My wife and I used Flagship Property Management for several years with a rental townhouse. Brian and his staff were always very helpful, quick to respond to fix any issues we or the tenants had, and always communicated with us of any issues or responsibilities needed on our end. It was nice to know that things were taken care of quickly and it took a lot of stress off of us because all of the scheduling for any maintenance or repairs that came up over the years were handled promptly and professionally. We always had a open line of communication from them and were never caught off guard with any surprises. Paper work, invoices, and monthly statements were always straightforward and convenient to view and use with how they presented them to us. I would recommend Flagship Property Management to others.

Very poor communication. Raised my rent and told me by email. Never called or texted between June-September.. Charged me fees for 4 months for not paying enough rent. Terrible communication. Im retired and this is poor customer service.

I have had an on-going issue with the tenant below me with constant marijuana use, domestic violence, and other issues. I am merely listened to and forgotten about and do not feel like I’m being taken seriously. I feel like because this isn’t a high-priced property, it’s not a priority. Due to domestic violence that occurred with also vehicle damage in the public parking lot of the complex, the tenant below has had a broken window for over 2 1/2 months as well and nothing has been fixed. I was also told that the tenant isn’t even on the lease. And is still smoking marijuana either in their vehicles, porch, or home. I am a working single mom in healthcare and I hate coming home with my daughter having to deal with this daily. I have contacted authorities as well. But in fear of my daughter and I’s safety, I do not feel like our needs are important or in an annoyance. They should not be allowed to be living there while illegally living and using drugs with children in their home, also.

OWNERS BEWARE! 1 of 2I just want to first start by saying this company does NOT care for their clients, they are money driven and they get their emotions involved when responding to owners. When I first spoke to the owner which I believe his name is Brian, I only heard from him once when he was excited for me to sign his contract. I never heard from him again until I had an issue with an employee for not explaining how their “system” works and for having a home warranty that slowed down his process so his guys can charge me.He contacted me by email stating he spoke to his employees and never heard my side and accused me of starting trouble for asking questions about excessive charges that his employees didn’t go into detail. This was the first few months of working with him. They only care to listen to each other and not listen to their clients for any reason. During you have issues they will not explain in detail they will tell you the “the system does that” or “the system will work it out”.From my time with them asking them questions about your property and expenses seems like a bother to them and they will then later ignore your emails on days end because they don’t want to answer questions. They ultimately will persuade you at the beginning with all the things the website advertises, but when there’s issues they will avoid you and screen calls. I called one time before they saw my caller ID and said Hi Mr. Riggins in a very smug way.I just want to lookout for the owners who care about their properties and their profit. Flagship is not the company for that and I can recommend others. I didn’t listen when I was told by others of their poor client services but I should’ve. Being in the military and having to leave last min I just took a chance and went with a company that had a nice colorful website, but you know what they say you can’t cover the smell with roses.I implore every owner to check your statements and do not allow them to just say “the system will work it out” because they don’t care where your money is going as long as they are charging that 8% or 10%. If you have a home warranty to protect your home, don’t bother because he personally told me in my email they slow down the process for their “people” to do the work. Also, if you want to find different estimates because their estimates are so outlandish at times they don’t like that either.Example, I had one tenant who said the whole house had electrical issues and they were going to charge me to check it when the maintenance manager didn’t even ask a question like what exactly wasn’t working. I asked him to ask them 2 simple questions. 1. check the breaker box? And 2. Check the light bulb. The issues was the light bulb was out and the tenant didn’t have a step stool to reach it. So the maintenance director was going to call someone to change a light bulb for an $85 travel charge and then $20 to change the light bulb.Also, I received and email from Brian about having multiple repairmen come to fix issues in the home which cost over $250 around because it was a dishwasher issue. He was upset because I contacted someone to replace the dishwasher and the repairman couldn’t return because his son was in a car accident. So then the maintenance director contacted someone to fix the issues and his repairman had to make multiple trips to fix the issues, but the anger was directed towards me. I explained that and once again he didn’t respond back because he only listens to his employees not his clients.Keep a check on your properties as well and make sure your properties are being kept up by tenants because if they have animals I would personally do home inspections periodically. I had one done based off of work being done in the house and the repairman said the home was disgusting. The follow up done by the office manager Kelly was an extremely poor follow up.They asked the tenant to send pictures of places in the house that were previously dirty from the initial inspection. 1 of 2

DO NOT RENT FROM FLAGSHIP!!! They are scam artists and will seek any opportunity to extract fines and fees from their tenants. Furthermore, maintenance requests took months to be addressed--if they were addressed at all. To make matters worse, my roommates and I have been waiting nearly two months for the dispersal of our security deposit. This is despite consistent good faith assurances from their office that they will be returning our deposit in full. In short: Flagship is an ostensibly good company, but once you peel back the veneer, they are UNPROFESSIONAL: office rarely picks up when you call them; and more telling, UNTRUSTWORTHY: they make commitments that they either cannot or choose not to follow up on.

We really appreciate collaborating with Flagship Property Management company to manage our property. When I received a phone call from Mr. Corbett he promised us he would have tenants in our property within the next month! We look forward to doing a lot more business with Flagship for years to come!

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They forced me into an apartment with active mold and did not tell me until I went to pick up my keys. They were extremely noncommunicative about every aspect of the leasing process. Thank goodness the landlord of the building I was renting fired them.

Worst company ever! Do not waste your time. My husband and I called two weeks ago and they told us that the property was available and we could apply right away. We applied as soon as we ended the call, we paid for the application and everything seemed to be fine. We ended up our lease in the current property where we are at, and next thing we hear from them is Sorry it was not available when you guys saw it and on top of that the two ladies were super rude and they are not giving us our money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Definitely a positive experience with the management group. Unfortunately the owner of the property I am residing in took the property back over and its been a very unpleasant experience with them so far. However, I will say when I made maintenance requests the work orders were fulfilled within a few days of the request. The property management group were very understanding when there were issues with my financial status. I would look to stay with the company again if they had properties within the city limits of where I am moving to. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I have a property that we rent out. After five years of managing the property ourselves, we were fed up. It is a whole lot harder than we imagined! At times it was like another full time job. So we spoke with Brian and he told us our worries were over and he would take care of things for us. Ever since Brian and Flagship Property Management took over our property we have had no more sleepless nights worrying! Whenever our renters need something Flagship takes care of it and in a timely manner. We thank Brian and his team for giving us back our lives!

We have been working with Flagship Property Management for almost 3 years now. Brian is a true professional who takes a personal interest in your investments and works hard to make you feel comfortable doing business with him. We trust his judgement, and that is something truly important when having this type of business relationship.

They are fine unless your air conditioning goes out. Ours has gone out twice in the last month. The contractors they use for heating and air did not fix the problem a month ago, which he identified as the compressor. He assured me he fixed the issue. We hired a private heating and air company to come take a look and the previous technician put a booster on the compressor that wasnt even supposed to be used on that compressor. So once again the compressor is not functioning, since the problem was never truly fixed the first time. It is now 90 degrees in our house and we have been calling since last night to no avail. They cannot even tell us when a technician might arrive.

Any problems they quickly get to it and fix it.

Dont even deserve this one star. Did everything I was supposed to as well as wjen I said I was going to do it. Get there with my deposit only to find out that they already gave the apartment away. Not to mention Im out of $120 that they refuse to refund back to me. They also didnt have anything else available around my move in date(that they gave me) that was in that price range. Didnt even contact me letting me know I no longer have a apartment to move into. The ladies had a O Well type of attitude as they told me its nothing they can do. Didnt even try to fix the situation at all. This was a horrible experience I dont plan on ever trying to rent anything else from this company. Good luck to anybody that does.

They dont care about your satisfaction, the house was good, payment was alright but in terms of liability and ethics they are the worst.I suffered so much to get out of the house they rented me.The area where I was living was very dangerous but they didnt even bother to listen to me. It takes these people ridiculously long to fix ANY thing. My roof was leaking for 10 months of my lease causing mold and mildew and it was not until I threatened to sue that they fixed it. The suck at communication and keeping you informed. When I moved in they didnt even paint or clean the place. There was still art from the previous tenant on the walls. When I complained Brian said they did not legally have to clean or paint between tenants. What? It took me threatening to cal the BBB for him to finally get someone to spot paint the place.

I have used Flagship Property Management for over 6 years and I fully recommend Brian and his staff for their professionalism, attitude and exceptional service.

They never answer the phone. They take extremely long to fix anything. They never wanna give ur deposit back. My mom has rented from them twice. The first time she rented from them there was an issue with the owner of the house he didnt know if he wanted to sell it or rent it that was a big mess. So she never left flagship she just moved to a different rental with them after they refused to give her deposit back on that because they said she had to contact the owner of the home (really) so she had to pay another deposit to relocate the was there about 3 yrs recently moved and we had the place cleaned from top to bottom so no one could say anything about damages. We then call to fo the 30 day notice we was told to email thru the website. I did just that only for when its time to give up the deposit the cant find my email. I recommend giving a written notice record urself giving it to them make sure u get names if who u speak with obviously they dont communicate. Thats how they get u, tell u to email it so they can later say they didnt receive it. I highly recommend renting elsewhere. I am currently seeking legal assistance in the matter because they are scammers they only want ur money. RENT ELSEWHERE PLEASE SAVE URSELF THE HEADACHE

Worst ever when you need something fixed! Been over 3 weeks of me trying to get my bathtub repaired, finally fixed it myself then I receive a text message today to schedule with maintenance. Mind you I took a whole entire day off of work the last time maintenance was scheduled to repair my bathtub and no one ever showed. When I finally got an answer of why maintenance never showed it was 4:50pm and I was told there was a glitch in the system and the repairman never received the appointment.
