Took my 2017 Tacoma in on 7-5-21 to have low pressure fuel pump replaced under recall. Two days later on 7-7-21 I stopped at a gas station to fill up and when I started pumping gas i realized that the gas was not going into the gas tank instead it was going onto the ground. I stopped the pump and crawled under the vehicle and immediately saw the problem. The technician who performed the work never hooked the fuel filler neck back to the gas tank. So I took pictures and I immediately called Toyota of Greenville and told them about the issue and was told to bring it back. After receiving the vehicle back from the service department I told Sid who is supposed to be the service manager I wanted documentation on what the problem was and any corrective action taken to repair. The documentation that was given to me stated that a hose clamp was not tightened all the way and allowed fuel to leak out when filling the vehicle. That statement is a lie. The fuel filler neck was never reinstalled and I have pictures to prove that they lied about what the problem was and that it wasnt from a loose hose clamp. This isnt the first time Ive had this service department fail to perform quality work like only tightening lug nuts hand tight on all 4 wheels and me not realizing it untill I proceeded to get onto to the interstate and the vehicle started shaking violently and I had to stop and get out and tighten every wheel lug nut while I was on the side of interstate 85. This is also not the first time I have caught this service department lying to me about the work that was performed on my vehicle but it will be the last because I will find another service department to work on my vehicle.

Customer service and actual work performed was good, but both times I have been here it has taken 3+ hrs for a simple oil change. Even with an appointment the wait is just too long for simple maintenance. Probably won’t be back to this service center as I don’t have that kind of time to waist for an express lube type of service.

Assistant SID KACHOLE is the worst employee. He is got ZERO professionalism. Also he lied that he is a Service Manager. Only for oil change Ive spend 1 hour and after Ive checked my car still was in waiting line, when Ive asked he told me could be more than 1 hour to be taken, so I just left. They charge a lot and you have to waste a half day only for oil change. DONT GO THERE.

Micheal Chatelain my advisor always takes great care of me and my two Toyota’s we have a 19 Avalon and 20 Camry. He even reached out to me to make sure everything has been going good on my Camry as it’s had a vibration issue since purchasing new tires. We are currently trying to get to the bottom with, so hopefully dealer tire will get it taken care of. Thanks Michael and see you soon!!
