Excellent nail salon, it is the first one i’ve been to in years and loved it! The artists were so nice and did a great job. Me and my gf I went with were beyond happy with our results. Thank you so much and for being so sweet and amazing! She even took care of the ingrown toe i had which was a blessing.

Don’t get acrylics here or shaping of your nails. They will damage your natural nail. My and my friend both got hurt during the manicure and although they’re a sweet couple and I’d love to give them an A for trying, it’s just not what you want when you’re at a nail salon. I couldn’t relax because I had to control every move

Ive had work done here before. And EVERYTIME they tell me a certain time and I have to wait atleast 30 min. I loved how they were so close to my house but I will DEFINITELY not be coming here again. I called ahead of time, they told me to come at 4 so I did I waited over an HOUR AN HOUR!!! didnt offer me anything to drink. Seriously would leave 0 stars if I could

Wonderful experience! I did not have an appointment so I expected a wait which was not that long. So many colors to choose from! I chose plum wine and I love it! She did a fantastic job on my nails! Highly recommend!

My Express manicure took one and a half hours to complete. There’s a reason I wanted the express. Twice separate customers came in after I had already been seated and my service was interrupted so that there is could begin. Very frustrating when you just want to get your nails done quickly. I would have just left however my hands were wrapped in tinfoil and when I asked to take them off they told me no and yelled at me when I tried to. Will not be returning.

Had reserved an appointment for two people at same time, took me late. Then took the person I was with when I was done. We both had the powder dips. Either a persons hair or a nail brush hair was painted into pointer finger... hope it was the nail brush but I don’t think that was the case... was so thick and uneven. Worst I have had done yet. I know the powder dips isn’t super prevalent in the area but if you can’t do it then don’t charge for it. Take people on a discount to get practice. My friends nail (who is seasoned nail person) was pretty terrible too. The top coat was peeling from the get go. I don’t know how to post pictures or I would.

My friend and i had a wait time of 2 hours just for regular manis and there was only 3 other ladies in there. the “manicure” consisted of- rubbing oil on my arms, cutting my cuticles (she missed a lot), and painting my nails very badly. no shaping, no cleaning under my nails, no filing my nails to make them smooth... overall horrible experience!!! would NOT recommend going here! 2 of my nails were chipped by the end of the night!!!!

I got my eyebrow done there they were uneven didn’t shape them good and took hair off that wasn’t supposed to be taken off. I recommend never getting your eyebrows done there.

Got my nails done there today. the guy had to restart 3 times and then tried to blame it on me. he didn’t file my nails at all, and looks like a 3 year old did my nails. prices are WAY too high for a job this sloppy.

Leaving this review as I am here in the salon waiting to get my nails fixed because I just got my nails done this weekend and had three pop off, one about to pop off and another just broke in half from me picking up a bucket. They tried to tell me not to pick so many things up? Okay this isn’t my first time getting long coffin shaped nails. But this is my first time coming to this nail salon. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week constantly lifting weights, and my nails don’t ever just come off like this.. So here I am, she’s ( believe her name is Tiffany) doing my nails then gets up without excusing herself to work with another customer and leaves someone else to paint my now deformed looking crooked nails that aren’t even shaped the same as the others 🤦‍♀️

Actually shaped my nails the way i want them. Painted my 3 year olds nails and didnt get irritated that she constantly moves. Woman didnt understand English but the man doing my nails did and he was awesome. !!!!

I got my nails done yesterday for my wedding and they were realy unprofessional and my 3 of my nails broke because they were paper thin. It was my first time and my last i will never recommend this place to my worts enemy i will stick to my nail tech in manitowoc it is well worth the drive..

Appointment was for 1pm to get a full set on. Sat for more than 30 minutes waiting. It is now 245, and my nails are half done...been sitting here for 30 minutes bc the guy doing my nails went to do nail art or whatever on someone else. They keep taking more and more people but they dont have enough employees to keep up. Disappointing...this is my first time here and most likely my last.

Terrible service and inflated prices. I am extremely disappointed with the gel polish pedicure received today. The polish is peeling.

Had to wait 3 hours to get our nails done with appointment, she had to leave in the middle of doing my nails to get her daughter supper, my nails broke and chipped 2 days after getting my acrylics done. I asked for dip powder and she never gave it to me.

The older gentlemen didnt really know what he was doing and he cut scratched me in between my toes. That was today 5/4/19. When I said to the girl what he did she didnt anything. And still tried to charge me full price...Nope not happening
