I came in early on a Saturday morning to have my car serviced for its check engine light. Brandon the manager was so friendly, he had me in and out of there and I paid less than I thought I would! My car is running just fine now and I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

Mr. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, caring, courteous, and friendly as he took care of my granddaughter’s vehicle. We (grandparents) were a couple of hours late to our appointment because her car wouldn’t start; she had to get a ride to school that morning and then went to work until 5pm. Because of Mr. Ryan, she had a working vehicle in her parking space with a new battery and a repaired brake switch at 5:15pm. We highly recommend this Meineke to family and friends alike. Since I’m rarely able to leave the office during business hours, I arrived at Meineke without an appointment. Ryan was able to work my vehicle into their service bay quickly, and had my air conditioner serviced in less than a half hour. The customer waiting area was comfortable, clean, and I felt welcomed. It was an excellent experience! I’ll definitely be back when I need additional services.

BEWARE ❗❗❗Spent $601 on legal fees. Issues still not resolved damages amount to $1400 Doing Business asMeineke, which the REAL company name is THE STYRON GROUP❗❗HORRIBLETook my car in for an oil change. They changed mybulb without authorization and broke the tail light assembly. Due to this my blinker no longer works. The next week my tail light was full of water. They refused to replace what they broke. Instead peter,james & trey hang up when I call. They are very unprofessional. They tried to charge me $564 for something they broke. I gave them many options to resolve, but they refused.I sued them in court. STAY away from Meineke.

I called to have a front wheel bearing replacement. The guy said to bring it in first thing in the morning, he’ll take a look at it and have it completed by 2pm. He said it takes about 3 hours of labor to complete. It does NOT take 3 hours to replace a wheel bearing. Around 2pm I got a call stating that they drove the vehicle and confirmed that it was the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced and they think they hear an issue with a motor Mount. I told them that there was no other issues as I have had other mechanics to look at the vehicle. The other mechanics didn’t have the proper tools to do the job so they told me to find another mechanic who did. The person on the phone also stated that another customer added additional service requests on their vehicle and that they were going to complete it before getting to my vehicle. I got a call around 4pm stating that the mechanic just looked at it and determined it couldn’t be completed today due to some stripped bolts and that it will require an ADDITIONAL labor hour to fix. They have had my vehicle sitting for 7 Hours before even looking at it. A waste of my time. A major inconvenience. A gimmick for more money. It’s interesting because after I got off the line with them I called the Winterville location and told them Exactly what was wrong and they gave me an appointment for Monday morning and said they can fix it and have the vehicle ready in less time.

June 22nd, 2021 I called to ask about getting my a/c repaired in my truck. I was given a ballpark estimate on the price and the length of the repair.June 23,2021 I arrived for service and real close to the time estimate the truck a/c was repaired and the price was under the ballpark estimate.The office was clean. The coffee was very good. The staff was very professional.Its about a 30 minute drive (one way) for me but I would return.Edit: I am updating and upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. I am NOT doing this for any personal gain or reward. My truck sat January of 2018 without a/c. I was told by other professionals the repair would be extensive and costly.For ~$120 the folks at meineke car care center inspected and fixed the issue. The truck is still blowing artic wind.

Everyone was nice and smiled and greeted me when I walked in. They had a nice and clean area for me to sit while they worked on my car. They also told me what needed to be done at a later time.

The gentlemen were all very nice. I just bought a new BMW and realized quickly that a battery replacement on these cars are more complicated than most. I called them to see if they could perform the service. Not only were they able to do it, they did it correctly and on the same day I requested it. They also gave me a 3 year warranty. I will definitely be back for future servicing needs.

Meineke car care isnt cheap but who is these days. If you want professional quality care done right with a solid guarantee. Done with quality parts then select meineke. Also done in a speedy and efficient manner. I loved their service I highly recommend it.

Called to offer an earlier appointment after some folks didnt show. They checked out my car, told me what the issue was and gave me an estimate. I was in and hour in about an hr and a half (needed breaks, oil change and new rotors). Id definitely go back and/or recommend this location.

Ive been going here for routine maintenance for about 4 years. Brandon is professional, honest & friendly. I never feel like Im being up sold. Speedy service. They take customers on Saturday on a first come first serve basis. I wish they took more precautions for Covid.

I made an appointment on their website for a state inspection and I was in and out if there crazy fast! And everyone was nice and professional.

They replaced my rear brakes and rotors. First off it took them awhile to finish, they didn’t call when my car was done, I just went to check on it and it was done. Then they took the locks off all of my wheels and said to leave my car there and they’ll order me some the next day but then dude comes out the back and has the locks with him so they put them back on

Special tire ordered and received the next day, was informative, showed me the damage and was very helpful

So I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. Im highly furious with how employees conducted business towards my wife from what she experienced. Apparently this place is known for taking advantage of women and prices of services thinking they dont know anything about cars so they rack up a list of things that need to be done just to make money off of them and it happens quite a bit. She went in there to get brake pads replaced and the mechanic who was the owners son tried to say she need a list full of stuff done on top of a $50 diagnostic test before work was done to it and that it would cost more than $500 come to find out when we had a friend of ours who is a certified master mechanic he said it was just there way to get more money from her because the things they were saying needed to be done didnt in fact need to be. What could have only cost a few hundred dollars they were trying to get more and supposively this happens quite frequently with them praying on women to make more off of them. Luckily my wife was able to get out of there without repairs being done and not paying a dime thankfully and needless to say we wont be returning customer and would advice anyone thinking of going to take their business else where.

Honestly is hard to find in today’s world, but I’ve found it with the crew at Meineke! Most places try to squeeze extra money out of you today instead of being honest to earn a customer’s business for years to come. Have you ever gone somewhere for an oil change and they tried to add on to your bill with a new fan belt, change the transmission fluid, new air filter or wiper blades. That doesn’t happen at Meineke and that’s why they’ve earned my business for life! They fix what needs to be fixed and nothing more.

Had a oil change they also gave me a tire rotation Did not know I need a new tire but they ordered me some tires and brought them over did not try to charge me an arm and a leg great job

One of the worst places to get your car fixed! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went and got my brakes replaced I drove off one of the brakes caught fire. I called them they were nice enough to get a tow truck out for me. I let them know that the left brake was on fire and I wanted it fixed instead they fixed the right. Now almost 3 weeks later my brakes are messed up again! Don’t go here save you the headache, money and go else where!

Spent almost $2000 to fix my car shaking when it idles at a stoplight. took 3 separate visits, was told it would take one day, ended up taking 5 days the last two times. picked it up and IT STILL SHAKES! will not return. Manager and guys that work there are nice but I feel taken advantage of. wasted money and my car isn’t fixed.

My exhaust tailpipe rusted and fell off. I called ahead at about 8am; the staff was really nice and helpful. He put me down for an appointment whenever I was available that day. I came in, dropped my car off and he called me with the details and cost. I had my car back in less than an hour with a completely new muffler. My car runs smooth as butter now and handles really well. He made the entire thing very easy and stress free. Thanks for all your help!
