Nice place to live…. Been here 2 years… seen changes but we lost our time to get in the pool which they been working on since the end of winter… might as well make it a indoor/ outdoor pool so we can enjoy it in the winter since we didn’t get to enjoy it in the summer…

If you want to listen to every single foot step your upstairs neighbor makes I definitely suggest living at harbor pointe. I LOVE waking up early in the morning/ multiple times at night due to the noises people are making upstairs. Rents too much for this little room that they give you. Horrible place to stay. Don’t waste your money.

I have been out Harbor Pointe now 2 years. I was one of the second residents to move in after the renovations was done on the 2 story townhomes. Just like any other place they have minor flaws. But I can tell you they take care of you. I left and came back in a matter of 4 months for cheaper rent. But I returned due to the treatment I received at the cheaper residence, I didn’t receive at Harbor Pointe.So that speaks volumes, the property manager at that time Amber begged me to come back. I always pay my rent, never caused issues in the community, and always felt safe. Not one time have I ever had a property manager beg me to comeback. She also helped me reserve a unit in the flat level duplex due to having a now walking toddler when I came back. Sad to say Amber is gone…but Ms. Lisa has now taken over and she’s been phenomenal. As I promised her I’d leave nothing less than a positive review. I have no reason to lie, this community is just like any other complex.But what you get here you want find no where else. This is a fact…they care, if you do your part as a resident it matters. When you have a problem as a resident and don’t report the problem, you’ve made your bed and have to lie in it. Don’t bash the complex talking about bugs and etc to make them look bad. 9 out of 10 you probably brought them with you, or fail to report the issue. Amazing area to live. Great environment, neighbors are kind, and management has your back and stays on top of things. Very extravagant place to be especially for students and families.

I have lived here since March of 2021. I really hate it here. The laundry facility is always nasty, ceiling leaks, smells like mold in there, and dryers full of dog and cat hair so it gets on your clothes. The noise level is loud at night so it is hard to sleep. The overall upkeep of the apartments are not great for the price. They sent a letter to tell you what you need to keep you air conditioning set on. I am seriously thinking about talking to an attorney about breaking my lease and my options. I have photos of all the things in the laundry room. Will never rent here again after I get out of this lease.

In the beginning it was great!!! Ever since then, it’s been down hill. Heating in the home stops working. They sent a guy out at the time he tried his best he said it was frozen in the back of the building. A few months later (no heat). I make another call to the office, they send another guy he actually fixes it. A week later it stops working again. Heat still doesn’t work. The mice is not a resolved issue. I killed three myself. They offered traps and that’s it. I would like to know what happened to the last office people that were here when I first moved in, great people. They were no longer there after the stolen money orders. Nothing works but you want the rent on time. One and done. I signed a rental agreement that cannot change at all. Can’t make changes to agreement that was already signed.

I spent about five months at Harbor Pointe and at first it seemed calm and easy. I had a problem with the neighbors above and asked if I could be moved to a different unit due to a personal situation and was completely ignored by the old office staff (I believe they’re no longer there), then within two months there were two different situations that involved the SWAT team which they wouldn’t let residents leave the complex during the standoffs. What was more shocking, is that as a resident, I never once was given an explanation from the front office about what happened, if it was resolved, or if the person who caused the situation was removed from the property. But overall the apartment itself was very nice for the price. Just be careful of the community.

The SWAT team and police have been out here numerous times since I have moved in. They promise a safe crime free community, can anyone explain how crime free a place can be with roads getting blocked off by police and armored cars every other month? I do not feel safe at all. I would most definitely NOT move out here if you have kids. There are people walking the streets at night gathering around buildings and I am most certainly positive it is drug activity. I have had several people approach me while using the laundry facility (which never works or is clean half the time.) and ask me if I wanted to buy weed. I moved out here because of the drug free crime free promise. I have most certainly been let down.

Drove from MD to Greenville NC to help my sister move in, only to see not even a hour into unpacking that the residence was ROACH infested! Ive never experienced anything like this i am truly disgusted, seeing these other reviews after the fact im not even surprised anymore! My sister will NOT be living in this apartment complex !!

Its been about three to four weeks and the same three washers are broken I wont complain about the laundry room being messy because thats the lazy people who lives here fault. Ill be leaving a full review once I move out....

I purchased two money orders from the grocery store one for $500 and another for $275 on October 5th. I put the money orders in an envelope and left them in the drop box at the office door. I find a letter on my door October 8th stating I owe Keystone $588 due to none payment. I immediately went to the office and got this situation handled. These people misplaced/lose my money order. Keystone is becoming very unprofessional how do you lost someones money order when youre suppose to put it in the receipt book that they paid once taken out of envelope. I wasnt worried because keep all my money order receipts. I immediately made the front office give me a receipt showing that my October rent had been paid. Since Natasha & Matt left Harbor Pointe is becoming sloppy maintenance orders take forever. The AC people came out in July/August and left three big holes in my wall that has yet to be fixed. Also the contractor men that does landscape does a sloppy job cutting the grass. The grass grows so high sometimes it looks as if it hasnt been cut in months.

I cant tell you all about how wonderful and responsive the staff has been in the character limit, so instead Ill stick to a story from my move in. I had a washer and dryer, but the door to the room where the hookup was a bit too small for the larger older washer I had. So you know what they did when I mentioned it in passing? They got the contractors they had on site to come and resize the door to be larger, brought over a door from the building they were working on and installed it. And it looked like it had always been there, no sign of a job that happened in ONE DAY. Not even, I told them around noontime and it was done before dinner. The fact that they were so quick to respond and that they have such a good relationship with their contractors to pull them off a much bigger job to help a single resident is amazing to me. My last apartment left an HVAC installation job half finished for 8 months out of my 12 month lease. I have never had such great landlords before. The whole staff at the office, particularly Amber, Matt, and Natasha, have been consistently this helpful my entire lease. If any staff from Keystone are reading this, make sure you do everything to keep these guys around!

This place sucks roaches every where no one ever picks up after the dog and apartments sucks small for the price they are and they are not friendly people there are all never live there please

Awesome staff very helpful and always gets back timely. Maintenance was super fast i would go to the office and put in a work order and as soon as I walked back home the maintenance people were knocking at my door to help fix the problem. Very efficient!

Good to live in a safe and quiet community. Wish we had a pool, gym, or park for kids. But I heard that’s all in the making. Shout out to Matt and Tasha they really care about the residents.Ms.Moore

Rejected our application even though we were still in the process of giving them the information that they were asking for. told us we weren’t allowed to reapply until 6 months had passed.we have a week until we have to leave our current apartment, and we cannot wait that long. unfair and clearly biased against young freelancers, despite us making enough to cover rent. due to this, they have lost the opportunity to fill one of the many empty apartments in this complex and make money.will not be trying again.

Nice townhomes which is what I rented when I moved there but there was literally a mice issue the entire 7 months I was there. I have two little children so this was a problem for me. My place was always clean and I had minimal furniture to avoid clutter yet there was still a problem with a mouse getting in even with someone coming on Fridays to spray the area (that should’ve been a red flag). Their solution was traps, not sure if it was because of neighbors or the woods out back but it was ridiculous. There was tons of cats always outside and close to the time I decided to move out there were neighbors who moved in that were extremely loud and obnoxious. I was told by friends that the neighborhood used to be really bad and it seems as though it was turning back that way.

Why is it so hard for the property manager to stay in contact with you while your applying for an apartment? I have to keep calling because they are not responding to my emails!! Amber is not the right person for this job sorry 👎🏽

When I say Matt is amazing he is he answer all 1,000 of my questions he made it easy and comfortable for us specially with my bf being a truck driver otr stuff like this can be hard, I love our new place so much
