I have been coming here for almost 5 years now! They are so very friendly and make me feel like they remember me when I come back! Their communication skills are impeccable, even for a girl, they help to put it in my terms. When it comes to price, they always try to do what’s the best for the client.

Came in for a new set of tires and wheel alignment. It could not have been a more positive experience. All the way from setting up the appointment to having the work done, Steve was highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this business and in particular, this location!

We called Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto about tires for our truck when we had a blow out while on vacation. I had an appointment for a wheel alignment, could not be done on my car due to previous modifications. They did however find other issues that needed to be taken care of. A 15 minute job that turned into an hour and a half. All they had to do was switch my tires/wheels around to the correct locations and be done. I feel I was way overcharged for such a job. I asked them to put air in all 4 tires. Went to leave and all 4 were still low on air. Do your research before you take your place to get work done.

I came in to pay for a previous service that I agreed to pay for someone else. I also needed additional service but was told that they could not help me at this time. Saying no to service, I do not understand. I will not be using them anymore. I will find someone else who is more reliable.

Great place to deal with. When arrived they said they were busy and didn’t know if they would fit me in. They were able to fit me in and got it done in done very quickly. Great place to deal with will return for sure for anything else I need done in the future.

Very good service, but they will badger the hell out of you, about everything you didn’t ask for. I think they would sell you the floor mat if they could. Give it a break. That’s my only issue.

Being new-ish to the area, I wasnt sure where to go for truck service. I pulled in one day to this establishment to get my tires checked, and Steve was so friendly, got the tires up to pressure, and refused a tip! So, I came back when I needed more than that.My truck is 14 yrs old, and had sat awhile before we bought it 10 yrs ago. So, every year something else freezes up. Still cheaper than a car payment, and I love my truck. So I went back to Brooks-Huff to get my oil changed and tires rotated/balanced, and asked them to check the steering, which had been tight and creaky as of late. Yep! Frozen shaft in the steering column, AND my emergency brake needed repair. What I liked best was how Mechanic Steve explained exactly where the issue was, what parts would be needed and why, and how he would fix the problem. That is a rare and woman-friendly thing to find in an auto repair business.So everything was fixed, the price was more than I had planned of course, but reasonable. I will definitely go back when I need anything for my vehicle.

Ive been going to and referring my friends and family to Brooks-Huff for 2 years now. They always welcome me with friendly smiling faces and pure courtesy. I have never felt so at home in another business before. They provide excellent work and a reasonable price for high quality tires. Even the mechanics are friendly and will go out of their way to show you anything that might be a future concern right there in the shop. As a mechanic myself i greatly appreciate that

I pulled up on a Friday evening and had a tire that was leaking air. It ended up being the sensor and needed to be replaced. They took my vehicle in, gave me a price, and had the work done in less than 35 minutes. Made for a great start to my weekend

Services were completed on time. They identified items I should be aware of in the near future. Employees were friendly.

I just adopted a rescue dog. She needed to be to the vet. One of my tires went flat a few days before. Brooks Huff not only made sure to get my car worked on, on time, but they got me out in enough time to get my pup to the vet just in time for her appointment. They kept my dog’s needs in their minds and hearts through the whole appointment. Now I have four safe tires on my car and a pup in great health. Thank you to the Hanover team!

Professional and knowledgeable sales team and technicians. They will explain options available without using hi pressure techniques to upsell their services. When buying tires, they put your vehicle on the alignment machine and show you a printout of the current status of your alignment. You have the choice whether to pay to have the adjustments made. This was my first time as a customer of Brooks-Huff, but I will definitely return for future tire or service needs.

They were very quick to get my car scheduled and finished since I had a very limited amount of time. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. I would choose their service center again.

I arrived with no appointment for an annual inspection. they got me right in. In about an hour and $50 later the car was ready to go with the recommendation that I consider replacing a tire or to soon. (What can a person expect from a place that sells tires. Lol.)

I always bring my car here for service and have used other Brooks Huff locations for years as well. The desk staff is friendly and I trust the place with my car. I would recommend anyone with tire or maintenance needs to this location anytime!

Trustworthy place to get inspections and maintenance work done without an appointment.

Very slow service and space cadets for employees. My review is based on three separate visits. On all visits I waited several hours just to have a couple of tires changed out. Paperwork forgotten about, didnt know how to use the register, didnt know how to print out an estimate and broke parts. The final straw for me was today. I took two wheels in to have the tires replaced. when they brought me my bill they handed me two of my center caps with all the tabs broken. When I told them they werent like that when I brought them in he just looked at me. No apologies, no explanations and no offer to replace them. I will not be going back.

Terrible experience. After waiting over an hour thinking they were replacing my tires, I was informed that only two of the new tires arrived, and it would be one to eight weeks before the other two arrived. Will be going elsewhere.

Honest and low prices.

I took my vehicle there for annual inspection and of course they found multiple problems. Rear brakes. After picking up my car my tire pressure light was constantly on. Took back and was told I needed to spend another $108. Got the manual and reset and the light went out and hasnt come on since! Dont trust this company

I have used Goodyear for all of my car maintenance and repairs for over 35 years. I moved from Maryland to Pennsylvania in July, 21. This was my first visit. I am very satisfied with the service provided and my experience.
