed to do

Although I am happy with my 2019 accord I am extremely disappointed with Apple Honda who took over for Hanover Honda and made no attempt at informing me of the change in ownership.I mention this because when I purchased my car in 2019 the annual inspections were supposed to be free every year along with free car washes throughout the year including 5 free oil changes.Well yesterday I had my annual inspection however the cost was added to my bill without customer service informing me. I had to ask the question why and only then was it removed from my bill. Apple Honda still charged me for the oil change and washed my car free of charge.I understand ownership varies however most of what I was promised had not been honored only until I complained during my checkout.

Car in photo is from Apple Honda, not the liars in Hanover, read below..I placed the down payment and they promised me a car that night. 9 days later they refunded me after daily lies about having the car and just trying to get it to the dealership as they never found it in the first place.Original review- Friendly sales associates. Worked through sales process with not too much pressure. Kolton and Eric did a good job. But......Addendum review- 8 days later after multiple promises and Hanover Honda taking my down payment they could not find my car which they said was arriving day of sale. They claimed they searched PA, OH, MD, NY, VA, NC and CT (maybe missing a state) but could not find it. I was refunded my down payment and went up the road to Apple in York and drove away with my requested car THE NEXT DAY. So, if you do buy a car, dont complete their review before you receive your car as they request you to do.

If I could give a zero I would. The salesman was Joseph. He did not try to work with me with trying to get a car and when I did not want to go with the the pricing he got flustered. He did not show or explain a lot of stuff. He needs to learn how to be a better salesman. I do not reccomend going here for a vehicle.

Thought this was a great place till I took my Civic that I purchased from this dealer and found that they would no longer honor their word of 5 free oil changes as promised. I will no longer recommend this dealer to ANYONE. If someone does not honor their word & original promise, they are not to be trusted - period! Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience @ Apple Honda Hanover. The staff are very friendly & helpful as well. My cousin is the GM & helped us through the buying process etc. As well as his fellow coworkers. We have never bought from a dealership before seeing as how my hubby always buys used vehicles from people online instead. I always get handme down Hondas from my parents so this was a new experience for us. Having this be our first experience in dealing with a dealership & purchasing a used 2020 truck everything went smoothly. Used to be a very well run dealership. Leased a car from Hanover Honda with the promise of the first five oil changes free. In the interim, the franchise was bought by Apple. Showed up and was informed, and these are the words that the service guy used, Apple is not honoring the PROMISES that were made by Hanover Honda. Charged me $60.00 for an oil change that the same dealership had promised for free. I really like Honda, but I will NEVER lease a car from this dealership again. You should basically ignore any reviews on here from before March of this year. According to the people who work there, that was a different company. If they dont want to honor the promises of the franchise they purchased, they shouldnt get the benefit of that franchises reputation.

Poor customer service. Charged for services did not ask for or approve. Charged for inspection when still under free inspection. Service couldn’t find my account even though I bought the vehicle at their location. Did not even wash the car like they used to . Would have never gone with this dealership had I known they were going to be bought out by Apple. Entire experience with their team was terrible. Wish I didn’t love the car so much or need it to get to my job because I would give it back. Their financing is ridiculous. If you lease you end up paying for tax, tags & titles when you lease and again when you purchase the vehicle. Highway robbery!

My car key crumbled in my hand the other day when I went to start my Accord (it’s old and the plastic was weak at this point). I took the key in to the parts dept and the person there quoted me almost $200 to reprogram and cut a new key. Luckily I didn’t have my car there or else I would’ve gone through with it. I took my key to another Honda dealership to get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did. The first thing this guy asked me was “do your electronics in your key still work?” to which I answered, yes. He said all he had to do was rebuild the key with the original electronics/chip, and he’d put a new metal key and cover on it. That came out to $60 and the key works just fine. If you want to save money, I recommend going elsewhere.

I went to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership about a week ago. The process was so easy. Matt Barldof was there to help with every step. He wasn’t pushy, gave me any amount of time needed and answered every question I had even if it seemed crazy/repetitive. I gave specific needs to Matt about what i needed as far as warranties and such and within minutes he had numbers, for 5 or 6 different possibilities to suit my needs. I recommend this dealer for sure. After my purchase, he called to make sure everything was going okay. He’s Offered to detail the already detailed car every time I go to the dealer even if it’s just to drop off papers that will take a few minutes! Overall he is just someone who actually cares about his customers as well as the sale. Not typical in a car salesman, but it’s appreciated!

I can’t believe this place. So unprofessional and sneaky with their service charges. I called ahead to schedule an appointment with someone who could check out my car engine to see if there’s something wrong with it because I tried to get my state inspection sticker and they said my car won’t read the OBD, meaning it’s not ready for testing. When I brought it and waited, the lady who works there told me about the service they were charging me for. I said I wasn’t there to get a state inspection and there must’ve been a miscommunication/misunderstanding with the person who I spoke to over the phone. I said I wasn’t going to pay for anything and just wanted them to look at it and they assured me that they would tell me up front if there was something to charge me for. Anyhow, I talked to the manager to tell him my situation because it’s complicated. I still had to pay a service charge for them inspecting my car PLUS they charged me a fee for “gloves, covers, mat, w/ fluid, towels” because of Covid-19. What kind of corporate establishment charges their customer for something that should be covered by them? It seems really ridiculous and unnecessary to charge each customer for doing that. I still have to go back and get my sticker since I paid for the inspection. Oh, and they failed me because of my side view mirror being screwed in since someone hit it off the street. I got that fixed so now I have to pay for the sticker and I hope that will be the end of it! I don’t want to pay any more money for something I don’t need.

Before we stopped by, we asked about a car they had on their lot. The salesperson who answered did so quickly and professionally, and even set us up an appointment for later in the week.When we arrived, we noticed that a saleswoman, Jill, had already brought the car up into an unobstructed area so that we could look at it (and test drive it without having to thread through their stock.) Jill was very helpful during the buying process. At no point did we feel rushed or expected to purchase. Upon first inspection, we noticed that the car was impeccably clean - it was bought used, and except for a small hole in a seat, the upholstery and carpeting looked new. It was obviously well taken care of.During the test drive, a dashboard light came on and would not turn off. Jill sent the car to the in-house service department, who fixed the problem free of charge within 24 hours. It was done when we stopped by to pick it up. They had also stored the car in the building for pickup after a wash and detailing. (Sadly, due to liability, we werent able to drive it out of the narrow bay doors ourselves.)The other vehicles on their used car lot seem to be in a similar condition - however, we were only there to look at one vehicle, so we didnt peer into others. Hanover Honda takes good care of their inventory and will do their best to ensure that a customer is satisfied with their experience.

Bought my car at their used car place, so I continue to use the service department. I have always been treated very well and feel my car gets treated well too. I like to just wait for my car to be serviced and while I wait I take full advantage of the massage chair in their waiting area.I needed an inspection this week and they were able to get me in for that and an oil change. No charge for inspection or oil change since I got my car there. How cool is that?

Great service! I was in search of a car for my daughter. When I came to the dealership in search of information, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Howard Jones, my product specialist was great. Took the time to show me all the vehicles and clearly conveyed the differences for each, which made the selection process much easier. On the day of delivery, I was under a time crunch, when I showed up the vehicle was ready, the finance people had everything together and things went very quickly and smoothly.

The people that work in the parts department have no idea what they are doing. They have little to no knowledge on Honda parts. Last visit I went to get installation instructions for a optional accessory fog light kit. They can only be supplied by the dealer. They have a data base they pull them from and print them out. First guy said he had no such thing and would search Google for me. Then the second guy that tried to help printed off how to change a fog light bulb instructions. After now being furious, finally a service writer/manager searched and found the proper instructions. Another visit i needed a key made, the parts department employees said the VIN I gave them did not match with anything. Then they asked me if one of the numbers was wrong, that particular number would have completely changed the chassis code to a completely different model. Something any employee should know. I dread going in there when I need something from parts, I now buy online any time its possible.

Even though I had done my homework (researching the vehicle I wanted to purchase as well as the projected value of my trade-ins), I was nervous about going to a car dealership to try to make a deal on a new vehicle with my special circumstances trade-in issue. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that both the Salesperson (Tim Stevens) and the Sales Manager (Jon Bloom) were eager to make a fair deal for everyone involved. No one pressured me into making a decision, the terms presented were fair, and I was able to drive away with the deal I had hoped for! The service was on point but, I was not honored my reduced inspection fee that hanover honda honored for being a return customer. And when I returned to my vehicle the service tech left his seat film in my car for me to dispose of and left my insurance and registration scattered on my seat. Unlike how they were handed to them at drop off. Will not be returning

Wow! By far, the best car buying experience ever! I worked with Kimberly Bankert and she was more than any car buyer could wish for. I did extensive research prior to purchasing my vehicle and pretty much knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. I contacted two other dealerships before Hanover Honda and got the typical hustle and bustle experience (pushy salesmen insisting that I buy their car at their price). The first time I contacted Kim by email I immediately knew that this company would be better and more personal. I basically told Kim what vehicle I wanted and what I thought was a fair price. Her prompt and initial response was to meet me halfway to my price which I thought was very reasonable. This all took place online through emails. We only met face to face after scheduling a date to finalize the vehicle purchase. There was no hassle, no meeting with the supervisor or manager, just complete the paperwork and get your vehicle. I have purchased well over ten vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience. If I ever purchase another vehicle, it will be from Hanover Honda and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and a positive car buying experience!

Updated:From 5 stars to 1 with franchise takeover with Apple Honda, same exact oil change and slow inspection, but $25 more with new management somehow and no more courtesy car washes.Previous:We have synthetic oil changes on all three vehicles at this dealership and several great experiences with Service Manager Scott Stewart who is very courteous and knowledgeable in past interactions and most recent/unexpected warranty service. Very swift and reasonable customer service, including the free washes and detailed inspection reports. Hanover Honda definitely puts the customer first with mutually agreeable solutions and services.

Yesterday, I brought my Honda Civic to get an oil change with a $25 coupon sent to me from Hanover Honda. NOW APPLE HONDA ! I rolled my car in as usual and the cutomer service person greeted me took my keys and coupon and said, I can use it, even though we are nder a different ownership. He took my coupon, after waiting for more than an hour he came to the waiting room to get me because they were done. We then proceeded to check out. He handed me the bill for JUST AN OIL CHANGE $44.48. I asked if he used the coupon and he said YES? I got home and noticed he took off only $9? The pink coupon stated $ 25.58 for any OIL Change? Not sure if this will be a COMMON practice for the NEW Apple Honda, as of NOW, this was my first experience with them and probably my LAST!

Went to get my oil changed for a 2019 ridgeline I just bought at hanover honda. apple wont honor the free oil changes with the purchase. in my opinion, honda is honda, and apple should honor the sales agreement from the company they took over. if this is how good faith in business is handled with honda, I will switch to Toyota for my next buy and not work with honda. its not about the cost of the oil change, its about honoring a term of sale on a honda product. apple is using the sale as a defense shield to save money, and will lose customers in the process!

I have three Hondas and have them all serviced at Hanover Honda. I had a great experience at Hanover Honda with my 2009 Honda Pilot the other day. I needed spark plugs and the service advisor, Sean, was able to make the appointment exactly when I needed it. Even more impressive, when I arrived around 4:15 pm for my appointment, Sean got my vehicle in immediately knowing I wanted to leave by 5:15 pm to make my sons football game. They had me on the roads around 5:00 pm. Thanks for the great service and having staff like Sean on your team.

I just love the Honda team that worked with me in buying my new CR-V especially Terry Franciis who went way beyond in showing me some different models and going over all the bells and whistles on this car. Cant leave out Ben,Lou,and Bill Fair who had the the Paperwork ready to be signed so I wasnt there overnight. And then there was Bill from the service dept. who came to the showroom to congratulate me on buying a new car and Scott who looks out for me and my car making sure all is well and running smoothly ! This is my third Honda bought from these people,they almost seem like family and I appreciate all their help !!
