The new management is improving everything. MS.Daisy has really turned the community around for the good. The office staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The maintenance men are really working hard at keeping the grounds beautiful.but, its hard if the kids keep throwing trash down and dont care.. I am happy the pool is finally open so the kids can have a place to cool down instead of playing in the car wash water.

Community looks really nice but Is the leasing office ever open? I have been calling and leaving both email and voice messages for two weeks and still no response.

The office staff are friendly and do their best to help with any situation that may arise. However, there is a high turnover of maintenance staff and always a lot of trash about and stairways, walks, etc. are not cleaned. The grounds planting is in dire need of renewal and the sprinkler system hasnt been used n several years. Indoor carpeting is barely a floor covering (carpet in name only), and peeling of old vinyl flooring is ignored rather than replaced. the Complex doesnt live up to its internet description and certainly doesnt deserve the annual rent increases it imposes for what it offers.

Its a beautiful neighborhood, and the apts are beautiful on the inside (big, spacious, and gorgeous). Unfortunately, some of the residents drop a lot of trash in the breezeways and in the backyard of the buildings. Im not sure whos responsibility it is to pick up this trash that is left there looking nasty, in the breezeways and backyard of the buildings. However, the front yards of the buildings are always emaculate. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional. Also, I believe a 2nd trash compacter would be very beneficial to the community so that the trash wont run over onto the sidewalks, and look extremely unsightly. All in all, Im pleased with my decision to make this my home.

This was the worst decision ever has far as moving to an apartment complex. Let start by saying if you read a review, stamped it ,cause most of time is all true. I should’ve listen to all the bad reviews this place had and run, but instead I when with my guts and when with it, now I’m stuck with a unwanted lease, an apartment infested with roaches of all sizes, and maintenance never fix your apartment.

The maintenance man was very professional and he did an excellent job solving the problem. I was extremely pleased.

I used to live here back in 2016 to 2018 I had to leave because my neighbor did drugs all the time and the management wouldnt do anything about it. Just found out that the new management finally did something about it I have friends that live in theses apartments still and I went to visit last week and ths apartments look amazing so clean and I didnt see people smoking weed outside I didnt see anyone selling or anything this manager is amazing god bless her and it was about time they had a manager that was tough and not scared. Keep it up!!!

Moving from Texas to South Carolina was difficult, but Kimberly (Kim) works in the office really, made my transition easy.. Thanks for all your help.. Addition, free afterschool program for residents.. Staff has been very helpful..

Really tried to enjoy my experience here but just cant.. Murders going on and the tenant of the murder still in there apartment. Takes the maintenance the longest time to fix Major problems. None of the things that are said we have we can really use like computer room , gym etc unless office is open. Really wish my experience would have been different had high hopes for these apartments.

Over This!Do not waste your money on these apartments. I have so many complaints and can not wait until my lease is up. If i could break it and get the return of all my money without it being on my credit i would!!!1. Rocky creek apartments are infested with roaches. I’ve been out here since May and have had the exterminator come out 3 times. I’ve never in my life had to deal with living with bugs and i can not take it. It’s embarrassing, nasty & unsanitary !!!! I’ve asked the exterminator when he came out is this an ongoing issue out here he stated to me “everyone out here has roaches” as if that’s okay and normal !!! I have 1 kid & a newborn & this is not acceptable ... also the big trash has roaches all over it when night time falls!!2. The past 2 weeks i have reached out to the office for them to send the exterminator out again. They keep telling me they put me down & i have yet seen one!! I send emails to keep things on file & call. Management acts as if I’m the issue with the bugs & i know that’s not the case anyone that’ll step foot in here will know i didn’t bring these nasty critters with me.3. I pay 800 in rent a month to be treated as if i don’t matter. There are people out here receiving government assistance (which there shouldn’t be a difference in treatment with the people paying market rent & people not paying at all) but they treat us inhuman as if this is just normal for people to live with bugs !!!4. This is my first apartment and first time i moved on my own & i regret it so much !!! This is not the place to live !!!

I graded it 4 star because of tremendous efforts by Deveene who was the assistant Manager when I lived at Rocky Creek. She was a very hard working lady who went above and beyond to make sure that all tenants requests were met. Few of the Rocky Creek tenants were noise polluters. Who had no regard for other people and themselves, with no good moral upbringing.

DONT BE FOOLED. I MOVED IN ON A SATURDAY AND SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO SWITCH THE ELECTRICITY BILL OVER TO MY NAME. UNFORTUNATELY, LAURENS ELECTRIC DID NOT SWITCH THE INFORMATION CORRECTLY. AFTER ABOUT A MONTH I STARTED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A BILL THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE YET. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THEY WERE STILL BILLING THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. INSTEAD OF ALLOWING ME REASONABLE TIME TO PAY THE BILL THEY WANTED ME TO PAY A $300+ BILL IN TWO DAYS. ROCKY CREEK FILED EVICTION ON ME FOR A LIGHT BILL. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THIS WOULD NOT AFFECT MY RENTAL HISTORY BECAUSE MY RENT WAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. WELL I HAVE BEEN DENIED SEVERAL APARTMENTS DUE TO THIS FOOLISHNESS AND THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR TO CLEAR UP THIS MATTER. SO UNLESS YOU PLAN ON STAYING FOREVER, DO NOT DO IT!! EVEN THE CORPORATE OFFICE DONT RETURN CALLS OR RESPOND TO EMAILS.

Very over priced. However, its by design.

I live there and its fun it has a summer camp 9:00 to 5:00 and an after school program

I shouldnt rate because it is a NEGATIVE!!! THESE APRTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE! Do not be deceived by people with a terrible understanding of the situation here FIRST: people are always in the breezeways that arent their hanging out. Like this one day all these uncontrolled children were outside of the apartment my family lived in when my mother confronted them one of the children decided to pick a FIGHT with my MOTHER!!!!!!!!! My mother is an intelligent women and called the cops but they had already ran off. Time and Time again we file noise complaints because the people above us have a history of jumping and shaking our apartment.AND DO NOT LET ME NAME THW REST OF THEM SAVE YOURSELVES DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I was scheduled to move in yesterday but my apartment was infested with roaches. I spent well over $70 on foggers and spray (which is ridiculous). I also asked the neighbors around me if it was a common issue and they all said that it was. Ive never lived with roaches and I refuse to live with them now!A pissed tenet 😡😡

Income based apartment living at it finest.

They allow anyone to come in. There have been robberies, break ins, shootings and fights. Need securuty officer 24/7. Police will even tell you that its dangerous.

Dont move here, I have been paying for rent for two months and have yet to move in because little roaches keep appearring in my apartment. The people in the office never answer or call back when you leave a message.

I cant wait until my lease is up in November, this is a horrible place to live because of roaches and bed bugs i wouldnt suggest living here to a homeless person, do not waste your time or money on these apartments, overall the management team is amazing but other than that do not move here
