Briefly spoke on the phone, no help, no suggestions but very quick to throw out the outrageous price they wanted to charge. Use as a last resort. I did the job myself, luckily I did not need to go over the road. I used a floor jack, a nylon strap and my pickup truck to remove a vehicle from in front of my business. I know not everyone can do this. GL.

It was a Police tow due to a deer strike on rte 3. They were quick, efficient and helpful thru the whole process. Professional atmosphere. Owner ALWAYS on site it seemed, helped with insurance issues and helping clean out the mess left in my vehicle. I was more than happy to have shared all the groceries I had with them, as due to the circumstances of the accident I was unable to take them with me. Thanks for your help in a very scary situation

I am thankful that Capeway Sunoco is close to my work. I can leave my car there for service or a check up, walk to work, and wait for the call with what they found and recommendations. It is a reliable, trustworthy place and I like that they dont try to pressure you into anything extra. This last time I was there I was able to even use the loaner car so as not to be inconvenienced. Great service and staff!

Brought my truck in for service on what I thought was only front brakes. Upon a detailed inspection @ Capeway Sunoco it was determined that both front and rear brakes were needed along with an alignment. The work was completed and my truck drives like its brand new. Soo I was getting an oil change and lost track of time turns out today was a half day and I forgot to pickup my daughter from school 😳 Gene overheard me and and seeing my distress offered to drive me to get her while they finished my oil change! Best tow outfit around

Started my car on very rainy day only to realize that one of my windshield wipers had somehow gotten torn, stopped by on my way to work and they took care of me right away, extremely professional and personable.

Very rude and not helpful.My daughters car broke down on the highway, police had it towed here.Staff was not helpful at all. Unwilling to get involved with insurance company. Wouldnt even consider looking at the car to be fixed. Very disappointed.

Capeway does all of the maintenance on our vehicles. They are very straight forward and honest on what needs to be done now and what needs to be done in the future. We definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was at Toms service station last night and the tow truck drivers were being children laying on the horn disturbing the peace. Such children.

Gets the job done while maintaining a helpful and friendly atmosphere. I won’t go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever. Waited an hour because Im at work they gave me no time to get to my phone before taking off and making me wait another hour. I would never recommend them.

I have been taking my care to Capeway for some time now. Unfortunately when I brought my car in for an inspection they did perform the inspection, however I was charged $29.99 to reset my tire pressure. It does not sound like a lot of money, but to reset the tire pressure you hold down a button for 3 second and it resets. This is unacceptable, just for the fact that we were taken advantage of. I will not be bringing my cars back to Capeway.

They came right away when our son was stranded at the beach and the car wouldnt move. When we lost the receipt and needed another copy they looked it up and emailed it right away.

These guys are great!
