Just moved in 8 weeks ago and currently have no ac. Put in maintenance request and also talked to everyone in the office. Still probably won’t be fixed today because since it’s only 80 degrees in my unit and 81 degrees outside it’s not considered “an emergency” put in a complaint with The Better Business Bureaus. We will see if I have Ac by the end of the day however by the way they are acting it’s highly doubtful.

The staff is fantastic and so friendly, any issue Ive ever had they have been able to work with me and get it resolved! The apartments are super cute and you cant beat the price!

So far I have enjoyed living here. The grounds are kept very tidy and all of the workers are very polite. The floor plans are very unique but fitting for my roommates and I.

Everything was great until i went to move out. If you have a dog, they automatically charge you a cleaning fee to get your apartmeny professionally cleaned in case of allergies. They never explained this to me or detailed this in the lease. Everyone i have spoken to at the office wont give me the time of day. This cleaning fee is on top of the 300 dollar pet fee you are charged up front so basically you are paying 400 dollars to have an animal plus 25 more every month. While the apartment is great and i enjoyed living here for 2 years, the staff seems to play favorites and want to collect any and every penny they can when you try and move out. Lets hope the 100 dollars they charged me actually goes towards cleaning an already clean apartment and not into the pockets of the staff.

When I first moved in everything was good, the staff is nice enough and the prices are affordable but the staff and those in charge are very messy. They dont communicate important details to you about anything they just leave you in the blue to deal with issues on your own. They definitely tricked me, theyre very unfair and I wish I never renewed my lease for another year with them. Everything with them is lies and dishonest, dont be fooled too. 2/10 recommend.

I move into Carolina Creek in the fall and I am so excited! The staff has been more than helpful and patient. They are so kind. I love how you have your own floor, it’s pet friendly, and spacious!

I live at Carolina Creek and it’s great. Rooms are spacious and you each have your own floor which makes it better. There are not a lot of bugs (like other complexes in Greenville). The staff is very welcoming all the time. Maintenance comes within a day or 2 of putting in a request. Enjoyed living here (:

This apartment complex is great! The front staff is always there when we have an issue, and the maintenance team was quick to respond to us when we had a problem when first moving in. They replaced our ice maker within a week of it being broken. Also, area is super safe and a cop is on premises if you need them. The bedrooms are spacious and the closet is bigger than the one I have at home!I wanted to add to my review that I am planning on releasing for Fall 2021-Summer 2022! I have loved being here, and I just rearranged my room to maximize my space. My roommate made a maintenance request this morning and the issue has already been fixed within 8 hours of the request! I havent heard of any other apartment being this quick to respond to maintenance.

Got my Aparmtent basically broke into and the staff did not help me in what so ever way. Also did not clean the apartment before I moved in. Very poor place to live and it has no cameras anywhere so it was impossible to catch whoever did it

I have lived here for 2 years, and I have found that this apartment complex is the best for its value. The staff us beyond polite and works hard to fix any issues that have come up. The maintenance staff is diligent and friendly. I love their layout because of the privacy and space. Pet-friendly and fun community events. Very close to ECU main campus as well as the health sciences campus.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and signed for my 3rd year. I love it here! The office and maintenance people are super nice and the community is super friendly. Rent is super affordable and it’s pet friendly. They have a gym that is free to use and a pool too! The apartments are super spacey and each person gets their own floor and bathroom. If you’re thinking about signing here DO IT!!

First apartment Ive leased and everything has been great since Ive moved in. Maintenance is done on time and the layout of the apartments is nice being three floors. Prices are pretty affordable compared to some other places in the area and has all the typical amenities. Would recommend for any students looking for a good place for a good price.

The office staff and maintenance team go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and have the best experience. Even though ill be living closer to campus in the fall, i have absolutely loved living her, I highly recommend to anyone thats living in an apartment for the first time.

This a decent place to stay in the Greenville area especially if you are a student. It is close to campus.The house is set up where you get your own levels, and every bedroom has a private bath and closet. I like this feature the most. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is very pet friendly. The only thingI wish was different is the pool floor being cleaned or painted. Also, a ceiling fan in the rooms would be nice as well. The price is very fair. You cant go wrong with living here.

It is a spacious apartment but I would say more cons than pros. They do sell it though, I will give them that. Appliances are very cheap and fall apart/break easily but they will be up charging those cost (especially for your blinds) better off replacing them yourself. For the amounts of money they like to charge things I think it all could have been better. My roommates and I all had paint everywhere on things when we moved in, including floor, cabinets, desk, ect. in every room. Our drier was broken the day of move in and we did get a new one but considering that you have to move out mid July, your last month of the lease, so (I would assume) they can prepare for the movers coming in I don’t feel like it was acceptable for things not to have been as they should or fixed. Especially when you’re charge full months rent for that last month as well. On top of that they will charge you personally NOT only for lost or not returned guest parking passes but also your own parking pass on your car when it has an expiration of move out? Understandable to be charged for the guest pass if lost but even if found and tried to return you would still be charged $50 and considering that they NOW have no guest parking passes for new renters.. what are you charging the previous people $50 for? You aren’t replacing either of those passes.

So spacious! The most private layout you can get in student apartments! Convenient parking directly in front of your door and you get a parking pass for guests! Staff is super friendly and know you by name from the day you move in! The maintenance crew comes relatively fast and are so nice. There is a ECU bus to campus and even a downtown bus on the weekends.

I met some of my best friends here and I love living here! Lots of privacy because everyone gets their own floor:)

I just moved to Carolina Creek March 4th and it was the best decision I made! The apartments are super safe, the staff is super friendly and maintenance is always super fast! The dog park is a great amenity for me and my fur babies, to use daily! After living here one short month, I couldn’t imagine moving any where else! Living here is the best of both worlds, so close to downtown and uptown!Roommate matching through Carolina Creek is also amazing. They defiantly take into affect all of your pros and cons!

The first apartment I’ve lived in and it’s been successful! The staff is all amazing and great people. Haven’t had any issues. Work orders are normally completed within 24 hours of putting one in.

I have lived here for for 2 years and it’s a nice place to live. All the staff are really nice, and maintenance dose a good job of working on request really fast. If you put in a work order they usually come the same day. Since living here changes have been made and you have to pay for utilities, just electric. Which is kinda of high and not consistent each month.

DO NOT SIGN HERE. They will try to take advantage of you any way they can. Firstly, We had terrible experience with roommates. Our last random roommate just got out of juvie for ATTEMPTED MURDER (yet they advertise this place as a safe place for students to live lol). She would have multiple people over all the time, listening to music, drinking, partying until 4-5am EVERY DAY, ashes left all over the house, tattooed herself in the living room and spilled ink all over the carpet (Im not kidding), used our dishes and left them in the sink so long they molded while we were away. I could go on, but basically they do not put an ounce of thought or effort into selecting your roommates. They say they match roommates according to the forms you fill out but quite frankly thats BS, they just take someones money then throw them wherever they see a vacant spot. But most recently, they had the nerve to accuse us of a stealing a TV and threatened us with a $500 charge for a TV we NEVER received from them. I BROUGHT MY TV from home and they tried to accuse me of stealing theirs!! This was after we paid the FINAL move out statement. Also, they will charge you a full months rent when you are only allowed to stay half the month (they love their little money grabbing loop holes). They have absolutely no empathy for the financial struggles people are going through during this time. They didnt lower any prices or help us out on the rent but just added on fees and accused us of theft in attempt to get every last penny. Again, they love taking advantage. There are so many better quality places to live with better prices. I regret not investigating all my options before I signed here. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the mental and financial stress.

This is my first year living here but I love it and am considering renewing my lease. I love having my own floor/bathroom. The closet is just the right size, the room is spacious enough. No complaints.

Terrible living experience, during move out the maintenance men told me I could leave blinds and they would fix them. Someone threw them away before maintenance could fix them. I also got charged for leaving them there. I fixed my broken blinds in my room and somehow they were broken when I fixed them the day I moved out and they weren’t broken. Carpet stains that were there when we moved in we also got charged for. The price is too high for the very old appliances and bad apartments, no one should move here.

I’ve lived here almost a year now (I have also resigned) and I LOVE this place! I have moved every year I have been in Greenville and I have finally found the place that is right for me. The staff and maintenance is amazing and so easy to get along with! Maintenance usually comes same day and problems are always fixed!

Living at Carolina Creek has been a TERRIBLE experience from the start. On the day I moved in my unit had no counter tops, our washer and drier were both broken, we were missing our laundry room door, and we didnt have our proper furnishings. It took about two weeks for management to install a new washer and drier (we had to use our friends unit for a while), and an additional month (plus a lot of nagging the front office) to get a door installed. There were points where our parents would have to get involved to get any response from management. The bug problem throughout the year was ridiculous. We had put in numerous work orders and were promised new door seals that never came. My own personal experience was made worse due to water damage in my bathroom and closet that were never fixed no matter how many work orders I placed. There was black mold and mildew growing in my closet for the entirety of my lease, and the only resolution they gave was to put industrial fans in my closet to dry out the water. The issue was never fixed, and I was unable to use my closet at all due to these conditions. There was constant moisture coming from underneath my bathroom floor causing mildew to accumulate around the tub (this was also causing most of the issues in my closet since they share a wall). Maintenance came in and supposedly fixed the leak from my toilet, but nothing ever changed. I highly suggest NOT living here. Management is terrible and they are full of empty promises. There were many times we called the front office and were told that work orders would be made only to have to call back a week later because nothing ever came of it. There is absolutely no excuse for how bad my experience was living here especially since rent was close to $600/month. I do understand that this is on the cheaper side of living costs in Greenville, but I highly suggest looking elsewhere. There are many better options, and I wish I had known before signing here. This apartment complex is not worth your money at all.

I’ve been living here for almost a year. Any issues I’ve had were attended to. Everyone in the office and maintenance are so nice and are willing to work out any problems. I enjoy living on my own floor and the spacious rooms. While the regular townhomes could use some touch ups, it’s nothing that would prevent me from staying here longer.

I would NOT recommend this place for your student. It is unsafe and low end. Broken into 2x. Pool was under maintenance a good amount of the time. They are not Covid friendly with reduced rates when not living there for 4 1/2 months due to schools closing. Buyer beware!!!!!

Hello. I am currently residing here at The Creek. I moved here from Baltimore Maryland in June of 2019. My first thought of Carolina Creek was the efficiency of the staff that assisted me by phone. I was able to make all the transactions I needed to make by phone while I was still in Baltimore. That afforded me a smooth transition so that when I arrived here all I had to do was get my key and move in!The staff here is excellent! They always give you service with a smile from the manager, to maintenance, in a proficient, professional and caring manner. You get so many perks beyond the amenities that are already provided. Events like, Taco Tuesday, along with celebrations for every holiday held at the Creek Clubhouse. in October they gave at event for Halloween called Midnight Madness. it was so much fun. They announced door prizes every hour. Guess who won a 55 inch flat screen TV with an Alexa Firstick! Yes! that would be ME!!!! If youre looking for a safe, comfortable, fun and affordable environment to live, check out Carolina Creek! Youll be so glad you did!

The places are generally well kept and most of the management is super nice and helpful here! Rent is on par with what you are receiving from this place.

I give this place 0stars. My daughter was almost forced to sign another lease in Jan because she knew her program at school would end in December. Because of this Covid she may not be able to return to Greenville if the school don’t open up. She have not stayed in the place for 4 and a half months due to this Covid. They have no regards rent still due. I’m still waiting for head office to calm me now because if school don’t open up in august she should not have to continue with this lease especially when she have spoke to the office concerning this matter since March. She’s a college student if the aid is not coming she can’t pay. Head office if you are reading I’ve contacted your office 2 months ago and never received a call. This is bad business

I chose live with random roommates and we were all a great match. This apartment complex stood out to me for its townhouse style apartments and low all inclusive rent! (:

My name is Darius Ward and If I could give them a zero out of 5 I for sure would. Let’s start at the beginning , when I first moved in there was ample visitor parking spots and you could even get parking passes from the front office just in case you had a couple friends over. Then all of a sudden they changed the rules to only 1 yes 1 guest parking pass per person. So good luck deciding on if you want your best friend or your girlfriend to come over because you can’t have both without carpooling or someone’s car getting towed. Moving along , also after moving in I came to find out that they have a dog park but they also have a NO PET VISITING policy. Yes , YOU can have a dog but if one of your friends comes over with a companion to play with your pet they will try and charge you $300 dollars to put the visiting pet on your lease. It literally doesn’t make any sense at all, they tried to tell me that I had to put my girlfriends dog on my lease for her to be able to visit me with her Emotional Support Animal and when I tried to explain that to the front office and even take them doctor notes as proof they didn’t care at all and proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay if I wanted them to come over and see me ever. Next we have the fact that during Covid-19 all the amenities are closed but they are NOT reducing rent prices AT ALL during these times , YOU will be paying full price for your apartments next semester just for your pool , gym , hammocks everything they offer just to be closed. Lastly the the front office is super money hungry so if you don’t have a professional team clean after you when you move out , they will charge you for anything on the carpet or walls and I made sure I left my room and the living room spotless because other residents tried to warn me about the front offices ways , and still ended up with a $115 up-charge. So over all a zero out of 5 if you are looking to enjoy your time at Pitt / ECU. Please don’t give yourself this head ache , I’m just trying to save you ... there are plenty of better options all around Greenville. I Promiseee

This is a great place to live. The rooms, bathrooms and closets are spacious and nice. The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. When ever I have had an issues the staff and maintenance both worked extremely quickly to help me resolve it.

The staff is AMAZING. You definitely get a bang for your buck here, too! The location is great and there is definitely a real sense of community here! I have lived here for years and plan to be here even longer! 10/10 would recommend!

Carolina Creek probably has the rudest management of all apartments in Greenville. They have currently( as of last year) been allowing families and non-students to rent out the apartments, this may be no problem for some but when their are 40 year olds staring at you like you do not belong its alittle intimidating. Also given its majority college students living their, there has been an increase on complaints of noise and things of that sort because of the Age differences. They are very pushy, no leniency at all when it comes to certain things regarding rent and situational payments and things of that sort. Hannah is not sweet, in my experience she was the complete opposite, claiming I violated the lease terms at least twice over false statements made by other residents. I would not stay here, they are over-priced and under par quality, the non-upgraded units still have window units in them, what are we living in.... a trailer, (no offense) but its not worth the money you pay. Also the amenities they offer are false claims, the pool was closed (due to cleaning) the....whole...entire..warm... season, not once was it open while it was over 80 degrees. Its just a shame, my roommates toilet/ bathroom water would leak through my fan in the bathroom, even after maintenance came to fix it.... Also the locks on the doors can be popped with a credit card or a freaking knife, I learned about this due to things starting to just magically disappear from my closet... almost all other apartments in Greenville for students have the ability to deadbolt lock the doors to your room. Its a shame.

Starting my journey at University Suites, i was one of the lucky ones to win free rent. I’m not gonna lie starting off with them was really rocky trying to work with the office and issues we had in our unit. Office workers got accustomed to our faces and were eager to help. Maintenance is great it handles the problem as quickly as then can. You’re definitely getting what you pay for! Can’t say i absolutely hate it and honestly can’t say I’m a die hard fan.

Lots of changes coming to University Suites! Not only are they upgrading the units, but theyve started upgrades to the Clubhouse too! They picked a great time to complete the upgrades since most of the students have gone home for the summer. I cant wait to see it when its finished!
