I love this place. I been serviced by them twice, and Ive had a good experience both times. The staff is very friendly, they are very prompt/quick, and they only do what I ask of them, which is great because I dont like places that try to offer you several services that you do not want.

I rarely leave reviews & i try not to be a Karen. I went in for my car overheating. I got a call that i needed a thermostat, water pump, and a radiator cap . I immediately called my uncle back home in another state who said that’s highly unlikely to happen all at once! So i called back and asked for the pics they said they’d taken so i could send it to my uncle and that’s when i was told , the handwriting was read wrong & the water pump was just a “suggestion”. Why would i pay $500 for a suggestion?! And if i hadn’t of called my uncle, no one would’ve told me it was a “suggestion” and would’ve happily let me pay . My uncle said to get the thermostat and then see how the car reacts as he bets that’s the only issue… looks like it is the only issue as the car is fine. I’m very annoyed and everyone should be vigilant coming here. It’s one thing to sell me a $20 air filter i don’t need, it’s another to upsell me for $500. 😑They also claimed someone had used stop leak in my car and i needed a flush … my car hasn’t been to anyone else other than them at the last oil change …

Abby, done an excellent job of preparing a estimate for the work needed to repair my vehicle. Abby was very professional and an excellent source of information for the repairs needed. Thank you Goodyear for having such a good and friendly staff.

Weve gone to Keith for almost a decade now, and the reasons simple: Keith and his team take pride in their work and explain in clear detail the status of your vehicle. We moved a few years back, and our move took us further away from Keiths Haywood location. There are more than a half-dozen mechanic shops within a 10-minutes-or-less drive of us. We still give our business to Keith. Its worth the drive.

My car broke down Easter they werent able to fix it but they recommended great people and help me out as much as they could, I highlyrecommend them. Basically diagnosed my car for free.

My wife and I have used Goodyear Auto Service several times. We are always greeted with a smiling face and the employees listen to our concerns/requests related to our vehicles. We have had everything from a simple oil change to brakes/rotors replaced. Any work done on our vehicles is always explained in great detail and we have never been preasured to do any additional work. We are always provided the facts that allow us to make the best decision. I trust and will always take my vehicles to Goodyear for service.

I was really disappointed today. This place is close to my home and I often go here for tire repair and other mechanical work. Today I just needed an oil change. I was surprised when I got my bill to discover that they had put Valvoline synthetic blend oil in my car when I hadnt requested it. I dont drive much and I normally just get regular motor oil. I paid the 50 plus dollars. I also expressed my concern over the mistake to the female co-worker who said that she would relay my complaint on to the boss. Ive heard nothing. And they lost a customer today.

Wonderful service! My wife ordered tires online & she ordered the wrong ones... we didn’t find out until we showed up to the scheduled appointment. However, they walked us through a phone call with the tire company and luckily for us they had the right ones on hand! So we didn’t have to come back another day. They were so nice and understanding!! Will go here for all maintenance needs!

Excellent service from this location. Had an oil change, tire rotation and alignment and AC system flush. Car smells better and feels buttery smooth again

Great service and price. Service so good that even after getting nail in brand new tire the same day they had it repaired in 30 min and back on the road.

I used to be a fan of the Goodyear on Haywood Road. However, this week, I scheduled an appointment more than 24 hours in advance... I showed up to my appointment, and the man behind the desk told me my appointment had been cancelled without any prior notice. (A phone call would have been considerate!) He said there wasnt a manager there I could speak to and that Id have to call back another time to make a different appointment. (He didnt even offer to make me another appointment right there.) The store didnt close for another 2.5 hours. I was really disappointed in the level of service I received from the Goodyear tire store on Haywood Road.

Drove up at 5:30 today with a tire going flat and they close at 6pm...The Service Manager, Kurt Potter, did not hesitate to tell me he would be happy to see if they could find the issue. The technician was extremely fast and awesome and 20 minutes later I am driving off with a FREE tire repair!!! Thats right not only was it almost closing time, they also did not charge to fix my tire!!! We will be back to see these guys!!!! Great Team!

I take all of my cars there and they do excellent work not only on tires but any other issues with my cars!They normally manage to work me in even if they are very busy!I am always pleased with the quality of the work!

I have been here more than i wished but what can you do when you hit every pothole in a 95 Honda. Staff here is nice and honest. They wont BS. Manager is a little judgmental but is still alright. Highly recommend for service for tires/alignments, not mechanical repairs unless you are claiming for insurance.

The repair work they do is fine. But I think the labour charges are too high. I got 2 new tires and wheel balancing and alignment on the existing ones. The total came upto 331$....but more than 100$ was in labour charge. They charge separately for wheel alignment. ...even if you buy new tires and pay for installation.

Keith and his staff are always very professional. They explain any service that is needed and the options that are available. I recommend this store above anywhere else.

Ok..so I called 4 tire places here in the area of which Goodyear was the last one because they had the lowest review of the 4 on google.. despite the lowest review, I recieve THE BEST SERVICE.. I never write reviews but this one was worth it.. from the time I called for the quote til check out.. that is how business is done.. the guy didnt even know for sure that I was coming in, but already had the paperwork ready... EXCEPTIONAL.. Great job.. I would recommend to anyone... and as for the price.. the lowest out of the 4 that I called as well..!

They tried to scam me on an alignment. Quoted me 87, then said that it was going to take an extra 200(!) because my car was special. I left and went to a more reputable company who didnt seem to have any problems doing the alignment at the normal rate.BTW, they also showed me a nail in my tire and tried to get me to buy another one. They said that it had a slow leak, that it was down to 20 PSI, and that it was not repairable. This was sort of ... odd, considering my SUV has a sensor that warns you when your tire pressure is too low, and mine had not turned on. Seeing one of the previous comments, Id say its likely that they put the nail in my tire themselves. The nail head sure was bright and shiny.

Went in there to get my tires rotated. We left the car and came back about 45 minutes later. Keith F. at the front desk told me they could not get the front tire off because it was stripped and would definitely break if they took it off. Then he told me my brakes were 90% worn out. He then quoted me to get all 4 brakes replaced for $660. We later noticed that this price included rotors which did not need to be replaced. We asked him how can my brakes be at 90% worn out when I only have 38,200 miles on it and already had one brake job on it. He said he changes a corvette every 8K miles. We decided to just take the car and not do anything. Was charged $15. When we got home, my husband went to look at my tires and noticed they had been rotated including the tire they claimed they could not get off. Keith F. obviously lied and I am glad we decided not to do anything. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE as long as Keith F. works there! TOTAL RIP OFF!

First 420 Haywood Rd. I took my car in for an oil leak. I had it fixed but continued to leak in the exact same spot. The mechanic told me that in order to fix it, it would cost over $700. I took it somewhere else where they completely fixed it for $120. Why would it cost significantly less at another mechanic when they were capable of fixing it the first time around?Next, 1168 Woodruff Rd, Greenville, SC. Normally I wouldnt go back to another Goodyear, but my car died right next to this location. I pushed it in and the mechanic looked over it. He told me that it was either my starter or my battery. After telling me that my battery was also very old, I opted to have that changed first. Having my starter replaced would be hundreds of dollars again. He put a new battery in but said that the starter would need to be replaced eventually. The moment that I turned on the car, it was starting rough. Skip to today where my car wouldnt turn on. I was prepared to have it towed when someone offered to look at it for me. It was a mix of happy and unhappy surprise when he said that the starter was hardly even connected. Its completely obvious that this was intentional in order for me to bring my car back in for a new starter.Either the employees of Goodyear are completely incompetent of completing daily tasks assigned to do their jobs, or they are taking advantage of people who are in dire need of help. Either way, I will never, EVER go to another Goodyear and will only tell my story to sway people from going to Goodyear as well. Word of mouth is either the biggest advantage or disadvantage you have when running your business, and I can assure you that its not to their advantage today.

Sounds like they are running a scam on the nail in the tire. Just got back from having them run codes on my van (took them over an hour to do this) and they tell me I have a nail in my front passenger side tire where it cant be repaired and I will need to have it replaced (I never asked them to look at my tires mind you) it sounded so versed that when I got home I thoroughly looked over my tire. No nail. And now I see similar reviews here. Also quoted me waaaay high on an o2 sensor replacement and was trying to tell me a host of other things that needed to be replaced that I knew did not, which is why I walked out without even considering getting a tire. Glad I did. Also unprofessional as I over heard them talking negatively about a customer that had walked in and decided to come back the next day.

Got a flat tire while on vacation. They got us in and out without an appointment. Very nice guys work there.

Friendly techs and front desk rep but the manager is something else. Very rude And unmotivated. Huffed and puffed about having to push a pen on a piece of paper. Must be a major inconvenience to look at a potential customers tire for a warranty repair, especially if they have cash on hand and ready to purchase all four new tires. Took my business elsewhere. Beware.

Every time they touched my car, something else went wrong. Went 3 times for the same problem (shaking of the front wheels). Replaced tie rod and 2 new tires ($600). Still same problem. 2nd time, they said all 4 wheels were off balance which they balanced a week ago. 3rd time they said I needed new calipers and rotors ($940). I went to Firestone on woodruff for 2nd opinion. They fixed everything the first time for only $470.
