Mark in the service department spent time listening on the phone to my concerns and then offered to test-drive my car before making an official appointment so I did not have to go through the scheduling if it was not necessary. Totally professional and reassuring that my car was fine. Completely appreciate Mark taking time to hear me voice my concerns and diagnose the problem.

Planet Subaru is well worth the money! From the purchase of our vehicle, to routine maintenance, and even an unexpected windshield replacement, every associate we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond in providing friendly, fast, and reliable service.Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Andy for our routine 30k service. He was so nice to work with and thought of every detail- we were due for an inspection sticker this month, and had he not let me know and informed me that they can complete the inspection, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it done on time. I wish all dealerships and service centers were this good! I feel comfortable each time I bring our car in and never leave feeling ripped off or creeped out.

Planet Subaru is amazing. I am not overstating the case here. They were completely up front with us about our car when we bought it two years ago and we have been more than happy with it ever since. The car is wonderful, but it’s the service at Planet that makes it all worth it. We take the car in for every service to Planet and, when we do, we never have to wonder what’s being done, how much it will cost, when it will be finished, etc. All of this information, where possible, is offered and stated without equivocation. And, if you part of their passport program, you have the option to receive a loaner vehicle while your car is being serviced (which, at Planet, might also include having the state inspection done on site, a really convenient option). Usually I use the loaner to run an errand or two and go find somewhere to get some work done while they work. But this last time, while a sensor issue was being diagnosed, we kept the loaner for three days. It meant my spouse was able to go to work without interruption and that we could carry on while we knew our car was being taken care of. In addition, I had forgotten to place the new registration in our car; I ran it over to them and they took care of the rest without complaint. On another occasion, service had just been completed, we nearly drove off, and I noticed a plastic cover on the underside of the rear wheel well was loose. The service director found the replacement stud, and spent about 10-15 minutes fixing it into place again. I offered to come in and pay for the part and labor, but he declined, and wished us a good weekend.You only find a car dealership like this once in a lifetime: honest, convenient, thoughtful, and exceptionally hard working.Thank you Planet.

Had the best experience at planet subaru for my 6 month service. Andy at the desk couldn’t be more accommodating and made my visit so quick and easy. My car was ready right when promised and it looks and runs amazing. I will definitely be back!

This was my first regular service appointment for my second Crosstrek bought at Planet Subaru. I drive from Brewster on Cape Cod to come to this dealer because they are amazing.Whether its general maintenance, technical question, sales, or repairs, they are professional, available, always courteous, fair in pricing and I can always count on them to do a great job in the exact time frame that they tell me they need. Being in their Planet passport Protection Program is a real bonus, being able to use a loaner if necessary and also knowing Im covered for Tires and Batteries for the life of my car- bonus on top of a bonus at this great dealer!I have bought two cars from Scott Chandler here, he always makes the buying process really low key and I know Im getting a fair, no bs deal. The service department is equally impressive and on this last trip Andy made me feel like an old friend and treated me with great respect and kindness.Aside from their professionalism, I really appreciate their Green Building, dog friendly atmosphere, and charitable endeavors. Whats not to like about Planet Subaru?👍👍😍😌

When I purchased my Subaru Outback in 2014 their service department was excellent. So good that I would drive from Cape Cod (1hr and 15 min) just to get serviced by then. Since then their service has sharply declined. It takes them a full day to do routine maitenance like an oil change and alignment. I will have to stop going here because doing so means I have to take a FULL day off work and that is just not practical.

Having posted a critical review on Google last month regarding an incomplete installation of an OEM Rockford Fosgate Audio Upgrade in my 2021 Forester I need to update and amend the unresolved customer service issue. Management wisely passed the unresolved situation on to another service manager who called me on January 20, 2021. After speaking with Christa Collins, representing Planet Subaru, I was aware of why the audio installation went awry and the entire situation was successfully remedied. I commend the Planet Subaru Service Department for their sincere efforts in continuing to pursue a successful resolution. Thank you to Christa Collins, Service Manager, for her assistance in particular. Subaru of America needs to include a hard copy of specific installation instructions in the box rather than a sticker on the box instructing mechanics to access it online. Give your dealerships service departments a point of reference rather than make them look for it. That would save time, uncertainty, and could prevent customer service problems like this from happening in the first place. Thank you for restoring my confidence in Planet Subaru of Hanover, MA!

I tried to get my inspection sticker. A few weeks back I had been debited because of lack of reflective paint on my license plate. Ive ordered a new plate and was assured over the phone that my paperwork from the RMV would suffice to pay the inspection. Upon arrival today, I was told I needed additional paperwork and that it would have been mailed in the same envelope. It wasnt, of course. The people helping me told me that it was available on the Mass RMV site. It isnt. I asked for the name of the document I needed or a link to where I could get it. They told me they are not required to help with that. I have been a customer for years and havent had a bad experience until today. Today was horrible though.
