This is a beautiful, well maintained apartment complex but what makes it THE place to live is the staff, especially Brittany D. Brittany made the entire process from choosing a floor plan to paperwork to all the tedious details, super easy. So glad to be a new resident.

My experience at this complex has been nothing but emotionally draining. The noise from our upstairs neighbor is so disrespectful. I’m a full time student and my mother works from home and when I tell you the noise is so bad that you can’t focus. After many complaints, the problem continues. We keep getting told that their working on it . No one should have to have their job put in jeopardy. We moved into this community in April and this has been the worst experience. The courtesy officer told us this past weekend that it’s pretty much a waste calling him because there is only so much he could do. Wow that say allot. He also stated that the office should be taking care of this issue but the problem continues. This is also a lease violation but no one seems to care about that it’s a shame that we are put in a situation to find another place to move in order to have peace. This is a breach of peace but they expect us to remain here for an year. That will not happen .

My experience while visiting, was nothing short of spectacular. Brittany was awesome and so kind to me while showing me around the complex! The place is beautiful and quiet and has all the amenities I look for. Overall, because of the amenities, the overall feel of the complex, and the great customer service I received from Brittany and the rest of the staff, I know this is the place for me!

Springs at Laurens Road was an amazing place to reside in - very friendly and professional staff, resort like amenities, and absolutely loved their floor plans.

The technician Scott did a good job but unfortunately the complex has an ongoing problem that requires much more work than he can accomplish. I am very disappointed with the complex. I used to be the guy telling everyone how good the place was but now that they knowingly allowed me to mis a very important event in that I had no access and no warning because of an issue that could have been resolved with proper work from contractors I am not feeling the same.

I just moved in this week and i had an issue with my garage door not shutting. it was 7 pm so i thought for sure they wouldnt come! they were there within 7 minutes of my call. That was incredible. they fixed the problem with 10 minutes.

This is a five star review of how amazing maintenance is with time efficiency and how great their attitudes and the relationships they build with the residents at Springs Road!

My review is based off of customer experience alone. We haven’t moved in yet, but we have been working with Brittany through the leasing process and she has been of immense help. We did a virtual tour with her and she was very thorough and helpful in showing us all aspects of the complex and unit. She answered all of our questions and made our over all experience very pleasant! I would recommend her to anyone looking to lease from The Springs!

I moved into the apartment complex April 7th 2021. I have had the worst experience at the apartment complex. I reside on the 1st floor and have been complaining about the noise from my neighbors above me. The stomping on the floor the screaming is unbearable. The only thing I keep getting is we’re working on it. I haves to call the courtesy office several times and the problem continues. I was told I could move to another unit but my rent was going to be way more than what I’m paying which was a big slap in the face. I’m over it. No recommendations at all unless you are moving to the 2nd floor.

I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment and I love all of the amenities such as a gated community, pool, gym, dog park, and grill. If you are in need of an apartment in the Greenville/Mauldin area, this is a great choice 🤩

I have been looking for an apartment for awhile now and I finally found it ! I recently have been going through the process of getting the keys to my apartment and all with the help of Brittany, she has been a big help. Brittany was amazing in giving me and my fiancé an in-person tour, she answered all of our questions, showed us the lovely community and even more, we are still in the process but it doesn’t feel like so much is thrown at us or overwhelming with the help of Brittany, I would definitely recommend Brittany to anyone who is looking to lease an apartment.

I rented a first floor apartment and you can hear almost everything from your neighbors above and surrounding you. You can hear footsteps, cabinets and doors closing, washer spin cycles shake your ceiling, the upstairs garbage disposal, and for god sake I can hear my neighbors dresser drawers opening and closing. I can hear music and I really enjoy hearing my neighbors motorcycle and cars revving in the garage along with loud music in the car. If you like a nice quiet apartment I would suggest looking else ware. Oh and by the way the management will do nothing to help you accept try to extort money from you to move out early.

Crystal and her team went above and beyond for my husband and me. The property stays clean and quiet enough to take walks, and the layout is perfect for us.

I was a resident here and it was a great experience until it was time to renew. The attached garage and loft feel was it for me. Also they had regular resident events. After getting a renewal offer I decided to downsize to something more affordable but the new Management, I think her name is Crystal, was so unprofessional, rude and condescending. She would not give me an answer on approval to transfer and I ended up leaving. She stalled me so that I would be out of a home and I resent that very much. I wish the company would’ve promoted the other lady Danielle from within to manager she was the absolute best!

I appreciate how quickly and efficiently my repair was completed.

Loved living at this place! Very peaceful and quiet in the back of the property. Very affordable and perfect location to get downtown. If I ever move back to Greenville I will definitely come back here!

Living at the Springs is great. The community is peaceful and quiet and the maintenance team does a terrific job taking care of the grounds. The office staff is knowledgeable and responsive whenever we have a question. Weve been here for 2 years and dont have any regrets!

I have enjoyed living at the springs. Jason, Tommy and Joe (maintenance) show professionalism and a sense of urgency as they go about their daily duties. The office ladies do a good job too! I gave 4 stars because I always think there is potential for improvement. The Springs is in a great location.

My husband and moved here 1year and a half ago and we just love living here. We love that that there is a Beautiful pool with a bbq area and a clean gym area too. Gated property, the property is kept so clean. The staff and maintenance staff are so friendly and always willing to help when help is needed. Always with smiles🙂.

I am very disappointed with my experience with the staff at these apartments. My roommates I were interested in these apartments so we set up a virtual tour for 9:30 am. One of us is in NC, one is in SC, and one is in California so we set up our schedules accordingly. I was told that we would be given a tour by Amber and after waiting on the video link they provided to us for 15 minutes without anyone showing up to give us a tour, I contacted the person who scheduled the tour and we rescheduled for later that afternoon. Once again, we all planned our schedules accordingly and waited on the video chat for Amber for another 20 minutes. Again, she did not show up. I contacted the person who scheduled the tour (again) and was told I could reschedule (again). I was never given an explanation as to why Amber didnt show up, nor did I receive an apology, which is very disappointing as we were interested in these apartments. No one has followed up with me even though they are aware that Amber failed twice to give us a tour. We were very excited because these apartments have great reviews but I cant imagine choosing to live here because of the customer service they have provided us.

The springs apartments are convenient to all major highways making it ideal for commuting. Great floor plans with private entrances and attached garages available. The grounds are well kept and staff is friendly and accommodating. The gated property keeps traffic down and gives the residents a safe environment to live in. If looking into apartments put this one on the top of your list. Because most likely this will be the only one you need to visit..

I am a new resident and I have had zero issues. Alyssa at the front desk is so helpful and Mike the grounds manager is so nice. The gym is better than any other complex Ive seen. Everything is clean and its not just a bunch of teenagers stacked into one bedroom apartments. Theres also a lot of natural light because of the set up. I work third and no one bothers me. The last place I lived they came in whenever they pleased for any little reason. I feel the springs goes out of their way to make this feel like home to me. Very happy.

So far...So good ! Been here one week and our experience has been great! My wife and I are retired and find the apartment to be ALL we need and ALL we want. We met Danielle and were impressed with her professional approach... She is awesome ! Also, we talked with Tommy in Maintenance and feel certain both represent the Spring Pledge.

I moved here from Charleston about a year ago. The office staff made it easy for me to make all of my arrangements online since I couldn’t be here in person. Due to my work schedule I had to change my move-in date and they were very flexible and worked with me. Since being here, anytime I have had to place a work order they were very timely and got to it right away. It’s hard to get someone on the phone but they always call back even if I don’t leave a message. I recently renewed my lease & had a $50 charge for the renters insurance not being verified. It renews at a different time my lease does. There was a mix up between insurance and office but they were able to remove it since I was covered and not my fault.My only complaint is a few months back I was charged $100 for paying rent late. Since I’ve been here I’ve never paid late, often paying before the due date. I went online made my payment, but when the money didn’t come out of my account I went to office to see what happened before paying again. They saw I had been online on the date I stated I paid it (before due date) but for some reason the payment didn’t take. I asked for a refund & was told that wasn’t something they did. I see not doing that for residents that have a history of late payments but a one time courtesy refund isn’t going to break the bank. Especially when the site had issues. That was very disappointing to say the least. I will say, switching to the active building software is much better.Still this is a nice quite place to live, and I enjoy being here.The valet trash is a huge plus. Also, they will help with packages left at your door if your away or simply check on your apt. if you need it. Overall great place to live.

I have only lived at the Springs for about 5 months. The staff is great, the maintenance team prompt, the grounds are well kept, the amenities nice. All in all I am very glad I choose to move here! Thank you Springs team for making my choice easy.

While these apartments are very beautiful on the outside and the grounds are maintained, what you get inside is not worth paying over $1,000 a month.You can hear when your neighbors turn on their garbage disposals, open their garage doors, close their cabinets, and talk in the bathroom and in the living room. And, no they are not shouting the buildings were constructed poorly. The problem is in one building there are apartment units on the front, back, and on each side of the building. In my kitchen, I share a wall with the neighbors behind me, so when they close the cabinets (not slam) I can hear it. My neighbors who are below me have a unit with a garage and when they get out of the car and if they start talking (doesnt sound like they are shouting) you can hear them.Another reviewer mentioned having issues heating their unit. I havent had issues with heating, but I have had issues with cooling. Over the summer, my unit stopped working and eventually it lead to the power going out. This happened a couple of times before it was completely repaired.None of these issues are the leasing office or the maintenances crews fault. I blame the contractors and the owners of this complex. They did a complete rush job on this place and in the long run it will hurt them. Anyone who values their money will leave after fulfilling their lease obligations or will pay to break the lease. You cannot build junk and then charge someone an arm and a leg for it. These apartments should be priced around $500-$600 monthly.

Been living here a month, the apartments are almost brand new, great appliances installed, the leasing staff is friendly.One issue is that because its so new it doesnt show up on GPS/online so its hard to get deliveries here from some places but it isnt a big issue.Edit: Still living here three years later, my rent didnt change from the initial rent they offered and its still a nice place to live and its marked on the maps now

Just got my first apartment ever, and this was honestly such a stressful experience, but with the help of the awesome staff and great customer service, the application and all the documentation was very easy. Dannielle is such a great community manager and she honestly was SUCH A BIG HELP. The apartments are very nice inside and out, its a 24hr gated community, the kitchen are updated and look amazing, and I would honestly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I must say I have lived all over Mauldin and this by far has been the best place so far. Every apartment complex will have its issues but this one has been close to perfect! The staff here is like a second family I live alone and staff here makes sure not just myself but all of it’s residents are taken care of. They know you by name and always have a great sense of urgency whenever you call about something. My studio is beautiful and has been a pleasure to stay in I loveee my little place so much. Almost next to no problems living here for almost a year. We love the pool my family and I enjoy cookouts when they come over and this place is just all around GREAT hate to leave

NEW LEASERS BEWARE. The look of these places are great but thanks to the 30 day agreement(if you don’t love it in 30 days you can leave) I couldn’t be out sooner because I hated it. Unless you want to live like you’re in a retirement home don’t move here!!!! Firstly the management is unprofessional gave us 3 different move in dates and rushed our apartment to give it to us. The cabinets falling out of it socket on the first day because they were badly installed, washer stopped working first day, paint splattered in our cabinets, doors didn’t close, dish washer leaking and the place smelled etc. No parking what so ever and they won’t care that you don’t have 1 space for your car meanwhile one person has 3 cars that stay parked and never moved . If you want a garage to save you that trouble they are for big enough for a small cars and not even fully done. Also people park on the curbs in front of the garages so you cant even use your garage.On top of that they give you quiet hours but want you to be quiet all the time because their walls and floors are so thin you could hear a penny drop. Ps, if your neighbors house smell it seeps through the walls into yours (felt sick living there due to the smell) Got a call from management that my music was too loud at 12 in the afternoon while I was cleaning my house, it’s honestly comedic how ridiculous it is (even funnier they didn’t call me till 6pm!) The people who live there are horrible too. They look down on anyone they don’t see “fit” and will watch and harass you. The gate does nothing to keep you safe because the people in here are just as nasty. Don’t move here unless you want to live in complete silence and get nasty stares alllllllll day. Paying 1500 and not being able to live comfortable ,happy or safe in my cheaply made apartment,no thank you I’m out. (Update to response) the complaints were made while we were living there and moving out.We called but they never answered and told by the manger 2 days later via email “Sorry we missed the mark on this one.” Which was a common apology fed to us.

This has been the worst experience I have had with an apartment complex. I moved into the Spring sat Laurens in Greenville in the winter of 2017 and it has been terrible since day 1. Not long after I moved in my heat went out during one of the coldest winters in South Carolina. The apartment would not heat above 60 degrees even going down to 54 degrees at one time. They kept saying that it was a heat strip issue and that they would replace it. My light bill at the time went up to almost $300 due to the heat running non stop. After almost a month and a half of them experimenting on what was wrong, I decided that it would be best for me to move because I couldnt stay in my apartment freezing. The property manager at the time said that she would let me out of my lease or move me to another apartment within the complex. I decided that since I did enjoy the look of the apartment that it would be better for me to change units. The heat did work better, not great but I was happy with the new place until recently. The past few days it has been cold in SC and what happens again my heat goes out. I had my heat set to 69 and it would not go up past 62, therefore causing the apartment to of course be frigid. I sent in an immediate work order and went to the leasing office. When I went there I was told that my heat probably wasnt working due to the heat strips not being properly installed stating we had 3 strips and needed 5. I received an email stating they had fixed the heat and that everything should be working properly, however when I woke up this morning my heat would not go above 65 degrees. I called and spoked with the property manager and was told that my heat isnt working right most likely because I have it set at 69 and not a higher temperature. I have never lived in a place where I have had to put my heat on 80 for it to reach 70 degrees. This seems really far fetched and ridiculous. Thankfully my lease is ending in February, but I will probably have to leave before then due to the cold weather and no heat in my apartment.

Went to visit my sister who just moved into these apartments. I was very impressed with the quality of work in these apartments. Ive been in some type of construction my entire life. Great work and nice staff.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The staff is very friendly and prompt with maintenance. It is a very beautiful place to live and I don’t have any issues with noise. It is close to wherever you want to go in Greenville. Will continue to reup lease each year

The landscape is well done. Looks like the landscape crew worked very hard to plant the flowers n bushes n trees. Im sure the workers deserve to be paid really well.

Im not a fan of wood floors, which they do have. I prefer upgraded appliances like flat-top stove which they do not have, but the apartment is still nice. The upper levels has its on ground level entry so thats a plus for me since I do not like stairways.

We moved here from Florida. My husband accepted a job and had 2 weeks to start... we literally had less than 2 weeks to find a place in GVL with 2 dogs and move. Luckily for us.. we came up on a weekend and Danielle was in her office... it was close to closing. We told her our sob story and she was amazing... We were so happy with her and the apartment, that we stopped at a Dunkin Donuts on our way back to FL and filled out the application. Danielle helped us through the application process and then went above and beyond and helped us with little details,,, since we dont know anything about Greenville or SC for that matter. Our apartment was ready for us when we got here. I truly am grateful to Springs and especially Danielle... we love it here!!!p.s. the girls love the dog park!!! We love the pool!!

Im absolutely in love with these apartments. I was obsessed the moment I saw the inside of the model apartment. I love the clean look, hardwood floors, dark espresso woodwork and the granite countertops throughout. I have tons of cabinets and storage and with my two car garage, Im able to store even more stuff. We are downsizing and we did not want to give up the luxuries we were use to and this apartment complex fit our tastes perfectly. The office staff, especially the manager, Linda Kitts, has been such a pleasure to work with in our transition. Every concern has been addressed and I feel like this is truly home. Even though the apartment complex is still under construction, the workers are very courteous and friendly and other than a little extra dust right now, Ive not had any issues at all, even one of the workers helped me unload something out of my truck. Love living here!!!

The apartments are nice with all the aminities, but still under construction, so a lot of dust and unpaved roads here.

I am a current residence here and beware you do not want to live here I pay 1300 dollars a month 1209 in rent and 90 for a garage. My garage isn’t even completely finished not to mention it is useless nothing bigger than a small car is fitting in there, Secondly since I have lived here I’ve had troubles every week with the apartment yes it has been fixed but yet that is not the point brand new apartments and my ac was out for a whole month, my door to my bedroom fell out the hinges for no reason at all, my floor is coming up and chipping, also half the outlets in my house do not work, I’ve reset the house multiple times and they still do not work. When my ac was out they gave me one tiny portable ac unit that didn’t do a thing for me. My door from my bathroom to my bedroom wouldn’t close for the first month I lived here because it was not properly put on. The office people are not professional, my neighbors who were 5,000 dollars back in rent some how where never evicted that is something I was told by a office person who still works there. But today set me off was because a form intimidation was used on me today by the said office women and that doesn’t fly well in my book. Also these apartments have fleas, bugs, and rat problems, my friend who also lived here had 2 rats in his house and his house was infested by fleas. Finally they will encourage you to pay your rent online do not do that that will cost you an extra $25 in a “service fee”.

Poor entrance to the complex. Its down in a hole and there is a Huge V shaped Dip you have to zig-zag just to cross it and low riding cars wll drag.
