Great location, good area for dogs.Would have given 5 stars, but upon move out I was charged $15 for a “missing towel rack” in the shower. There was not one when I moved in, did not think to put it on the form. I was advised thats was the form was for, but they obviously missed it as well when they checked the apartment before I moved in. Just frustrating to have to pay for something you didn’t steal/break.

I have loved living at McBee Station! The location is fantastic--super close to a grocery store, two blocks from Main Street, and near the zoo and Swamp Rabbit Trail. The staff is always very helpful! I love the community events, along with the amenities, such as the gym, pool, and grills!

Great downtown location with convenient walking to anywhere downtown. Private parking garage with access to Publix and the many shops on McBee. The Pool is one of my favorite spots in the summer with sun the whole day. Staff is very friendly, personable, and responsive. Defiantly a place to check out if you plan on living downtown Gville.

McBee station is awesome! The apartments are built so well! Staff is so friendly. Great events. Walls are not thin, which is amazing. Love not being able to hear everyone’s conversations ;)

I absolutely loved living here. The staff was helpful, the neighbors were quiet and the prices were reasonable. The apartments were the perfect size and the public areas were kept clean. The location is also perfect and I felt totally safe in and around the apartment complex. Downtown Greenville is beautiful and McBee Station adds to it.

Wow...I am a 1000 miles away now and still can’t find a property manager that has the professionalism and quality of Nikki Marshall! She is a one of a kind and irreplaceable. Please come to my property next! McBee Station is lucky to have her as manager!

Lived here while working a 3 month contract. The office staff was very professional, organized, and communicative, especially Gretchen! Super close to several parks, downtown, and Publix. We enjoyed our short stay at McBee, and wish we could take the office staff with us to our new city!

I had a wonderful experience at McBee. It is in an absolutely great location. Minutes away from Publix. Within walking distance to Downtown, Falls Park, and more. The free bike rentals are great as well. Despite going through management transition I have found the staff to be wonderful and very helpful, especially Gretchen. If I had not moved away from Greenville I definitely would have renewed my lease.

We couldnt be happier living at McBee for its location and how great the residents are looked after. We initially only came for 6 months and have now been here 5 years. It really is a lovely community to be part of.Thanks to McBee team for all that they do.

-Location - the best!-Amenities - incredible - always clean, well-decorated, well maintained (gym, pool, etc)-Maintenance team is on point!-Layouts - very well-planned spaces and the largest floor plans you will find downtown-Events - wow, yall totally out-do yourselves - weve only been to a few, but they always exceed expectations-Great addition with resident rewards app!Areas for improvement:-Staff - maintenance is incredible, but office needs consistent staffing - we have seen so much turnover in the 1.5 years we have been here.-Need to do something about the dog pee smell in the outdoor walkway areas - sometimes its enough to turn your stomach - yuck! It seems like everyone owns a dog here (except us, haha!) We dont sit on our back porch, because everyone takes their dogs out to pee back there, and it stinks! Id suggest a dog-free/cat-only building?!!?!?-Love that there is an airbnb of sorts on property for guests - but its often booked - maybe add another? Also, its a pain to have to coordinate parking for guests-Communication - need a texting app to communicate why alarms are going off, safety issues, etc - sometimes fire alarms in our building have gone off multiple times (due to rain, we later learned) and we had no idea what was going on.-Trash valet - great perk, but we often get skipped - we follow the rules, but at least once per week our trash is still in our bin in the morning - a bit inconvenient!Idea - maybe have donation pick up days? It would be awesome if a local charity was coordinated with once a quarter to pick up items for donation. I think a lot of people would jump on that idea!

Great apartments and lovely amenities, close to downtown.However, theres so much demand for these new apartments that the management staff has no reason to work with the renters. Theyre friendly, but in no way does that mean theyre willing to work with you on requests that go outside of contract. Make sure you get everything in ink.

I gave this apartment 2 stars for the convenient location. Beyond that, they are not your ideal apartment complex. I renewed my lease last summer (2017) and within the following week I received a two day notice that my building would be under extensive construction and access to my studio would be open to construction. I lived alone and this made me completely uncomfortable. They gave us a discount, however the lack of notice prior to my renewed lease caused all trust in them to disappear. They also do not allow subletting so your only way out is paying a buy-out fee (extra full months rent). I know of other apartments in the area with similar convenience and more helpful management. Beyond this, with the age of the building, the finishes of the apartments (even the renovated units) are dated in comparison to other apartments you can find for similar rent costs. Keep looking.
