This owner and his team saved our bridal party after another local salon failed to hold our reservation! We were able to get 11 women in and out of the salon with great quality in less than 2 hrs! The place was super clean, really covid safe and the staff were so professional and nice. Highly recommend for wedding parties or just a nail routine, today awesome!!

The service was fast. Shellac nails were 1 dollar ($31)more than most places & $40 gour shellac acrylic so reasonable in price for Green Bay. Spa is an over statement. If you want a quick polish or set of acrylics this is your place. If you want a spa experience, this isnt it.

I havent had a pedicure in years and this was amazing! Min was my technician and he did a thorough job and my feet are so relaxed! This is a busy place and its a smaller shop so if you have any anxiety regarding that then wear a mask. All the techs were wearing masks and actively sanitizing stations in between clients. The kits were all single use disposables. The fact that people are complaining about add on costs due to covid is ridiculous. These businesses are doing the best they can to continue to operate while keeping their staff and customers safe. Plexiglass is expensive and the $1 or 2 you pay more isnt anything to complain about.

Receptionist had an attitude and the owners wouldn’t sit my niece and I next to each other. My niece is 11 years old and has social anxiety. We asked 3 times if we could be seated next to each other and the only thing they could do for us was have her be seated a row back from me.

Visited here while in town for a funeral. Very small space, many technicians and tables as well as pedicure chairs jammed together. The pedicure I had was awful. The gentleman didnt exfoliate very thoroughly, didnt trim the cuticle, messy polish application. Would not return

So normally I love going here because they do a great job with my acrylics, but the last two times I went it hasn’t been the best experience. The past two times I have gotten my nails done by Ty and he rushes with my nails which I understand when it’s busy but not like this. He’s been really rough with my nails and cuticles which has caused my nails to hurt and today he made them bleed from excessive filing. The filing done also made them look very crooked on two of them and one of the nails he filed hard also cut my finger. He noticed I was in pain and it was bleeding a bit and didn’t say a word about it. I was so disappointed because if he would have acknowledged and apologized it would have made up for it but he simply dismissed it all together.

Extra charges because of covid is crazy!! How a set of acrylic nails is now $50 is unbelievable. On top of getting my thumb cut open with the grinder. Not a good experience!!

UPDATE:Came in on a busy day, and they said they were booked. Fine. Schedule my appointment for the next day, stating I want ACRYLIC nails. Show up the next day, oh sorry, we have you written down from SHELLAC. They wouldnt give me the service I wanted, even though I scheduled ahead, and I ended up getting something I didnt actually want. I wasnt expecting this AT ALL from a place I loved. Very disappointed.Walked in at 10am on a Friday and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Not sure who did my nails, but he did an excellent job! I will definitely be back again!

He was rude and rushed on my nails and one of them came off not even a week later

I wish I could give zero stars.Beware of this place! For one, poor quality. They also cut opened my grandmas toe with a nail clippers and it was bleeding. No apology, they didn’t say anything to her.I noticed it when she was finished and finally had to talk to the manager and tell them what happened. All they did was offer to sanitize it and seal it up. That is dangerous to create an open wound especially with all the bacteria in these places.This is not okay and I won’t be back here! Please be aware!!

Horrible experience. The salon I usually go to has closed, so on the recommendation of a friend I went here. The guy who did my nails was rough and actually made one of my thumbs bleed. 3 days later a nail breaks off. No stress, it just snapped off reaching into my purse. So I went right over the salon to get it fixed. Oh yeah, we are really busy and cant help you for at least 2 hours. I said that is not acceptable, I cant wait and I cant come back. Well we are too busy. Horrible customer service. In 15+ years I have never had a nail break unless I let them grow out too far or snapped them off from doing something. Never in less than a week. Now I am going on vacation and worried from the reviews that more will be breaking soon. While their pedicure stations seem to be very sanitary their pedicure stations are not, they re-use every thing they can. I ended up going to Tips 2 Toes nail salon. They were wonderful, fit me right away. I think I found a new nail place.

My pedicure was awful! I had asked for a basic pedicure and let me tell you, it was BASIC. I was in and out within a matter of 15 minutes. She clipped and filed my toes and then spent 2-3 minutes of my massage time cleaning out the pedicure bowl. I asked for a simple design of a glitter ombré... but all it was was a clump if glitter at my cuticle. There was glitter all around my nail bed. Never going back!!

Horrible manicure. She was so rushed and botched my full set. My nails aren’t the same length. I literally want to rip them all off. Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten.

By far the worst nail experience of my life lol. I went for my prom nails. I asked for short round (but not too short just long enough to use) and the lady literally made my nail length so short. I shouldn’t have even gotten acrylic. Also she nicked me with the nail filer electric things. I started to bleed into the filer and she kept using it. Had to ask her to stop. But she ignored me and kept going. Nails were painted poorly so I fixed them. Awful. And she never cleaned her equipment and I was never told to wash my hands to clean. Awful. I hope they shut down. I wanted a refund but she ignored everything I would say. Paid $40 when I was told it’s only 35... when I walked in. She took 5 for her tip and asked for a tip at the end. $10 tip. Don’t go here. Went with a group and nobody enjoyed the experience. I recommend LA nails by west mason street!!! Very nice. Overall the girl that did them took her 15 minutes rushed the whole thing and just awful like she didn’t want to even be there

World Spa really helped me today. My mom has been sick, and today was really rough. I decided I would try to get a full set, since I always feel a little better when my nails are done. I called them as I walked to my car, and asked if they could do a full set tonight. They said yes. I didn’t realize they closed at 7:00, and I called them at 6:43. I am so grateful that they stayed open for me; my full set looks beautiful and that hour or so having my nails done was so very comforting and needed. Thank you, World Nails. Now whenever I look at my hands I find a bit of joy.

Horrible .. horrible. The man that did my nails left a huge gap on the side of my nail and finger. It looked like a hole. He didn’t apply acrylic over entire nail. I complained he got a attitude. Aggressively filed at my nail. I simply paid for the service and went elsewhere. Not going to argue or be treated poorly. The salon I went to had to take all but three nails off to correct the work he did. I’ll never go back.

I would say a tad pricy for pedicures, however they do good work. Told them it was my daughters birthday the next day and they gave her a free design on toes/hands and nail polish change on her hands...Super friendly and very clean. Had a great time having a girls day...

Went in for a pedicure and it was bad, it seemed like they were trying to rush people through. They hardly spent any time exfoliating my feet. On my big toes one layer of polish would go the whole length of the nail, and then other layers didn’t make it to the cuticle; this resulted in the polish looking lumpy. The rest of the toes didn’t have enough coats of polish on them so they didn’t look as bright.I actually went back in for a correction because it looked so bad. They had me sit at a nail station and put my foot up on a garbage can underneath the table. She just put another layer of polish over it which made the big toe polish look even lumpier because she didn’t paint it the width of the nail.Will not be going back, I could have done a better job myself. On a positive note, their shellac manicures turn out much better.

I just got a pedicure and manicure and I feel like the quality of service has gone way downhill. I have been going to this place for many years but when I have to come hone and refile my feet because they didnt remove the dead skin from my heels and my hand look worse after a manicure because they just rush you through because they are busy, it is definitely time to find a new place. Wont be going back.

Most of the nail techs do a great job. However, they are always extremely late for my appointments. Every time Ive set an appointment, theyve been 15-20 minutes late; sometimes even taking walkins before me. May have to look for another nail studio. When I set my appointment, I asked for a nail tech that could do a nice design on my toes for the 4th of July holiday. Guy I got was a newbie that did an okay job, but couldnt do the design. Had to wait another 15 minutes before someone was available. Grrr....a pedicure should not take 2 hours for scheduled appointment.

Came in made an appointment for 11 am and 45 mins later I’m still waiting for my 11 am appointment! Not happy! Don’t tell me a time make an appointment for me and then make me wait even longer?! Not good business practice!

Dont bother making an appointment!!!!! Its totally pointless. Even for my sisters bridal party to all get manicures. We had to wait 45 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time to actually get in a chair to get our nails done. I got the shellac. It lasted the promised two weeks, however it was far from the best manicure Ive ever received.

Called and made an appt the receptionist told me 2:45pm (and seemed very annoyed). When I walked in, there were 6 other people waiting. One woman next to me asked the receptionist how much longer. She said she would check and basically disappeared. When she came back and after waiting 35 minutes, I asked when it was my turn. She looked thru the list and I still had 3 people in front of me! All of us were so frustrated. I left and went somewhere else. I used to go here all the time but not anymore!

My husband and I went in for pedicures and it was absolutely horrible.Hardly any time was spent exfoliating calluses or massaging our feet/legs. My husband’s feet are still all calused. We were in and out in 45 minutes. Their goal was go push as many people through as they could rather than spending time with each customer.Needless to say, no tip was given and we will not be returning.

I dont like writing bad reviews but i had to make an exception. the place is not cheap and they do acrylics horribly. nails are uneven, bubbles in the gel polish, i have been knicked by the file, and was ask moved from one tech to another because she was “too tired” but immediately picked up another client. i was really disappointed, and i wont be coming back

Plan accordingly for time....even if you make an appointment. Otherwise very nice establishment and they are clean and hygienic.

Prices are a little higher than normal. I suggest the sea salt pedicure, $35. They made sure to fully massage and clean. Many places are in a rush to get you out but they were very patient and took care of your needs

I really enjoyed being here but the only issue I had was the lady who did my nails. She made majority of my nails crooked, the length of my pointer fingers are not the same, theres some left over acrylics under my pinky nail. I would go back here again, just not to that old lady.

Got a pedi and I felt rushed. My feet look horrible.and I got the perrifin pedi. They charged me an extra $5 over the price on the board and wouldnt explain why. Horrible service.

For a $35 pedicure I don’t think it was worth it. Nail polish all over my toes and they aren’t even cut evenly. Won’t return.

Went to get acrylics done.. girl who did my nails was doing her own with the tools before I even sat down. Then when she was filing my nails down she went crazy fast and cut me several times. It didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and then to top it off she charged me WAY over the usual amount. I’ve been there before and had the same thing done to my nails and was charged a lower price. Highly disappointed, I will not be going back there again.

If you are looking for a great pedicure you need to come here and get the Paraffin pedicure!! AMAZING!!

I enjoyed the first few times I went here. But the male owner did my nails last time and they turned out terrible. They were stuck all already my fingers and while he was grinding my nail down they started to burn because of how hot the tool was getting.

I had a pedicure and it was good. When I had my manicure with acrylic nails it was not done well. The nails came loose.

Very disappointed in this nail salon. They guarantee a two to three week chip free shallac polish. I went in 6 days after a manicure with a chipped nail. The owner was rude, wanted to know what I did to chip my nail. After about three minutes of her blaming me for chipping my nail she said it could be fixed. Which included a conversation with other salon techs,not in English, who all had to come up to check my nail. She asked for the name of the girl that did my nails. Have been there numerous times, I have yet for anyone to tell me there name. I gave her the day and time my appointment was. I showed her the seat I sat in because she insisted I do that. I explained if I knew it would be this big of deal I would not have come back. Very rude service and now I have one red nail and the others are pink. Horrible service and they 100% do not stand behind the quality they say they do. It even states on there door two to three week chip free shellac manicure. Definitely not the case, will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone!

I wouldn’t recommend. It’s been day 3 and my nail polish is already chipping off of my acrylic nails😣 and they cut me twice and they didn’t even remove completely my previous nail polish. And I paid $65 so if you wanna spend money on something that’s not worth it, this is the place to go. Never going againnn

Terrible customer service and over charged me for a polish change. When questioned about it I was told it cost $5 more to remove the old polish. I asked them to tell me what their definition of change was. They refused to charge me the price listed on the board for a polish change. Only place I have ever been that I walked away with bandages from a botch pedicure. Never going back again!

The techs are not consistent with technique lending to a different experience each time you go. They are more expensive then other nail salons and do not have a combined mani/pedi price. My shelled on my nails only lasted 3 days and then started to chip which is disappointing!

Second time trying here, never clipped or filed length off my nails, didnt push cuticle back started clipping cuticle, but if you dont push it back there is nothing to cut? I had her just stop!!! As Ill need to go home or elsewhere to get nails cut, and cuticle pushed and cut... isnt that the whole concept of a manicure!?!?!?!?!?
