We absolutely loved living here. The staff was always helpful and nice. They always offered our dogs a treat whenever wed stop in the office. We chose Northpointe because of its location and we were far from disappointed. We did a short-term lease and the entire process from start to finish was a breeze. We ended up purchasing a home, but if we could do it all over again we would definitely go to NorthPointe. I highly recommend them to any newcomers to the area!

I absolutely love living here! It is such an amazing experience and I plan on renewing my lease when mine is up. The apartments are new so they are very nice. Stainless steel appliances, High ceilings, granite counters, large tubs and so much more. Its also so close to downtown which is amazing. Harris Teeters right out side the building convenient.Would definitely recommend!

No complaints. Living here has been great so far. The staff is really nice especially the young man who helped me move-in back in Nov. We just got the gym and I’m very pleased with it. Can’t wait for the restaurants to open. Only thing I would say is a downside is the amenities hours but covid changed everything everywhere.

I Lived in North pointe for 10 months. The following is a list of issues for why I would not recommend North Pointe to anyone I know.1. Bad Price & Quality: For the price I would live almost anywhere else in downtown. The furnishings of the apartment arent very nice they use basic builder grade granite, the trim that they use is made from MDF which has formaldehyde in it which can cause cancer, and, just the overall quality of the construction of the apartments themselves is very lackluster for the price point.2. Not Really Pet Friendly: Even though the staff says that the building is pet friendly(I assume they mean theyll let you have a pet .... At a price.). There is nowhere to walk your dog outside and definitely nowhere to let them roam free unless you go to the nearest park which is 2 mi down the road. Furthermore I received a letter during my stay that no dogs where supposed to be walked in the front of the leasing office you know the only place around the building you can really walk a dog safely.3. Maintenance Lack of Communication: there was two occasions where maintenance came into my apartment without prior notice. Along with a lack of maintenance to clearly communicate the issues they have found when there is an issue.4. Office staff lack of Care and Communication: Get ready after you sign the lease thats about the most theyll ever care about anything. They will pretend to care about an issue you are having at the apartment but will never take any actions to fix it. We had several issues with the power in our apartment where somehow it was switched to somebody elses name without any input from us and the way the apartment complex handled it was completely unprofessional and made the process and the issue way worse than it was or had to be.5. Maintenance issues: several weeks before moving out I had an issue with water leaking into my apartment from somewhere. Maintenance since we were so close to moving out, just blamed it on us and charged me for it.6. Common areas extreme limited usage: you cant use any of the common areas after the staff leaves (9-6~) the office or youre not supposed to but, everybody breaks the rules anyways unless security is there and actively keeping people out which happened to me on several occasions. However if you have a small apartment and have more than like two friends and want to use the common areas on the weekend or something like that I hope you dont want to have anythime in the afternoon because you wont be able to do it.The good parts:1. The pool was kinda nice2. I really enjoyed the gym for the two weeks it was open and I could use it before moving out.Overall I regret living in North Pointe.

I love the front office staff, always on the go and helpful. I have been in about a month, I enjoy the quite and security of the building. We are still waiting for the pool to open and common room. Its new close to downtown and Harris Teeters right out side the building convenient. Parking garage safe and security is around at night. Would recommend to anyone looking to be close to downtown and all things.

So far living at northpointe has been great. The amenities are very nice my favorite is the business center. We are still waiting on a gym. Noise level is minimal. It’s expected to hear noise from neighbors when living in a apartment like this. Having harris teeter is great because I always forget groceries. Only down side is not having much space to walk a dog other than that I’ve been happy!

Had to pay for lease break because the noise coming from other apartments was keeping me up at night.First let me say the complex is new and it is close to downtown. It is also pretty to look at and comes with a parking garage. A security officer usually sits in the parking garage at night which is nice. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store close by and Nikki and her staff in the leasing office are very friendly. However this is also the noisiest place I have ever lived. And Im not just talking about the road noise I hear from the cars accelerating at the 3 intersections surrounding the complex. If you are thinking of moving here, at the very least get a top floor unit or you might be sorry. I can hear a tenant snoring at night in a unit adjacent to mine. From the tenant above, I hear every foot step. I hear music, stomping, toilets flushing and the waste water slushing down the pipes in the wall. In fact, I can even hear the waste water rushing down from toilet flushing in all the other floors above me as well! I hear talking coming from the units across the hallway as well as bedroom activities in the units both beside and above me, sometimes at two in the morning. I often find myself having to to put a fan going at night to drown out the noise.Ive lived in several other apartment complexes and never had any issue like what Ive been dealing with here, but maybe I just got lucky so far. Actually, the first month here was great. And I had even gotten used to the road noise for the most part. Then more tenants started moving in the units above and around mine, and thats when became aware of the sound issues. The fact is that when living in multi-unit buildings like this you are going to hear some noise, like floors creaking or a washing machine running. Thats the trade off for convenience. But it should never be like what I had to deal with living here so far. At this point I think the building should have just been better insulated. I have also had to call a courtesy officer many times in the early hours of the morning because of noise and partying. I have contacted the management many times about this issue and attempted to find a reasonable solution. But the problem still remains after several months. In the end I had to give my Notice to Vacate and I will pay the hefty break fee to go somewhere else. If you are even a little bit bothered by noise, or even just like it quiet at night, then this probably isnt the place for you. But if the noise doesnt bother you at all, then enjoy having a cool looking bridge to walk across and a Harris Teeter next door! Lesson learned.*Edit*Follow up to your response - I followed your advice and did talk to Nikki. However, she was unaware of this post or the response at the time I talked to her. And I am wide awake at 1 am from the noise once again.

Lots of turnover in management. Seems chaotic. Lots of choices in Greenville. Keep looking.

When you get a random call saying you owe rent not due immediately because they forgot to charge it! Something isn’t right here. Can’t even talk to the manager because she’s not in…. Not surprised. No one is ever in the office.
