Make sure whatever car your looking at get a pre inspection first I dodged a bullet. Everything was fine and dandy until I asked for it to be taken somewhere for inspection and they appeared to be annoyed or acted like that was waste of their time. Well my time was wasted ,Turned out the 2006 Ram for sell needs ton of work. There goal is to sell a vehicle so no matter what they tell you , cover yourself . They were adamant their service department had checked it out but how do you fail to disclose the vehicle needing over $8000 worth of work which was given to me in the pre inspection report . Stop trying to sell people BS cars and taking there money. Crooked if you ask me.

Didnt expect to get the quality of service that I did at JD Byrider but was pleasantly surprised. Went in to try and sell my truck and ended up getting more than I expected! Mike made the transaction easy and smooth.

Today my experience with Byrider went extremely well! Melissa is by far the best sales lady I’ve ever come across! Your company is so lucky to have an employee like her! It gets even better! I was dropped off by a co-worker and was positive I would be able to leave with a vehicle of my choice! Where do I begin? Melissa is the real deal it all starts with the candy you know your going to get took care of when the sales rep has candy. Then she wows your with her ability to truly listen to what your looking for instead of just trying to push any car on you she makes sure you get that Winner winner chicken dinner. Only thing that was missing was some jack daniels.
