My daughter who is a college student at ECU was having car issues and took her car to Mr Tire. The manager at Mr. Tire was basically strong arming her to spend unnecessary money unrelated to the mechanical issues on the vehicle. We called the owner at Everett Auto at 530 pm and he agreed to wait for my daughter to arrive. She finally arrived with an overheated engine at closing time. The owner stayed after hours and made the repair at half the price as Mr. Tire. Who does that? No one I know. Great integrity, great service. If you have a student at ECU with car problems this is a place you can trust! Highly recommend!!

I have taken three different vehicles to this shop within a year.What ever is needed to be fixed they fix it quickly,could possibly be cutting corners for instance documenting you replaced a part but the problem still shows it wasnt fixed to begin with.The main issue i have with this shop is,they fix your vehicles issue without getting YOUR consent FIRST.So theyll call you with a balance,but doesnt call you for the diagnostic results to see if you either do/dont want them to fix it.What if someone cant afford their price,then the shop will have to remove the part/parts that has been put on and has to leave the car there which may take over 10 days for you to remove it from the lot...so theres another bill waiting for you concerning a car storage fee.Ridiculous! HINT:Notify the owner of the vehicle before giving the car techs the green-light to fix the issue because maybe they cant afford your price at the moment and PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK TO SEE IF THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.THANKS

Will NOT be going back to Everetts auto service ever again. Not only did they make it hard to actually find a time to get my car fixed but I was shocked when I saw the bill. They did good work and they did it fast. They were polite and helpful once they actually started - But I will not go back.

Cut corners, miss diagnosed problem, and changed parts without speaking to me with a quote. Presented a $1400 bill. For replacing rear breaks rotors and pads and misc. other items. I told owner I had shaking in front end before he worked on it, even told Mr Everett I had jacked up truck and could see front right ball joint loose, and worn out. his mechanic changed the breaks instead. Later they replaced ball joints and charged me again I actually had to jack truck up in parking lot and shake tire in front of owner to get him to listen. Not sure what happened to this shop a couple years ago they did timing belt job for my wifes 4-runner and all went well. Maybe insobordance on behalf of the techs, either way I wouldnt recommend or use again. I still feel i was screwed over 2 years later.
