Service was great. Arrived about 10 minutes early was greeted upon arrival. Very friendly and informative staff. Fast and reliable service. They also have a shuttle that will take you where you need to go and pick you up when your car is ready. Awesome!

My experience on December 18th was awesome. When I arrived I was met by my dealer Tony Johnson, and he escorted me into the service department. Tony introduced me to my service agent Greg Harris, and from there he handle all of my needs. I could not have asked for better service. When my car was done Tony came and got me and we met Greg at the desk where he checked me out. Both of them did an outstanding job.

Very courteous and friendly. Work was completed quick, parking lot construction created confusion as to where to park and where to pick up my vehicle.

Left a review a month ago but it seems to have disappeared. Took my sons car there since hes going to school in Greenville. Paid them over $800 and 36 hours later had to tow it back. They wanted to start throwing parts at it because they had no clue. Wound up towing it to New Bern and they tried to charge me another $275 plus tow bill for failed diagnostics. Called the GM and he has yet to return my call. Worst service Ive ever dealt with

The worst place ever to take your Nissan too....if you want to get robbed go here The Worst Nissan Dealer in North Carolina. You will go in with one problem they will make sure you come out with another problem.....gave me a 10k bill and the fix was only $200 these guys are robbing people. My car is fine thanks to a real mechanic in Greenville never got Greenville Nissan if you want to keep your Nissan running smooth.
