Going to have to write a review solely about the maintenance team! We met Roy before we moved in and we always bugged him with things we needed fixed via email but eventually just got his cell #. He is always very responsive, tells us when hes coming, and fixes/explains any issues really well! He really is such a great guy and we are really lucky to be able to reach out to him whenever we need him. This guy needs a raise! Thank you Roy for always helping us with our problems and Dimitri as well for stepping in whenever Roy cant!

This apartments is in such a great spot of downtown, easy access to a lot. I moved in right at the start of Covid-19, so unfortunately most amenities were limited including gym and pool for the amount of people you could have. There was no break on rent at the time either. I enjoyed my time here but would have loved to have more communication from the front office team.

As others have said, have to give a shout out to Dimitri and Roy for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help out residents. The common areas are great with a fantastic location downtown, but it is all made better by Dimitri and Roy being so helpful.

Management is very uncooperative should you have to move due to job location reassignment. I had to relocate three months early after living here over two years.

My fiancé and I moved here 3 months ago. Location is amazing, walking distance to all of downtown! Baseball stadium is super close so that’s neat!Rooms are very small and prices are definitely reflective of your location! There’s a very nice saltwater pool, the club house and gym are very nice!The dog park is not very clean, we usually walk our dog outside! Parking is pretty nice, it has a parking garage here too

The building amenities and apartments are lovely, and only an easy half block walk to Main Street. The management staff is Stellar - professional, responsive and caring. They make the move in process and living at Link West End pure joy! Management also has parties for the residents, complete with open bar, munchies and DJ. Living at Link is a blast!

Just received our renewal contract. The rate increase was about 2% (which is in line with the general inflation level). This was a very pleasant surprise! In a previous downtown apartment rental, the rent was raised $100 or more annually.Dori is a wonderful apartment manager! She is always friendly and goes out of her way to make her renters happy. Thank you Dori!

We moved in at Link in December and love it so far. The leasing office, Nicole and Veronica, are very kind and responsive and the complex itself is beautiful with wonderful amentities. When we had an issue with one of our appliances the maintenance team, Roy and Travis, were quick to respond as well as follow-up afterward to be sure everything was taken care of and we were compensated for our trouble. We are so happy to have chosen Link to be our home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Greenville.

There are constant problems with the elevators. Of the two elevators, one or the other has been down for approximately 3 of the 9 months I have lived here. The staff is terrific, so it is not their fault, but it seems the building may have been built to inferior construction specifications. I will not renew my lease.

Perfect location, right in the heart of downtown! Kind and friendly staff. Good amenities. Units are a bit small, but overall, we really liked it.

Great place to live and good management. If you do have a pet, I would recommend staying out of the dog park because nobody picks up pet waste. Absolute mine field out there.

Living at this complex has been great. Maintenance has continually worked to solve any issues. Location could not be better. Gym, pool, garden, and dog section are great ammenities. Plan to be here awhile.
